Asked by Manager who visited table if all was good, explained that I thought my medium fries was light on fries and tiltedup off table to show only about 2 thirds full, only had 2 fries out of them, he said that they measure them when they are vertical and not laying flat, then he left. will go to another McDonald's from now on. Aug 23, 2023: Now they have permanently removed the drink dispenser, you have to wait at counter (5+ mins) and physically demand a refill from person dropping off orders, the person working cash register will ignore you. Then you must wait at least another 5 mins for the robo drink dispenser to make your new drink and the person to bring it to the counter. They do not use your cup, so you have to throw it away. (food completely cold now). Absolutely no table service here, even though we specified a table number. The call a number that is not on your receipt and the eventually your name and just leave it at the counter to go cold. Horrible service in my opinion here. This place keeps going further down hill if that is possible. Makes me want to never eat out again.

They are quick for the most part. The service has been getting better than before. We like the iced caramel mocha drink.

I come here weekly. Sometimes more than once. This is the worst ever. I sat in drive through for 10 minutes at the speaker while the other line kept going. Then I get to window and have to go park for another 5 minutes. My order was beyond simple. This is so frustrating and not the way to start the morning for sure. Fast food what?!?!

This is by far the best McDonald's I've ever been to! The food is always very hot and fresh and the employees are very nice! I'll always be a repeating customer at the Jefferson McDonald's in Cookeville! Definitely 5 stars! ✨

This place is always busy. Cars lined up but the line goes fast and they are always super nice. My opinion is I wouldn't want to work there cause it never slows down. Great job guys. I take my hat off to you!!!!

I came here from out of state to visit, and 3 days in a row we ordered coffee in the mornings. It's a joke! 1st day we had to wait 20 minutes, 2nd day was the same. Today, the 3rd day, we still have no coffee. Worker running around parking lot with multiple bags asking everyone if these orders were theirs. Get it together!!

The blonde headed chick that recently had a baby is very unprofessional and her attitude is disgusting. Every time Ive been there when she's there she is always talking badly about people in front of customers. I've overheard her talking badly and making fun of some of the homeless ppl that are there sometimes and I've not witnessed anything but politeness and decency out of the homeless that were there. She obviously thinks she is better than others and apparently has hate in her heart for the less fortunate. It's appalling to hear her talk to the point that I leave if she is working.

Came through the drive through with my mobile app to get a free happy meal with my points at 3:48 yesterday, only to be told I had to pay.. so I pull around & go inside because it still took my points. I spent 5 minutes at the counter while 3 employees read a 3 sentence error message. After they were done sounding it out they told me they would make it & have it right now. Mind you it’s 93 degrees outside & they’re in no hurry to get me & my family on our way. there were less then a handful of ppl in the dinning room & 2 cars in the drive through.. After seeing the unorganized sloppy condition they kept their store in, I was starting to realize that this was could be more then just a app error.. we left at 4:22 & went to Wendy’s & got a kids meal in under 5 minutes. Imagine that.. Update: I called McDonald’s to see why it took my points & still has my order up on my app. I called the manager & instead of apologizing & giving me some kind of compensation.. he made up excuses! Ive spent hundreds at this place & they were literally fighting me over happy meal I had to spend 60 dollars to earn.. I told him I still spent 22 minutes there. I told him to keep his happy meal & I would review them accordingly. I gave them a second chance to recover & this is how they do their business. I don’t know the managers name, but he had a rainbow tattoo on his neck.

I have to say I'm not a big fan of McDonald's but I am a fan of their fries and their ice cream. But our McDonald's is better than any other. They rarely mess up orders. And if they do they're quick to fix it. But they take orders with such efficiency that they keep the line moving so well that you're barely just stopping to give your order pay your money and pick up your food. I believe that's how drive throughs were intended to be. The employees are always polite and courteous. The food is usually fresh and hot. And my youngest is hooked on their Happy meals. At a time when most fast food restaurants feel like they're anything but fast food, our McDonald's shows the rest how they should be operating.

Ordered the chicken deluxe meal. No mayo was on the sandwich. The lettuce was brown and wilted. Tomatoes were wilted. Bread was hard. Clearly had been sitting in a warmer. And... there were pickles.

We waited 20 minutes for 2 kids chicken nugget meals and when we asked about it, they finally told us they couldn't tell us when they would be ready. We got a refund but it was very inconvenient. They prioritize drive through.

We had dinner here last night. One employee named Allison was friendly and had such a great personality. Allison made our experience worth being there. Even though she was very busy she took time to greet us take our order and even check on us to make sure our order was right. Hope Allison will be there next time. Absolutely love her great personality.very positive. When you go ask for her she works evening

The main thing I go to McDonald's for is the 🍟!! I always order a large size. I got about half of the fries I should have, carton wasn't over half full. And a lot of what was in the carton were not cooked fully. Not to mention they were old and cold, which made the taste nasty. I am including a photo of my carton of fries so you can see how much I was shorted. Very disappointing since that's mainly what I go to McDonald's for, the French fries! I also do have to say the last couple of times I've gone to this location I've been very pleasantly surprised at the nice, respectful and polite employees that I dealt with. Don't get much of that these days, which is a real shame! It doesn't cost anything to be nice, and it may be just what someone needs to brighten their day.

The food is of quality & is what to be expected in this establishment. The restrooms were clean & pleasant. Staff had a smiling glow that radiated the perfect atmosphere. I was in & out in under 5 minutes.

Very affordable, clean, and accommodating facilities! Concession stand has good quality food at a reasonable price. It is located in a beautiful countryside that is surprisingly close to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and hotels. RV sights are available.

Went here several times on a recent trip visiting family. This McDonald's location is exceptional. I say that as a McDonald's super fan who rarely takes the time to write one of these reviews, but the team here really deserves it. The food was hot as it gets every time. The staff are the best, morning and night. Thank you!

Thanks for the food, the fries could use more salt. Great service though and don’t mind the woman that was impatient. She obviously could’ve waited three days for the food. Y’all are doing great though

Nobody but me in line. After 5 minutes I had to ask someone to take my order. Got a small cafe mocha. Took 10 minutes to get it. Flies were all around the counter. Went to get water at drink station and nats were all over it. They need to burn it down and start over.

We are the McRibs we do every year since my daughter was a small child añd she is about to graduate. Last year we went to the Willow and was so disappointed that we never ate there again so we drive from around Tech to Interstate drive to get to this location.

No one hardly working. They were looking on their phones and moving as slow as molasses. All the electric plugs were covered over so you can't charge your phone. It took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Hardly anyone else in the place. Hard to get into this place because of the traffic flow. Not returning.

Got rid of the drink machine and took forever to get a refill. Was told it was to save money. I guess I’ll be saving mine by not returning. Place looked empty and I know why. Lady after us ordered a Diet Coke and it took 10 minutes!

Went through and ordered a double fillet of fish add tomato and pickle, in a meal. I asked for ketchup twice at the window. When I checked the order there was no ketchup so I went back for the ketchup. They were very nice, but when I finally was able to eat my fish sandwich it had no tomato or pickle. The line was not long and they were not super busy. It seems like they could at the very least listen to the order before putting it in the bag.
