    I orded flowers for my mum for mother's day. I paid extra in order to receive them the exact day.. however the order was delivered to a wrong address (similar street name than my mum's). Luckily the receiver was so kind to deliver it to my mum the next day (since he noticed the address on parcel, that was just standing in his entrance, is NOT his). Flowers arrived but in bad condition because it was warm that day and the flowers stayed the whole day in the carton. Bottom line: Wrong delivery, late delivery, bad condition flowers. Paid on time & paid extra for a service I did not receive. The worst: The flowers surprise to mother's day did not succeed as hoped ;( Customer service answered me that I cannot get any refund but that they can deliver new flowers to the address?! What's the point - the reason for the purchase was to make her smile on mother's day with beautiful flowers. Will not purchase from FloraPrima again and cannot recommend!

    Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday on 19 September they were delivered on 18 September in great condition, a fabulously fresh bunch of late summer flowers. Mum actually sent me another picture of the flowers yesterday and they still look great. The free vase and free chocolates were a lovely little extra.

    I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and they did not deliver them. didn’t even get refund, even though i call them million times, they even refused to communicate. Worst service ever, i do not recommend

    I had a mixed experience with FloraPrima. While the end product and final delivery eventually turned out fine, there were some notable issues that left a bitter taste in my mouth. First, I must commend their customer service via email, which was consistently professional, helpful, and prompt. They were understanding of my situation and provided valuable assistance. However, my experience with their phone customer service was quite disappointing. I ordered flowers internationally for close friends who were going through a difficult time due to a family loss. Wanting to update and correct the delivery address, we called the customer service number from overseas. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. They were annoyed by our lack of knowledge regarding the restrictions on delivering flowers directly to the cemetery in Germany. Note: Cancellation/refund wasn't possible 4 days before the delivery was scheduled. In a rather harsh tone, they emphasized that if the elderly widower, who was set to receive the flowers at the updated address, didn't answer the door promptly on the delivery date, the flowers would be DESTROYED without any possibility of a phone call, second delivery attempt, or alternative such as buzzing a neighbor; something done often by delivery personnel when we lived in Austria. Furthermore, they mentioned a 50% off coupon for future deliveries would be sent to my email as consolation if the flowers were destroyed. This inflexible stance was quite disheartening, considering the circumstances. On the brighter side, the individual who responded to my email inquiries consistently displayed professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. I found their email communication to be the preferred option when seeking resolutions or clarification. In conclusion, while the online flower business ultimately delivered an adequate product and their email customer service was commendable, the negative experience I had with their phone customer service made me question whether or not to use them again. I would suggest opting for email communication if any issues arise or if you have questions on your order.

    They did not deliver my flower order with the lie that the address is missing. I was able to get my money back after 8 months of struggle. I definitely do not recommend the company. Not an honest and reliable seller. Be careful...😡😡😡

    I have been ordering flowers from FloraPrima for more than 12 years - at least, 4 or 5 times a year. I live in Bulgaria and I have close friends in Germany. They always get wonderful fresh flowers on time, beautiful seasonal combinations and always on time. I love the reminder that FloraPrima sends me, so that I don't miss a birthday or an anniversary of my loved ones. Great service! Love you, guys!💕

    Terrible service and organization. Ordered birthday flowers for a family member with a full week to go before the actually delivery date. Needless to say, the delivery never happened and we have been trying to reach them by phone and email 24 hours after the birthday. It took three days until we have someone contacting us back, offering to continue with the order. No offer of a discount on the order. No offer of a refund. Only an offer of a discount on the NEXT order we place. Why on earth will we try this company again if, with a week's heads up, they still fail miserably? This is not a one star review because at least someone eventually came back to us. Everything else sees this be a deserved 2-Star review.

    The Positive: I ordered flowers 2 times by FloraPrima once recently and once about 3 years ago (in Germany). Both cases NICE bouquets (corresponding to the photo on the web site) from FRESH flowers were delivered at the AGREED TIME (last time I ordered on Friday late afternoon, and they delivered on Saturday at normal price). The following aspects made me give 4 stars instead of 5: 1. The site indicated that they typically deliver on time in 95% of the cases (at another place 90% is mentioned) and 1-2 workdays delay is possible. This caused me quite much worry, because the addressee was at the address only on the given date. 2. Price: It is not directly cheap, and even standard delivery costs extra. A somewhat mitigating factor: I provided my birthday at the 1st order, so I got a 10 EUR voucher on my last birthday (valid for a year) that I could use for the 2nd order. 3. By default a vase (theoretically "free of charge") is included. Although this can be deselected at the order, in my opinion it would be much better to reduce the price and make the vase a selectable charged option. This would help both the environment and customers’ wallet. All in all: I would recommend anyone to try the service.

    I am very impressed with this company. I had ordered flowers for a funeral from UK to be delivered in Germany. As they couldn't get in touch with my cousin, they wrote me an email to say that they had tried 3x and to give them another phone number, which I did. The flowers were beautiful as I received pictures. So thank you FloraPrima for all your efforts in taking time to make sure my family received their flowers.

    In the last two years I've ordered a few times with FloraPrima and the delivery was always satisfactory. The product quality and range is great and delivery on time. Most importantly though is to mention that communication is excellent. One of the last deliveries missed the Champagne bottle (the only time this happened) and when I emailed FloraPrima they promptly responded and send a new one straight away. Mistakes can happen in every company, it's important how you go about it.

    Since I live overseas, I always use FloraPrima for flower deliveries to family and friends in Germany. I am very satisfied with their service. Always on time and very good quality. If there is one thing I would like to change, it would be the amount of wrapping material/waste that comes with the flower bouquets. But other than that, I will happily continue to use them!
