One
of
the
worst
customer
service
experiences
of
my
life.
The
woman
working
at
the
store
accused
me
of
bringing
back
a
“used”
bracelet
hours
after
I
purchased
a
brand
new
bracelet
for
my
mother.
When
in
reality,
I
came
and
bought
a
“brand
new”
bracelet
from
this
store
and
when
I
got
home
it
was
very
loose
on
my
mother.
Therefore
I
came
back
to
the
store
to
get
it
properly
adjusted
and
this
woman
accused
me
of
switching
out
the
bracelet
for
a
used
item.
I
cannot
begin
to
explain
how
disrespectful
that
is.
I
work
very
hard
every
day
for
my
money
and
I
would
never
do
something
so
classless
in
my
life.
I’m
a
small
business
owner
and
take
pride
in
being
self
sustainable,
financially.
I
will
never
shop
at
this
store
again.
I
might
not
ever
shop
with
this
brand
again,
because
it’s
evident
that
there
is
no
culture
of
respect
toward
the
customers
that
pay
the
companies
bottom
dollar
profits.
The
salary
that
pays
the
woman
that
disrespected
me
comes
from
hard
working,
paying
customers
just
like
myself.
For
her
to
tell
me
repeatedly
that
I
was
basically
comityibg
fraud,
is
something
I
will
never
forget.
I’m
a
very
disappointed
and
disgusted
customer.
Save
your
money.
This
store
and
product
is
not
worth
the
money
