Some of the staff are not as friendly, they don't communicate well, you have to probe. Others are extremely polite and helpful. Give good tips for care. Best to get all staff on the same level of professionalism. Price is reasonable. The receptionist ( I forgot her name) but she also does hair is simply perfection!

This salon is AMAZING!!!! I absolutely love it!!! From the decor to the customer service from staff. The staff is so warm & friendly but in everything they maintained their line of professionalism. It's tucked nicely at the second building from the Total Gas Station on Constant Spring Rd. Parking is small but safe. Service is a bit on the pricey end BUT you are getting your monies worth. I love it there and for sure I am going back. Thanks Lady Marvia for the invite!!!!

My hair frizzes exceptionally easily, usually turning into a cloud within 3 hours. The team here gave me a flat iron job that has left my hair silky and reasonably straight for a full 6 days and counting! I am very impressed. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I feel like a little more attention could be paid to the customer experience by the team being a bit more friendly. That aside, I would definitely recommend!

The only hairdresser I go to when in Jamaica. One of q kind friendly competent and quick service. Not by appointment. Just show up during opening hours. P.S. go in early on a Saturday. Vonessa is excellent with a pair of scissors. My bob from November is still in place after 5 months! Nice job

Great hairstylist, very professional, good salon and great location with parking.

The service is very professional and the products used are of great quality. The price is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and willing to give hair tips. The ambiance is excellent and the environment is very clean. You are attended to very promptly from you reach the reception's desk until you have completed your service. When it comes to great style and a good hair cut Vonessa' salon is the place to go. This is my third visit to this salon and i am very please with their service.

Been here twice now. A little bit pricey but I can live with it. While I love the ambiance of the place and the staff seem super pleasant, the whole "different person doing different tasks" thing doesn't always work. Somebody puts you under a dryer and because they won't be styling you they just move on, won't check if your hair is dry or anything so you sit there until you become irritated and move from under the dryer or stop someone to check before they realise your hair dry. Also some of the ladies are really just waaaaayyyyy too slow. 3 hours to do a deep con is ridiculous.

Was there almost 6 hours only for my scalp to look like this when I got home. No one was really tending to my hair and every rotation there was some else in my hair. One of the girls left for over 15 minutes and I had to literally say I was leaving for someone else to come and finish up my hair. I stated I needed a trim and never even received that service. No consultation was done and close to the end I was told my hair would flare up because it was relaxed the previous week. No I wasn’t given a pros or con list. The only reason why it’s a one star is because the environment was clean and the girl at the front desk was lovely. Maybe your experience would be better but I will never return. I’m just glad I could have found someone else at that time of night to help with the dry scalp issue so I didn’t look a hot mess.
