Best fast food chicken you can get. This location is exceptionally friendly and fast, convenient to I-40. Wish they offered a first responder/military discount like other locations, but other than that it's great.

One of the employees here (Her name is Brittany) made our experience here even more special! Had a tuff day today and she made my day! Great customer service! She took our order at 8:30pm on Thursday and was so friendly

I opted to go inside since the line to the drive thru was around the building. The ladies at the registers were quick to get the customers orders in so the line inside went very quickly. My order was correct and piping hot. I had to wait a few minutes before I could eat it but I didn't mind I had a big ole cup of ice cream with chocolate syrup to enjoy. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Well done👏👏👍👍

THERE IS NO PLAY PLACE IS NOT OPEN. REPEAT, THE PLAY PLACE IS NOT OPEN. It is apparently “office space” now with no intention to reopen. Do not plan your trip here, like I did, based on the pictures on google of a play place. I now have two disappointed kids and one very frustrated mama Also the workers here are some of the most apathetic people on the planet. If you ask a question they look at you like you asked them to perform brain surgery. Good grief. I DO NOT recommend this location.

Worst ever 40 dollars in food that took 17 mins to get and was warm at best screwed the order up 2 other people's were also screwed up ....while it appeared upper management was hiding on his phone

7/28*** once again, went back through the drive-through no sauce for the chicken no salad dressing for the salad. .*****I pay for three Chick-fil-A sauces and either get zero or one sauce. More often than not my order is incorrect, whether it be asking for light ice or what have you. Doesn’t matter what time of day it is seems like Service is getting worse.

Ordered my items separately to utilize my rewards, girl at checkout ran it as a meal after I asked her not to. My rewards didn't work because of this and because it was busy she wouldn't reverse it so I could use my rewards. Food also took 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries.

Chick-fil-A is pretty dang good country wide. However, this one takes the cake. Very busy location inside and drive thru, but the food and service are still rapid fire.

I am usually very fond of Chick Fil-A but this one was my least favorite I've been to. Everything was way overcooked. Apparently the general population likes it better than me. It was very crowded even though I was there at 11 AM when I would have expected no crowd.

I love eating here with always consistent quality in both food and service. I enjoy drinking my SunJoy and nomming on those delicious nuggets! The friendliness of the staff regardless of the busyness of the day, is refreshing to say the least, in this day and time when most places act like you are interrupting their day. Keep up the great work y'all!

Although they were extremely busy serving a busload of teenagers, the staff were working very hard to keep the line moving and they never lost their positive attitude and smiles. The pimento cheese chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing and I can't wait till my next visit. I wish there was a store closer to my location!

This place is always clean and the employees are always nice, helpful and act like they are glad to see you. Chick-fil-A has the best fast food restaurants for a reason and the Cookeville location is no exception.

Never went to this Chick-fil-A before yesterday and won’t go back. I walked in around 4p on a Monday and only one family in line at the counter. After they were done ordering, the cashier, Ethan, went to the back and I watched him talking to coworkers for a good minute (not multi-tasking, like while getting drinks, or anything). Okay, I thought, must be important. Then he walked past me a few times and never acknowledged my standing there. Finally, after a solid 3 minutes of waiting with no acknowledgment, another worker who had already passed me a couple times bringing out orders asked if I had been helped. I told him I hadn’t when Ethan returned to the counter so the worker assumed he’d help me and walked away. But then Ethan just started getting drinks and STILL never acknowledged me. He clearly saw me and heard me tell his coworker I hadn’t been helped yet because we made eye contact when it happened. Still not a peep, he just went about working another order without even a, ”I’ll be right with you…” With groceries in the car in the middle of a very hot day, on top of my frustration, I just left. This is not the Chick-fil-A service I’m used to at other locations.

The employees were getting their butts kicked when about 6 cross country teams and their familes showed up, all at once. We never heard one complaint, and they were getting out everyone's food super quick for the number of people they were making orders for. Thank you, employees! You guys were rock stars! And we appreciated you! We will be back!

This is one of mine and my husband's favorite places to eat at!! We are also on a calorie deficit diet so this is one of our "cheat day" meals that we get about once a month. Their food is always hot and delicious! Their customer service is always friendly and quick!! I don't know how they keep such a great staff no matter what state you're in, but I am so happy with their unwavering customer service!!

We have never been to a Chick-fil-A before (from Canada) but we were impressed! The girl taking our order was kind and caring. The food was good and I loved that they had a gluten free bun option! That's hard to find in fast food.

Always have very good very friendly service! My order has always been fresh and correct. A little sad they were out of peach so I couldn't get a tea, but no fault of theirs. Also love that they have a play place!

Everything was awesome! My food was good. And everyone was so nice. When I eat out I have been watching for friendly, helpful people behind the counters and letting them know it is awesome. I don't know where they found so many friendly people for one place!

Easily the best Chick-fil-a I have ever eaten at and one of if not the best quick service restaurant I have ever been to. Friendly staff, food always amazing, and they don't shy from special orders like other CFAs. The only problem is this location is TOO popular - expect to wait in long lines during lunch and dinner time. Worth the wait, though.

Friday afternoon there was a large line both drive through and in the building. I did go inside, and while it was busy it was very clean still. The employees were all helpful and kind, and they had my order out quickly. The play area looked nice, but I didn't take my kids, so I didn't go in to see it closely. Overall a great experience, what I've come to expect from them.

Exercise extreme caution driving in the parking lot and drive thru line. Lines long and slower than any other I've visited. Staff does not seem to care if they are slow or not. Prices are up and quality and service is down. My orders were not correct and not hot. No "my pleasures' uttered anymore either. Sad experience...

I love Chick fil A but I hate dealing with the traffic in such a small area. It's a very hectic place! Great food and employees though so it's worth it

I recently visited Chick-fil-A for breakfast and had a great experience. I placed a big order and decided to dine in, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The food was delicious, as always, and I particularly enjoyed the Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit and the Chick-n-Minis. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were very attentive to my needs. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A and would definitely recommend it to others. The friendly staff and delicious food make it a great choice for breakfast.

Although the food was very good I was shocked by such high prices for the small amount that I ordered. I know that prices are going up all over like $10 for just a few chicken nuggets and some fries was kind of out there. I know that if I go to the store and buy a frozen dinner such as chicken and rice or beef pot roast it's much cheaper than eating at chick-fil-a. I have no idea why because food is food and would cost the same anyway. And not only do they make it but they have to deliver it to the store as well. So I tend to think that Chick-fil-A can do better on their prices. That's just my opinion. I'm not sure how often we would go there if we go back at all. Others May have a different experience there which is fine. I do think they are a good company that has good food and good service.

Got lunch for my granddaughter, she had the grilled chicken sandwich meal, she said it was delicious! It got a little crowded were we had to stand to wait for our carry! Was hard to get to the door to leave for all the people, just wasn't enough room!!!

What else can you say. Chick-fil-A is the most well run national chain of any kind of business They are a model for everyone to fiollow. Good food reasonable prices and extremely good service

This has to be the busiest Chick-fil-A in Tennessee! If your going on Saturday use the order ahead app! This place is always crazy on Saturday!

Not sure why you have to give your name when the worker who was suppose to bring our food to the table decided to just leave it on a table no one was sitting at. We had been seated about 15 minutes so I checked to see why it was taking so long. I ask the worker who took our order about the food so she started looking for it. No one knew what happened to "Rita's" order. When you order dine in you get a marker to sit on your table so they are suppose to look around the dining room for the marker and ask the customer their name. Instead the worker saw a marker at a empty table and left our food just sitting there. Really? Why ask my name if you just going to leave the order sitting at an empty table? Food was cold and my husband refused to eat the fries because the bag had just been left open at the wrong table.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. They went above and beyond on customer service. The lady Aliana was the nicest, sweetest, most helpful fast food worker I've ever met. She came continually to ask if we needed anything, was always cleaning, and greeted and told everyone to have a great day. She made it so enjoyable!!! 5 stars for food and service!

We ordered mini chicken sandwiches for our sales team for the first time and when i came in they greeted me immediately and within seconds had my order handed to me. They offer phenomenal 5 star 🌟 service every time

I always love the food. The wait staff are amazing and a shout out to Donnie the manager who always greets the customers with a smile and kind word! I will be back soon.

Service is always so awesome, it puts other fast food to shame. Love the nuggets and chicken soup. Not a fan of flaccid waffle fries.
