They served non gluten free pasta when my friend ordered gluten free pasta luckily he didn't eat any before they gave him the proper meal plus they served many wrong meals to my group❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌🥸🥸🥸

I absolutely love the food here. I have never had a problem EVER. Our waiter Carter is amazing, friendly and was very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone. My favorite meal is the Hungry Carnivore

Can never go wrong getting a pizza here. Service is awesome, and atmosphere is great. If you want to sit down at the bar or at a booth; you can still see the TV’s for the latest sport events. If you’re in the military there is a discount. The price is decent, and I would say on average with local pizza restaurants. The food arrive quickly and hot.

Made an order for pick up, gave them a specific time, went to pick it up and they told me that they didn’t have all the ingredients for my food so they didn’t make anything and said they tried to call me to tell me, yet I never received a call, no call on my call history, and no voicemail. I also ordered an appetizer but they said they didn’t make anything from my order. Obviously they lied about calling me in an attempt to shift the blame on me as the customer instead of owning up to their mistake and admitting they didn’t call me. If they did try to call me, then they only tried once and never even tried to leave a message? You would think they would try to call multiple times and leave a message for me. Pretty disgusting that they lied to my face and I left with nothing. Will never be returning and I will used my gift card at a different location.

The food was good but predictable. I had a Chicken Caesar salad, the chicken was good but dry and the salad lacked creativity. The service was good, the waitress was well trained and polite. I have always liked the Boston Pizza atmosphere, a nice mix of bar and restaurant pleasing to the eye. The only real negative was the cold air, it was well below the outside temperature. We had to move around before finding a table that didn't have cold air blowing on it.

I came to this establishment with my band and my friend (who has severe celiac disease) got given a gluten pizza. My friend was very sick and they did not seem to care. We pre-ordered all of our meals and put in our allergies. I am very upset with my experience.

Always have great service when eating here Waiters are extremely friendly and you feel like you've known them forever. Great atmosphere. Everyone is always smiling and laughing. Will always have my business

We had lunch with our nephews and our server Steve was phenomenal! He knew we were in a bit of a hurry to make it to a movie and he was efficient, friendly and even had some jokes and tricks up his sleeve. We super appreciate his hospitality!!

I was here Sunday June 4th 2023 for a birthday dinner. We had a reservation for 10 people and were seated when we arrived just before 6pm and the hostess gave us our menus. We waited for a server to come to our table, and after a 1/2 hour of sitting there with menus in our hands we asked a passing server to find out who our server was as we had not been assigned one. Another 10-15 minutes passes and a server comes to finally take our drink and appetizer order. We placed our entrée orders. It was another 25-30 minutes before our first entrée came out, a pasta dish that was barely room temperature that had to be sent back. The final dish brought out was a rack of ribs that was cold and late, everyone else at the table was 3/4 done their meals. It was not sent back because we were tired of waiting for food. Dessert was ordered and a birthday song was sung by a different server than ours. Our server never once returned to see how the food was, to bring drink refills or to bring us the bill, we had to call them over every time. I have had good experiences here in the past but I cannot recommend Boston Pizza Bridgewater to anyone at this time.

Best Boston pizza across the country, and all because of the staff. Food is the same as everywhere at BP but the amazing friendliness and efficiency of the staff at this location definitely put it over the top Enjoy your day my friends 😊🙏

I just want to start off by saying Alex our server was impeccable the thought that he takes on his customers and just making sure his customers are happy. Me and my mother went in to Boston Pizza hoping for just a quick meal when we were sat in the lounge area and our server Alex also working at the bar came over and started us off got us with some drinks and made a couple laughs from the bar. When it came to ordering our food, he gave out a bunch of different options. Asked how my pallet was, any specific things that I might like or might not like so that I walk out of there having enjoyed my meal. When it came back, it was absolutely delicious. He checked in often with us and took notice of things I said about my drink how I like extra pepperoni on my Cesar and noticed that I didn’t eat the top part of my celery stick so when he came back with another drink for me, there was extra pepperoni, and the top of the celery stick was cut off. When I told him about my career choices of going to college to learn about the tourism and hospitality industry, he told me about his story and how it really does show that he loves his job. Overall, I would just like to say thank you Alex for being a wonderful server, keep up the great work!

The service on my recent visit was excellent, pop refills were on the table without asking and wait times were reasonable. I got the nachos and they were absolutely huge, well worth the price. I wasn't able to come close to finishing them, which has never happened before :). I enjoyed watching the baseball game while dining as well. Continues to be a favorite spot to take the family.

excellent customer service. We have always had great customer service each time we have gone here. One time we went when it was busy and they didn't have enough servers so it took a long time to get our food. regardless of being over worked the servers still gave great service.

We were over fr the Valley for the day and ordered takeout Pasta Tuesday (Jambalaya x2) for supper, as we were going to eat in the car as we had our dog with us. We called ahead and was stated 20 mins which was perfect, and of note we substituted the noodle for Penne. Upon arrival the meal came out quickly but the staff that took the order didnt enter the substitute Penne as "he didnt know how to do it", so they had to remake the meal, the meal was remade within an additional 15 mins. Another staff said not to ring it in, which led me to believe they were comping it, but in the end it was normal price, so I then asked for a discount for the mixup and delay, they then offered 25% off. Off I go to the Car and we start to drive away but my wife noticed No Cutlery or Napkins in the bag so back to the restaraunt again. I asked for said items and they went to get them for me, upon returning I was asked if I wanted to speak to the mgr, I initially stated No but I chg'd my mind due to the 2 mixup, delay, etc. Shirley came out to speak to me and upon explanation said my meal should have been Compted right away, Shirley surely made a somewhat frustrating experience exceptional by Fully refunding our meal, which was Hot and Delicious. Great service in the end, Thanks Shirley !!

Not my first visit but usually good service and food is to be had. Tonight food was good as always. Carter was friendly, have had Kassidy in the past few times I’ve been in and she was great. The family side is quite loud with kids, would recommend the bar side, hopefully that’s a bit quieter if you’re looking for that.

Food was not good! Ordered tacos, tacos were cold, the chicken was super cold. Less filling. Service is good . Its just the food is not good here
