Irina has organized everything perfectly. All the transportation has been very comfortable and we have had an incredible time at the places it has taken us. She helped us by giving us help for other transportation that had nothing to do with what was contracted with her and she even spoke with the owner of an enclosure so that they would allow us access. Before contracting with her, she gave us many options for many activities, everything was very clearly explained and transparent.
