This is a free of charge natural park. There are several trails available that allow you to walk through the forest and enjoy nature. One of the trails crosses a small creek which I thought was nice. The trails are well marked but my advice is to take a picture of the map so that you don't get lost. It should take you about an hour to run all the paths but longer if you are walking with kids. A very nice place where you can relax

A great park to go for a walk or run and enjoy the nature. Gives tiny forest feels.

Well maintained, clean bathrooms, beautifully marked trails. Straw was put down on areas that got muddy after a rain. Trails are marked. It’s a very peaceful place, especially on chilly days when not many people go out. I love that there are benches throughout the park and on the trails. If you’ve never been, I recommend taking a photo of the trail map before heading in, in case you get turned around.

One of my favorite places to visit. The trails are nice and I enjoy walking them in the evenings. The paths are we labeled and there is no fear of getting lost. It is also well within the city limits, which makes it very convenient.

So many trails and things to see. It was 100 but with the tree cover, we were out of the sun and in some areas because it was a little windy, we got a nice breeze. Still an hour hike and we didn't get to see every path. Great place to walk your dog.

First time at this park ( 5/27/2023). It was quiet, shady and not crowded. Was pleasantly surprised to see wildflowers blooming and many different species of butterflies. The trail wasn’t as long as we would like it to be but it was still decent. It also has a good walking path filled with mulch and a little stream. We were glad that we checked this place out.

It was a small trail, we took the nature loop trail and kept going on circles. It’s pretty but a very small trail that runs in loop. The observation center was an interesting stop. Kids will definitely enjoy it. The bird observation deck was a nice and peaceful area to sit and enjoy the nature.

Great to have this park. It is not huge, but it is one of the bigger parks in the area. Trails are well marked and kept in good shape. No real views to speak of but the positive here is that 90%+ of the trails are shaded, so you can go in the middle of summer and not get scorched. Perfect for just getting in some leisurely outdoor exercise. Trail is what I would call easy. Trails are all covered in wood chips and no notable elevation changes. The areas where there is slight elevation have stairs. Even the parking is easy. This is attached to little league and soccer fields so there is parking for literally hundreds of cars. Lots of benches randomly set throughout the trails. Yes, this is in the DFW landing flight path so there will constantly be planes flying over. And you probably never are more than a couple hundred yards from civilization, but still it’s nice to have this around.

This is a great place to walk dogs when it's otherwise too hot because of the shade the trees provide to the trail. Most of the other dog owners are also great. We have only had positive experiences here. Everyone does a good job training their dogs and keeping everyone safe and happy.

The place is very nice taste of nature, kid friendly and dogs on leash. Only bad side is it is very short but very well maintained

Beautiful park with paved and wood chipped paths. Areas to cross water, do some light hiking abs relaxing benches throughput the park. CLEAN BATHROOMS!!! Lots of batting cages set up. Every netting looked to be intact. Family friendly. 💜

It's a nice park and rec area. I didn't get to walk the nature trail so I can't speak to that. I wasn't sure where the entrance for that path was either. Whole park looks to go kind of deep and parking is ok. Looks to be very clean and well kept.

What a nice gem in Coppell! We went today to explore, and this park is extremely well kept, shaded, and beautiful! Trails are pretty short and flat, great for kids.

An incredibly well maintained nature park that includes many trails, creeks, a birdwatching spot, and signage for local foliage. Most trails are well shaded in the summer and great for families with youngsters or anyone looking for an easy hiking experience.

My wife and I love going to CNP Trail... no mountain bikes and very few rocks and roots. We walk all of the trails frontwards and backwards... 3-1/2 miles once a week.🚶

One of our favorite local non-paved trails! Easy to navigate and very well kept. Tip: check out Geocaching - there's a few spots throughout the trails for the kids.

👍 The facility is not yet complete, and is relatively small in size - especially when compared to the grounds (and public access count) immediately surrounding this site. But it's awesome! And beautiful! And soon-to-earn that fifth star, once the facility has been completed and filled to capacity with...
