    I used the drive thru and when i left and open the box i notice the chicken looking as if a employee bite off piece of the chicken. Big slackness!

    The KFC at this location has really improved. First time I went there I vowed never to go back. But a friend said things have changed and they really did. However, their customer service needs a lot of work. So they still have ways to go. The food is now hot and ready to chow down and it smells great in comparison to my first time. The parking area is crazy small though and the drive through can be tedious. The place is always clean and well kept. Drive through line is a bit exhausting. You’d have better luck inside.

    Well, food was hot this time, but not at all happy about Kentucky taking away free refills on sodas, the price of food has not been reduced so why have you chosen to take away the soda refills!!! That is something KFC could afford to continue giving their customers, and KFC gets so many customers that there is never hardly a time when the wait line is not long, KFC surely could afford to hire more staffing or separate staff for the drive through, which seems to have a great effect on the wait time and long lines, if KFC is making so much business from the customers they get, thats the least KFC could afford to do!!

    Customer service can be better. My last visit they mess up my order. Not much parking on the site so for new persons, you can find a spot on the road way for park.

    So I went to the KFC on Red Hills Road . I was greeted by someone who took my order while in the line, she was pleasant and mannerable, I was hopeful that my experience would be great. My hopes were soon dashed when I realized an hour had past and I had moved only 2 feet. I had a zoom meeting, sent emails, received calls from my family at home awaiting this celebratory meal after prize giving......nothing. No one to address us to explain why I was approaching 2 hours in a line for fowl. Finally at the window, received an apology for the delay. I enquired quite nicely if I could get 2 cookies for the inconvenience. After the employee laughed as if it were a joke, he went to seek permission from his manager. Lond and short, they couldn't extend the courtesy of 2 complimentary cookies for the inconvenience (because apparently it will break the profit margin🙄.) He then gave me my meal without the usual, "enjoy your meal", so I brought it to his attention, (because what do I have to lose at this point). He regurgitated the sentiment and I drove off. Home at last, I had a cup of tea and crackers. The KFC was no longer appealing.

    Food here is excellent whenever I travel I always buy KFC and take back. Only issue is some people are not trustworthy, always count you pieces before leaving, bought a 12pc bucket and only found 9 when I got home, too late to go back to the diner. But your servers should be honest, just my belief. ps..fries are terrible. lol..but didn't go for the fries.

    The people operating the drive through are extremely rude. They argue with customers and a very aggressive. Asking them a question about what they have or asking them to repeat will get you cursed out. I had to tell one of them to stop aruging with a customer because he asked her to repeat (in a decent way might I had) She was cursing back and forth and asked why he doesn't listen. She had the nerve to argue with me and tell me how we must listen and I am lucky. I had to ask her if she has a personal issue. Management needs to find a way to record their interactions and hire a Quality Analysis supervisor to review their performance on a weekly basis and pay them using a matrix where the feedback affect their earnings. I rather go to Popeyes on Red Hills Rd even though I prefer KFC due to the awful drive through operators.

    Relatively quick drive through when compared with others in the corporate area. The selection of chicken options needs to be revisited. Leg, thigh and wing for a big deal meal is ridiculous! No barbecue available as always.

    Their service isn't the fastest, not the drive-through, nor in the store. It's the most convenient location for those in the vicinity of Red Hills Road and other surrounding areas, so it's usually full; especially the drive-through. The customer service isn't the best, so don't expect it to be.

    Why advertise serving healthy food like a garden salad then most times none is available? Very disappointed after waiting to be told "no salad" hopefully in the coming months this will change

    Fridays are terrible as lines are long as it's basically a fast food night in Jamaica. Service is on and off with new team members but my experience has mostly been ok

    The Red Hills road location is very slow and never has Bbq chicken, it's always Original and Spicy. Customer service is similar to all KFC locations in Jamaica, ridiculously slow and horrible. It's not fair to spend all that money for poor service.

    KFC Red Hills Road is a clean restaurant with restroom facility with good customer service, however there is limited parking and it causes traffic issues at the entrance mainly on Fridays. There is no special entrance for the physically challenge. Because of the COVID-19 protocols people has to stand outside but if it start raining there is no shelter

    As a visitor from the US, I had KFC barbecue on my mind. I hadn't had it in over 3 years, and I was eager, I am sorry to say I was not impressed at all chicken was so so at best I guess they may have changed their recipe or something

    Customer service here is good, they pack out all the food before they start calling so don't be hesitant to go in if you see a cluster. By the time you're in and cashing they're all gone.

    The service was one a the poorest experience I every had, I went there and no bbq chicken, no zinger, no wings and it was 2pm in the day, so much worker around the back and nothing, plus the cashier was all up in her feelings and giving me attitude. Trying to tell me what I should buy. I think I manager should walk and check these two KFC, the one on red hills road and the other on boulevard...then ago make KFC lose customer....can I take back my one star

    With this KFC when it's not one thing it's another....when they don't get your order wrong it's the waiting period....the other day the card machine was down and they made people join the drive thru line just for them to tell them that. Staff and customer service was horrible.

    Lines aren't very long, that is not a bad thing. I have a problem with the drinks that is being kept on the counter before the customer's order, the ice melts and the drink loses its taste....     I visited the Red Hills Road, Half Way Tree and Hope Road branches on numerous occasions. And as early as it was between 7:30pm and 9pm, the locations only had original chicken and the drive thru lines were extremely long. If they are unable to meet the demands of customers at that time, they need to adjust their closing hours and close earlier than their respective closing hours.

    The 2 stars are only for the great chicken. Always a line through the drive thru so I opted to walk inside. That was a big mistake. They prioritise the drivethru so I waited in line for over 30 minutes to place an order. 45minutes later before getting through..Never again..consider other ways of ordering with delivery.

    Drive through is the best option until it becomes apart of the regular traffic, they have no real parking available and the staff have mixed personality, some are nice and others are corrupt. You would be waiting forever in line and the security would take his friends order and place them and the staff condones it

    The absolute worst customer service....The members of staff are exceptionally rude and I don't mean dismissive or inattentive, I mean cursing at customers rude , making derogatory comments loudly and not to mention the you are bothering me attitude. Throwing down requested condiments across the counter and telling the man " yuh lucky". I had to stand back and watch in astonishment and the sad part is, this seems to be the general mode of operation as this type of behaviour has been observed repeatedly. These people are clearly a law unto themselves, for there is no way they're being managed or supervised.

    Experience was not exceptional but okay. Food was hot and fresh, drinks were cold and refreshing as far as it goes when your having some KFC, (if you know you know)but I believe the staff could have been a little bit more refined. Customer service was lacking a bit but otherwise service was good.
