Clean & the customer service is ok ❤

Haven't stopped at this location, in awhile but it was good to see that they have refreshed the space. They remain consistent in the quality and taste of their subs but it is their service where there gaps lie. Though not at the detrimental stage, additional service training could be considered. Notwithstanding, the experience though underwhelming is not enough to deter a future visit especially since they are still getting the food right.

Wow if they could move anymore like molasses I'd add then to the mix. They also had no bathroom available to the public and the two gentlemen had the most uninspiring attitudes 🙄 😒

There is no bathroom for guests to use which made me leave earlier than intended as that was a cause of great discomfort. Otherwise the food tastes good and there is a refill machine.

Tonight I tried the great garlic sub which turn out to be not too tasty and the bread was just dry and tasted old. The server was very impolite and aggressive seems like she hated when I ask her not to put bacon and no lettuce but instead add peppers and cucumbers She was just rude The lady who cash the bill was so unprofessional and impolite as well... Wont return there ever

Went here at 11:04 to purchase 4 breakfast sandwiches, was told they stop serving breakfast at 11...rules are rules.

One of the most, if not the worst establishment branch of a food chain ever. I went there on my way from school and the employees just had this attitude towards every customer. Also, my schoolmate and I got a cold cold sandwich. The girl didn't even warm up the bread for ten seconds. Lastly, my schoolmate's mom didn't have her glasses so she 𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐋𝐘 asked the price for the sub of the day and the employee just shrugged her off and said "The menu is up there look for yourself, that is why we have it." We just cashed out and we just came out. If you're ever looking for a great, affordable Sub branch, go to the one in Sovereign Village, Portmore St.Catherine. The employees are very nice and caring towards you (except for the rotten attitude ones of course). Thank you for reading my personal experience! I love Subway their sandwiches are freshly made. However, there was no restroom (atleast that's what they told us) and the server seemed frustrated for one reason or the other.

Sloppiest sandwiches I’ve ever come across at a subway. Wraps done awfully and sandwiches are the same. Wouldn’t come to this particular one again

What to say! Subway fresh! Went because they have a great daily special that's (to me) affordable and offers variety ..... unless you go on a day that you like the ingredients that is! The silver lining in that case is that aside from the special, there's an entire menu of choices to choose from in both the 6" and 12" length subs! They no longer add a bag of chips to the combo (homage to the unhealthy some may say) but its absence doesn't detract from you getting just what you want in a sandwich! Wednesdays the best for me! Parking great and unlike Liguanea, never crowded! (In and out!)

Small and cozy setting. Limited parking. A bit pricey. Decent sandwiches though.

Great for a quick stop. Buy 6 foot longs and get a free 6 inch... Comes in handy. It's never crowded either.

Really enjoyed my sándwich and the service was okay.

Came to this place on Sunday, February 19th about 7:30pm last night and the cashier had the most rotten, dirtiest attitude ever. We buzzed the door twice and then before she opened it, she stood and looked at us for a few seconds with one of her hands akimbo. We went in, she didn’t say good night so I just told her the order because I wasn’t gonna say it. She immediately started making the sandwiches and seemed extremely annoyed. My partner asked her to recommend one of the sauces besides the sweet onion since that’s the one he always has and her response was “I don’t know”. She cashed us out, I took my change and left. My partner even said he was trying to be so friendly with her and she just had a nasty attitude. Unfortunately for her I was recording the experience unbeknownst to her.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any food establishment ever. Granted I went towards closing time which should be considered. The service was horrible, staff was shouting and giving unnecessary attitude towards everyone. They put zero care into the sandwiches. Overall just a horrible experience

The best place for your A good sandwiches

The place I love, everyday I ensure that i go to subway Portmore or Oakland because i have to go make my sandwich. After the purchase of 8 sandwiches......you can redeem a 6" sandwich of your choice

I most say beyond the high price of a Subway meal, the rep gives great customer service and a friendly. Ask for Bigz he makes the sandwich with love

A little pricey...but well worth eating fresh!

Food was tasty as usual, but there were flies around the prep area... the attendant tried her best to keep it away from the toppings and sandwich section, but there was also one in the cookie case, just chillin :(.

Visited Subway at Oaklands Constant Spring recently. Service was good. People came in and out but it was not crowded. One thing the operators of the complex should do is hose down the corridors and walkways with soap and water in the mornings. Keep street persons away if possible. Make it more attractive and clean for buying food. Thanks

Very poor service. I actually walked out in the middle of my sandwich being made because of the staff bad attitude and inability to follow directions. I went to another location down the road.

Fast,easy and pleasant service

The service at this location is consistently poor. I chose to make this comment after having several bad experiences here. This be the most recent one, Sunday Dec 3rd 2023 at approximately 7:49pm I arrived at the location. Door close, sign says open. Pressed buzzer and waited for a while. Could see that some was standing inside from their reflection in the refrigerator glass door. After about 2 minutes, another customer came and we both stood there for another minute pressing the buzzer several time. When someone finally decided to open the door, we got in and was there until someone pleased their self and obliged us. A female came to the front and no greeting at all. She proceeded to ask what's my order. I said, good evening to you too. No response I felt as though I was disturbing her peaceful Sunday evening. Customer service on our island is at an all time low.

This young guy that has been there recently at Oaklands location has no customer service at all, he doesnt even greet you or asks you what you want.. after idling around the back, he comes to the front taking his own sweet time and just stares at you as if the customer should greet him after waiting on him so long and this is not the first time it happens nor am I the first person it happened to. Ive heard many complains but decided to try this location myself.. no wonder some of them are stuck one place in their lives and cant move.. Poor service. Him fi de roun' a back a wash plate or sweep floor! Nasty behaviour!! Nu wonder why the place always empty.
