I
had
a
mixed
experience
with
FloraPrima.
While
the
end
product
and
final
delivery
eventually
turned
out
fine,
there
were
some
notable
issues
that
left
a
bitter
taste
in
my
mouth.
First,
I
must
commend
their
customer
service
via
email,
which
was
consistently
professional,
helpful,
and
prompt.
They
were
understanding
of
my
situation
and
provided
valuable
assistance.
However,
my
experience
with
their
phone
customer
service
was
quite
disappointing.
I
ordered
flowers
internationally
for
close
friends
who
were
going
through
a
difficult
time
due
to
a
family
loss.
Wanting
to
update
and
correct
the
delivery
address,
we
called
the
customer
service
number
from
overseas.
Unfortunately,
the
person
who
answered
the
phone
was
extremely
rude
and
condescending.
They
were
annoyed
by
our
lack
of
knowledge
regarding
the
restrictions
on
delivering
flowers
directly
to
the
cemetery
in
Germany.
Note:
Cancellation/refund
wasn't
possible
4
days
before
the
delivery
was
scheduled.
In
a
rather
harsh
tone,
they
emphasized
that
if
the
elderly
widower,
who
was
set
to
receive
the
flowers
at
the
updated
address,
didn't
answer
the
door
promptly
on
the
delivery
date,
the
flowers
would
be
DESTROYED
without
any
possibility
of
a
phone
call,
second
delivery
attempt,
or
alternative
such
as
buzzing
a
neighbor;
something
done
often
by
delivery
personnel
when
we
lived
in
Austria.
Furthermore,
they
mentioned
a
50%
off
coupon
for
future
deliveries
would
be
sent
to
my
email
as
consolation
if
the
flowers
were
destroyed.
This
inflexible
stance
was
quite
disheartening,
considering
the
circumstances.
On
the
brighter
side,
the
individual
who
responded
to
my
email
inquiries
consistently
displayed
professionalism,
kindness,
and
efficiency.
I
found
their
email
communication
to
be
the
preferred
option
when
seeking
resolutions
or
clarification.
In
conclusion,
while
the
online
flower
business
ultimately
delivered
an
adequate
product
and
their
email
customer
service
was
commendable,
the
negative
experience
I
had
with
their
phone
customer
service
made
me
question
whether
or
not
to
use
them
again.
I
would
suggest
opting
for
email
communication
if
any
issues
arise
or
if
you
have
questions
on
your
order.
