We
were
over
fr
the
Valley
for
the
day
and
ordered
takeout
Pasta
Tuesday
(Jambalaya
x2)
for
supper,
as
we
were
going
to
eat
in
the
car
as
we
had
our
dog
with
us.
We
called
ahead
and
was
stated
20
mins
which
was
perfect,
and
of
note
we
substituted
the
noodle
for
Penne.
Upon
arrival
the
meal
came
out
quickly
but
the
staff
that
took
the
order
didnt
enter
the
substitute
Penne
as
"he
didnt
know
how
to
do
it",
so
they
had
to
remake
the
meal,
the
meal
was
remade
within
an
additional
15
mins.
Another
staff
said
not
to
ring
it
in,
which
led
me
to
believe
they
were
comping
it,
but
in
the
end
it
was
normal
price,
so
I
then
asked
for
a
discount
for
the
mixup
and
delay,
they
then
offered
25%
off.
Off
I
go
to
the
Car
and
we
start
to
drive
away
but
my
wife
noticed
No
Cutlery
or
Napkins
in
the
bag
so
back
to
the
restaraunt
again.
I
asked
for
said
items
and
they
went
to
get
them
for
me,
upon
returning
I
was
asked
if
I
wanted
to
speak
to
the
mgr,
I
initially
stated
No
but
I
chg'd
my
mind
due
to
the
2
mixup,
delay,
etc.
Shirley
came
out
to
speak
to
me
and
upon
explanation
said
my
meal
should
have
been
Compted
right
away,
Shirley
surely
made
a
somewhat
frustrating
experience
exceptional
by
Fully
refunding
our
meal,
which
was
Hot
and
Delicious.
