Really great lake. Be sure to get your fishing license before arriving as they do not sell them onsite. The lake gate closes at 8pm and boats need to be off the water by 11pm.

An easily accessible lake within city limits. The depths can very so be cautious as you head up toward the damn. Excellent for kayaking, paddleboarding and family fun with a boat. Boat ramps are spacious and tends to have a good amount of parking.

Absolutely a great place to spend your day. It's not the biggest lake but there is still plenty of room for everybody and a great time to be had. There are creeks you can get off in/on a small boat and fish no problem.

Always love Lake Oliver. Good for fishing , boating, swimming and kayaking. I run some rc boats out there.

Another great place to enjoy, especially if ya have a boat.

We were night fishing here at night with chicken liver and caught a couple really nice channel catfish.
