Very good experience! Pleasantly surprised by the premises, the welcome and the professionals. I had an appointment this morning at 8:30 a.m. for an ultrasound. Arrived early, because it was my first time at Medicina. I managed to get an appointment on Doctolib in less than a week and plenty of slots available. I got my report in a few minutes. I had to stay 30/40 minutes between creating the file with the secretary, examining it and submitting the report. A few small hassles before understanding where the pedestrian entrance and the vehicle entrance were. There are plenty of PRM parking spaces outside. Indoor parking is free for drop-offs. Concerning the premises, everything is new and very pretty. The professionals are all pleasant. The woman who did the ultrasound took the time to ask me to let her know if it hurt me or not (something that doesn't happen often unfortunately). And to finish, we were treated to a little “have a good day” from the cleaning lady! It really brightened my day!! Really a very good experience! I will make an appointment again without any worries!!

The radiologist doctor whose name is CASSE in addition to being incompetent is at the height of inhumanity. Expeditious (3min top time), inconsistent, distressing. I had to make an emergency appointment the next day with another much more competent radiologist who contradicted this one in every way. Unless you want to have a bad pre-diagnosis (because yes, it's approximate), run away without even thinking without looking back.

Recent and clean premises, no worries on that front. No delay allowed whatever the reason and even if you warn in any case that's what a very lesson-giving doctor told us after we arrived late (I didn't know there was parking so I lost time because I park far away). If you need to consult a specialist, they don't want to send you the prescription letter so that you can make an appointment at the hospital for example (appointment with 2 different doctors for 2 different patients and both the same thing) . They tell you to go see your usual doctor etc! LOL they don't even know that in 2024 it's difficult to find a regular or regular doctor. Fortunately we were able to get a prescription elsewhere, we were able to have an appointment with a specialist at the hospital and it was necessary! It's really a troubleshooting office and that's it.

No ! You don't stick your head through a door to talk to the doctor when you're a medical secretary! We respect the nudity of patients and we call the doctor or we wait until he is alone. As for me, we broke the world speed record! Well done! And I come out without any explanation of what I have or not. Money machine... I only see this explanation knowing that they do not practice third-party payment. I understand better having found an appointment so quickly.

Radiology department to absolutely avoid!!! The echoes and the mammo are done in a chain. I did two echoes of the thigh down there, they didn't last more than 5 minutes each. No measurements made, no comparison with the other thigh. I go back for the control echo 3 weeks later, another radiologist also spends 5 minutes and gives a different diagnosis than the previous one. Faced with the persistence of my pain, the doctor prescribed another ultrasound and this time I went to an office in Valmy. The radiologist takes more than 20 minutes, takes measurements, makes comparisons with the other thigh and gives me a flexion echo. Results much more serious than what was announced to me at the beginning. I have to do an emergency MRI and see a surgeon. I lost 2 months because of the incompetence of his radiologists. On the other hand, I went to see a cardiologist whose name I don't remember and on the other hand he was great.

Very mixed opinion on this radiology medical center. I had two appointments. The 1st: an hour of waiting for an ultrasound, with only 3 people in front of me. The 2nd: 3 minutes of ultrasound examination... But I doubt the result. Not forgetting the fact that we have to send our imaging results to our doctor. In 2024, is everything teletransmitted normally? To avoid... Unless they change

I will only speak on the telephone secretariat for neurologists, including that of Dr Jaulent. I never post a negative opinion but here, I have never had such an execrable person on the phone when I was making an appointment for my mother who has a serious illness and it already affects me enough not to have to send me upset in this difficult moment. if you don't like people, change jobs ma'am.
