Our waitress Dulce, makes our Denny’s dinner a five stars experience. She was super attentive and thoughtful, also very special with other customer too and homeless. Even though she was the only person attending all the tables she did a great job, she treat us like a mom. She makes the difference. The food was good. Pancakes fluffy. Best Denny’s I ever went in Miami.

I love breakfast any time Good prices, plenty of parking, and short wait time. Service is aleays good at this location. Don't forget your mail coupons. You sometimes get 20 % off (NOT BAD!).

We like to visit Denis Restaurant in Coral Gables, next to University of Miami, for dinner. It is a nice, clean, and quiet place. We got help from Francisco. He is very nice guy from Haiti. He was helping us all the time. We are coming back there for T-bone and salads. The chef has a special recipe, we like. Prices for meals are affordable. They have a space for parking next to. I recommend this place.

Very bad attention. After waiting almost 10 minutes, the waiter arrived with a bad attitude and claiming when he asked if he delayed the order that yes, that there was a large order and there was only one cook. The place also had a bad smell like dampness. We decided to stop and leave. The attention from the lousy waiter, it seemed that you were in another city.

It was great. Full plates with food. The server was very friendly. The food came in a timely manner. Great quality service overall :)

Customer service was spotty. Food was okay, with the exception of the pancakes which were very chewy and tasteless. For the price there are much better options. They were also out of French toast and gave us a rock hard piece of bread without informing us before hand.

I’ve avoided Denny’s for years because unfortunately a lot of franchises have really fallen out by having rude staff , the food isn’t cooked right and overall not clean. However this Denny’s is none of that everyone is really nice here the waiters attend to you and the food is always cooked how it should be and the diner itself is clean. Would recommend to eat here.

It's a Denny's. Went for pock up but I've been there to sit and eat a couple times. Restaraunt is kinda dark, which is weird. But food is good, service is good, have not had an issue in terms of how long I wait for food, whether picking up or dining in.

Disappointed! Ordered a chicken bourbon skillet, chicken was fine, the vegetables were disgusting! Told the waitress and nothing was done. When the bill came, the waiter said she couldn't discount it because there was no manager. This place's quality when totally down..sad

We have been coming here for breakfast for over 10 years. Darling is our waitress, and she is AMAZING. Very friendly and detailed in her work. She knows what we eat, so no menus are needed. LOL We normally arrive between 7 and 7:30 AM before the morning rush. There is plenty of parking and seats for big parties. Food is always hot and fresh.

Marisol is a treasure! If you come to this location, ask for her and your experience will be a pleasure. She always greets each guest with a smile and true enthusiasm. She is very attentive and makes sure your beverages are never empty and that you have extra napkins. This location is overall better than other Denny’s in the area - the parking lot is well-lit at night and conveniently close to the main entrance. The food is inconsistent, but we were lucky today to have eggs and pancakes cooked perfectly.

I love breakfast here. My favorite is the loaded veggie omelet. Service was friendly and quick. This particular Denny's is always clean. Great location by US1. Plenty of parking in two lots behind the restaurant. Prices are really good for the amount and quality of the food.

Darling B was our waitress today and may I say what a horrible waitress. When she had taken our order we felt rushed and had barely any time to really look over what we wanted. When I asked her to add something to our order she proceeded to ignore me and tell me to hold on even though she was at our table giving us our food and drinks already. No sense of attention to her tables only when she’s called to them. When we finally got her to the table for she then told me “okay now you have my attention.” Your tables that you’re waiting are supposed to already have your attention not when it’s convenient. This is getting 2 stars only because the chefs did a great job with the food other than that the waitress staff needs better training or new staff. Completely horrible.

This was the third Denny's we tried because we could not get seated (short staffed). The food was delicious and service was amazing. We will come again even though it is not close to home.

An unusually decorated Denny's that's so understaffed that even the robot server can't make up for it and the poor waitress has to host and bus tables too. Luckily management has convinced her it's not their fault so she's still working there for now. Bring back the old decor and pay servers more.

Robots? I get it, it's supposedly faster or something but I'd rather have an employee give me food than a robot. When you have a table full of food it's difficult to hand in everything with your own hands with other people. Dirty utensils, I don't even want to see how the plate was before our food was served. Gave us weird looks after asking for plastic utensils. Going to start bringing our own things I guess Drunk employees. They literally do not care about anything.

I had a really good breakfast and my waitress was excellent and very kind! Dennys really needs more waitresses like her ! I think her name was Tiffany and she did a great job !!!

I hate leaving negative reviews. However, this is the third time we’ve come here for specific items advertised on this location’s website, on large posters inside the restaurant and in the menus, and they were not available. Those items include pumpkin pancakes, most of the social stars influenced menu including banana salted caramel pancakes, and all desserts. The staff is very friendly.

I'm a regular here. Classic Denny's experience with seating and service. Solid food and prices, as usual with Denny's. I'd say this location is one of the better ones, too, since I have never seen them understaffed for a busy day.

I came in to pick up my order. The sign said take a seat. Several workers were gathered together including the male Manager. The Manger looked at me several times and never came over or asked someone to come to my assistance. I sat there for at least 20 minutes until a guy walked in and walked to a table that was behind the podium that I was seated behind. The Manger came over as soon as the guy went to the table. I then got up and walked to the same area as they were standing there. The manager handed the guy a bag. I then asked if my bag was there and told him my name. My bag was there the entire time and the manager let me sit there for 20 minutes without saying one word. May I help you would have been nice, polite, kind. WOW! I don't do repeat visits if I am not treated right!
