Excellent burgers! And very crispy fries. There are always a ton of people there. Gotta try their shakes as well, even their plant based ones are good! Avoid the bathrooms!! They are nasty…

Absolutely fabulous food. The food is really fresh, the burgers are so juicy, the shakes are yummy and the cheesy fries are perfectly cheesy. We spent $80 on 3 adults and 1 child. This was my first time eating here but definitely not my last. I highly recommend it.

The manager Josué was very kind. He served our table and recommend the best hamburgers because it was out first time visiting Shake Shack. My opinion is that this store is the best I ever visited with my family and friends. They prepare delicious milkshakes and amazing french fries with cheese. The parking is free for the guests and the place is big with a lot of tables, without reducing the quality and service. Another thing that surprised me is that they prepare Dog cookies with burger meet dehydrated and package them on a very elegant bag. Those cookies were Delicious (my dogs said). We love it.

First time at a Shake Shack. The shake was really good. When I came in, there was about 4 people in line and one of the associates let me know I could use the self kiosk which was super easy to use. He brought my food to my table. I was in town for a conference and shortly after I got my food, the place quickly filled up and the line was to the door. It seems like it took them about 20 minutes to get the line down which I was impressed with. I also watch the workers keep a positive attitude through the chaos. The chicken bites were good, real chicken. Enjoyed the bacon cheese fries. Burgers were juicy and flavorful.

I truly believe this was the best shake shack experience of my life and I’ve likely had over 100. It began at the register with a cordial greeting from the employee taking my order and I noticed the manager motivating his colleagues to keep up their good pace. The effort in the kitchen was reflected on the first bite. Best shack burger I’ve ever had. Proportions were perfect and the bun was especially tasty.

First time eating at this Shake shack in coral gables Miami.. I ordered Smoking Stack very tasty, fries are the best thing going, Strawberry Shack was pathetic NO STRAWBERRY AT ALL just a hint of favor . Where I come from it's a ZERO. When you live in PLANT CITY fla. The Strawberry farm land of central florida Home of The Strawberry Festival for 80 years plus !! Never been to Shake Shack before so decided to try it before I went home. The place is clean and new. I give a 4 stars cause I think the burgers could be bigger and the portions as well for what you pay for HOWEVER, it was delicious and I would come back!

Love Shake Shack!! Some of the most delicious ever. This location is convenient but the parking situation is not ideal. There’s not very much parking spaces and lot is very tight and awkward. The staff is super friendly and nice and food came out quickly and right. I would definitely recommend it but be prepared for a parking delays.

Idk if shake shack and burger fi are direct rivals but I prefer burger fi. The portions at this shake shack are very small. The food is ok, its fresh, and the staff is polite. This place is just ok. If there's a Culver's near you try em out its a similar taste to shake shack at a fraction of the cost and more options on the menu.

Decided to have lunch here when in the Gables. I’ve visited this location 3 times. All three were pleasant experiences and the food and staff were great. They keep this place spotless with the amount of foot traffic that comes through the door. They have this house sauce called shack sauce which adds a bit of bite to your burger, I highly recommend you try it. They also have a beer on tap that’s a house beer “Shack Meister Ale” , also very delicious. I look forward to having a bite here next time I’m in the area.

Ordered on the app for pick up. It was very busy on the weekend and it was pouring outside. I ordered and waited for my food. I received everything exactly as I ordered it with no bacon.

Most delicious burgers. I love the Shackburger with extra crispy onions! The place has parking and has a good atmosphere. Very clean. The staff is nice too. Great for a late dinner

I had the ShackBurger and it was tasty. My friend had a grilled cheese and cheese fries which were better than the burger 🍔 The ingredients are fresh but it’s lacking in flavour a bit. The bun was a bit too soft and could use a bit more toasting. The milkshakes are definitely the stars and are really good. Chicken bites were average and you can definitely give them a miss.

I recently tried the veggie burger at Shake Shack, and it was an absolute delight! The flavors were delicious and the overall taste was incredibly satisfying. Have gone there 2 times and they haven’t been that pleasant. Service is good, the staff is very friendly and the place is clean, the food however is not that good imo. Tried the chicken nuggets and they were sad but thought it was just that one time, however, I recently gave it another chance and tried the burger and was highly disappointed again. In the picture you’ll see how it looks, that was $9, to me it’s very overpriced and the taste is bland. I’ve tried better burgers for cheaper. No hate to this shake shack, I’d just prefer to go somewhere else for better food at a cheaper price.

Disgusting! Ordered delivery and half my order was missing. 2 Shack burgers one bunless and 2 orders of fries. This is what arrived! I paid $2.00 extra for avocado and they give me one tiny gone bad piece of avocado, sour tomato, disgusting old green leaves. 😑 my other burger was just not even there. How?? Why?? And yet these are same ppl demanding increases in wages when you can't even handle a take-out order!! Smh

This place should be called thr fry shack because they've got great fries! The burgers were very good. The service was a little slow but overall friendly. The saddest part was the shake itself. My dad ordered a strawberry shake and not a single strawberry could be found; in fact the shake wasn't even pink and barely had a strawberry flavor.

Jeff was tending to the seating area while I dinned with my family and he made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. He made the experience so wonderful and although the food is always great we would return just for Jeff. He went above and beyond, cleared the trash from the table, and even refilled our drinks. Thank you Jeff!

So I take my daughter often to this location the food is normally really good but today the service was above and beyond. Thank you to the staff working tonight, from the cashier helping me place the order at the kiosk to the manager(lady) that came to our table to ensure my order correct since I have food allergies. Again thank you! I didn’t ask for names however I wanted all the staff to know that your costumers really appreciate the person behind the amazing food.
