Initially when I went into the store in the morning, it was a bit warm. I made the staff aware and they did something about it. The Kind gentleman came and lowered the temperature. Even though my stay was not long, he and the staff made it comfortable and relaxing while we waited to pick the pizza. One of the young men, helped my colleagues and I to load the pizzas in the vehicle. He thanked us and wished a good day. #servicewithasmile! #loveit!

While on the road, we did a quick stop to purchase a Family-size Cheese Sticks. We so enjoyed them. Tasty!!

Doesn’t need a long review to tell you about the service from Pizza Hut Havendale. Slow Service, Impossible to get over the phone and unprofessional staff. That’s my experience with them which I find to be very consistent.

Very bad service. Ordered a pizza from 2:34p.m and 5:04pm it still had not arrived. Called to cancel the order the lady didn't even apologize for the inconvenience she just hung up the phone in my ear. Y'all urgently need better equipped staff or better management.

Service is very poor. Most times they do not answer the phone. When you actually go in store you have to beg to be served

I'm not a person, who would normally take their time to leave a customer service review, but this time is an exceptional one! And I don't mean it in the best of intentions! I asked the delivery person for only five minutes to find my card, and he abruptly disconnected the call in me. Please note this is after waiting almost three hours for my pizza to be delivered! This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I even had the cash available to pay for the order, and to show the level of disrespect, he didn't even gave me the time to provide a counter solution. In my opinion, one star is way too much!

This place needs better workers whom wants to work order took so long i forgot I even ordered! (Heaven Dale location, Jamaica) the poor manger he did try his best, thank you.

Placed an order over the phone and it was ready by the time I got there. The pizza was good.

The place is kinda small for my liking but it is just a pick-up spot. The wait time was longer than anticipated not too much longer however. The staffs are professionals.

Very pleasant experience! we ordered over the phone, and they told us it would take 25 minutes for pick up. We got there abt 2 mins beyond the 25 mins and we were able to pay and collect our order hassle free!!! We were strapped for time, and they wasted none of ours. The staff and security were pleasant too.

Not bad pizza and it’s quite convenient if you live in the havendale area

The pizza is good, the service on the other hand is just awful. They answer the phones when they feel like, when you go in and order they still mess up the orders at times.

You have as much luck winning the lottery as you do as someone picking up the phone out there. Apart from that it ain’t too bad, pizza getting very salty though

Pizza that should have taken 15 minutes took 30 minutes. The team did not have adequate staff. First of all, I did not want to wait in store. So I tried calling before I got to the location. I drove from HWT and when I entered the store the phone was still ringing. I pointed it out to the staff on duty. Not a very good experience at all.

I always love the pizzas and pastas, garlic bread. Best to call ahead customer service not top tier and the wait is sometimes long as ever especially when there is crowd.

The worst customer service, the phone would ring endlessly without answer almost as if they were refusing to answer it. Had to order at another location, and got through with ease. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Not due to a fault of theirs, but depending on the day it can be rather very difficult to find parking space. Other than that, never had a problem.

The Panzerrattieeeeee was out of this world tasted real great. Takes too long to get through to make an order. Phone rings n rings n rings need more lines and also a bigger facility for the traffic in this tiny outlet. Also eed someone someone enforce COVID19 measures. Other than the fact I have to consider if I will get thru with am order on phone ...do sommn about the space Bless

Well t hff e pizza was delicious. They got a little edge over their competitor as itcregsds the taste and such however the. Customer service and waiting time need improvement and waiting time. I'm not a first time customers. The last time I order t hff ey say a have a 45mins waits. After the time passed I called and they say it was ready but when I got there it was one cashier so the waiting time was about 15 mins more. And t bgg ey could act a little welcoming. Their competitor is more ;customer friendly, the thing that bother me the mi most is the I had wait more than 5/7 again for pick-up.

There is only one place i like to eat pizza from and that's pizza hut.. professional staff with great customer service and covid measures strongly upheld. well done barbican staff i look forward to visiting again

Service was poor ,my was not at the time they said was going to be available. They did nothing to recover, poor communication, the workers had an attitude 🙄 bad all around. I am from the USA except better.

For the most part it's usually empty unless it's a Friday afternoon and there is usually a little bit of a wait time for the food but other than that they are okay

I go for the Hawaiian but this spot is very small. Just for pickup basically. No waiting area or anything. You won't have problem with parking depending on the time you go but all and all I just go for the pizza. Better pizza

Best Pizza in Jamaica. However they Need to have a pick up line separate from order line. Placing orders online and having to wait in the same line as persons ordering is time consuming.

Pizza hut always the better buy. This location very busy but once you get pass the small wait it is worth it. The staff is cool.. Big up the security, him under pressure from the crowd but him a manage the runnings. Call in to order is easier peeps and just go pick up

The worst experience anyone could have in a fast food establishment. They mixed up the order.... Redo the pizza without saying a word to me.... It took them 2 HOURS to get it done. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. AVOID THIS OUTLET AT ALL COST!! STAY FAR!
