The California salad was amazing! Our sever was knowledgeable and provided his best recommendations. It was not crowded when we went. The drinks were delicious, however it was like drinking juice(barely alcohol in it). The concept was fun. I had the 4 course(cheese fondue, salad, entree, chocolate fondue). The employees there were funny, presentable, and nice. There’s a melting pot backdrop for picture taking. You are provide with multiple dipping sauces to enhance the flavor of your meats after boiling them. I recommend using them. Depending on your seat, the steam from the pot can be troublesome. Only wish the venting system was better. Myself and another table had this issue. Otherwise, I recommend the Melting Pot.

Fantastic and unique place to eat, definitely recommend giving it a try! My husband and I came here celebrating out 12 year anniversary and wanting to try something different. Stephanie our server was sweet and very helpful with her recommendations! All the food was excellent and seasoned to perfection! 10/10 would come back again

This place is super cool and has a different concept . Here you kind of cook your meal which is super fun. The atmosphere is great, service always take time to explain the menu and offer the best choices. Came here with a group of friends and they all liked it . My experience overall was great. I will definitely recommend and come back.

So I wanted to experience the melting pot because my sister had a nice time the 1st time she came & I wanted to as well! So we 1st get there without a reservation they told us there's no seats for 45 minutes so we waited at the bar. Bartender made a great sangria for us. Then we get seated at approximately 30 minutes later so that was nice to hear. Our waiter was nice & helpful however each time he left it was 20 minutes later each time! Our pot was steaming & came to a boil & waiter came back to take our order 20 minutes later comes back w our waters. Another 20 minutes go by & now comes with the cheese. Then our salads come much later. The waiter comes back 20 minutes later asking to refill our waters. It just took to long between meals & our refills to get this stuff out on time. We got seated at 830pm & didn't leave till after 1030! If I ever go back here I'm letting management know that our service took a long time! Sadly I didn't get the waiters name but Sadly it could of been a better experience 😔 just saying 😔

It was nice the service was great and food was nice too. My kids did really enjoy to be a part of the cooking. I can imagine it would also be great to go with friends and have a great time.

One of the best places for a date... note you have to cook your own food. But in the process you can test your dates skills and patience while the food cooks in the burners. Leave room for dessert because part of the fun is getting the cake, bananas and fruits to dip in the scrumptious chocolates. The meals include salad, cheese appetizer, meats and protein and dessert. Plan to be there over 2.5 hours.

The restaurant was full. I suppose it is a good experience for most. We just had a really bad experience. The waiter was definitely new. He had no clue and struggled. The tables around us turned twice and we were still waiting for our desert. It was slow and the food was tasteless. On a positive note they had gluten free options including GF beer and brownies. The desert was the best and I don't like deset much. Our cheese fondue he added too much wine. It was a lot better when we added more cheese. They also have gluten free bread for the fondue. Honestly I will not return or recommend it to my friends.

We go here every year on my birthday and are never disappointed! Tonight our server was Nika and she was just the bomb diggity. Full of personality, great service and just a delight to be around. The lovely woman from the front, short blonde hair and shorter name, was just as sweet as can be and everyone treated us like family. Highly recommended!

Different great experience, Waiters arw knowledgeable and very helpful. The place is very cozy and calm. The cocktail is a disappointment, I couldn’t taste any liquor in. The Cesar salad has pine nuts 😋🤤 The cheese fondue is great, the meat won’t come out as delicious as grilled meat since you’re just boiling in a liquid and that was the downside for me. The chocolate fondue is totally delicious.

My husband and I have come to this location a couple of times in the last 5 years. The service and food have always been good. This time we asked another couple of friends to join us, we order two of the Big Night selection of the menus for the four of us. It was plenty of food and all very fresh. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. We were sat at the end of a room and completely forgotten. The waitress brought the cheese and completely messed up the flavor with way too much nutmeg, she then added more cheese and wine to try to fix it but it was very thick. After we finished the cheese and California salad (very good salad) it took a VERY long time for our main course to be bought to the table, and once it was brought the service completely disappeared, I wanted to ask for the house seasoning they have but by the time the waitress decided to come check on us, or anyone at all. We had already finished our entire food. I also needed water and asked a couple of times when she came to pick up our plates, this after we had to go find our waitress and when she did come she came back and forth and did not bring my water until she brought the check. I was very disappointed on the service and to top it off the attitude and demeanor of the waitress was not enjoyable. Lastly, the check arrives and they had the audacity to add a 20% on the check automatically. I found it disturbing and disrespectful.

We have been to the Pot many times before. Each server has been fantastic. However, hats off to Mike who makes the best cheese, who is so attentive, and is great with our kids. Make sure to ask for Mike when you go! A great meal tonight!!

Who doesn't love melted cheese and chocolate! This place is sinfully delicious! I definitely recommend that you prepare yourself for lots of eating. The full course can be overwhelming, and you can easily leave there feeling like an umpa lumpa or have a huge food comma lol. The service was great. The server was friendly and very willing to help with anything we needed. Food started out great, but... how is it possible to order the four cheese fondue with only 3 cheese???? Either the server forgot to bring the 4th, or there was none. If that's the case, rename the four cheese to 3 cheese. Like ordering a PB&J sandwich without bread. As for the atmosphere, there was a table of 4 women that spoke very loudly. Turns out they were high school girls. It was very uncomfortable. I asked the server to say something, but he said his manager wouldn't do it and if I wanted to change tables. It was my anniversary dinner. I hate to have messed it all up. So basically it's OK to ruin the dinner of a few tables just so the one table will be fine. I almost joined in their conversation as loud as they were. Very uncomfortable. Next time I will just leave the restaurant .

We had the best anniversary, romantic dinner special experience with Andrew today. Food was 10 out of 10 service was 10 out of 10. We were unaware they closed at 10 PM and Andrew continued his amazing service all the way till almost 11 o’clock when we finished one of the best servers here for sure. Will be back again.

Went in yesterday without making a reservation on a Friday night - my own fault, of course, but the staff were welcoming and accomodating. As I was alone, they suggested I sit at the bar, which has its own fondue cooker, and this was a perfect solution! It hasn't room for a full meal, but for a snack or light meal (cheese or chocolate fondue) it is a good choice. Be sure to ask if this is available if alone/paired and there's a waiting list!

Had Andrew as our server today. He was very attentive and made sure he took all of our allergies into a account. Very good conversationalist and friendly guy. Will definitely be requesting him the next time We are back

We have been to this location a bunch of times. Food is always delicious, it is clean, and the staff is great. We went this week and had the fabulous Tiana as a server. She was very patient with our two year old who thought it was fun to turn off the burners without us seeing. She was right on top of drink refills and extra dippers. We were a party of six and everyone left happy and full!

I went there for my wife birthday. I called and reserve the table earlier but had bad experience with my guests. I bought the balloon package and expected the table will be ready with the balloon on top, but there were nothing like that. Also I was told for the birthday person they will write Happy Birthday on a plate with the complementary piece of cake and a candle. And again I was disappointed with the way they serve that piece of cake with just a candle with no writing happy BIRTHDAY and the server seems she was force to do her job.....

We have to thank “ Daisy” for a superb experience at the restaurant. Her attention to detail and service made the experience memorable. The food was delicious and the ambience just right, music was at an adequate level. The place was clean and social distancing in our case with the aid of cubicles with curtains was just the ticket. From cheese fondue , meat fondue and to top it of the “ Ying & Yang” chocolate Fondue the evening was a success.
