today visiting this store looking for a child seat, after which a very nice gentleman from the service said that for this department there must be a properly trained person who will call someone right away. a young girl came in (with a nose ring) her facial expression and attitude towards the customer was unacceptable. I felt like I was an enemy to her because she had to serve me. I automatically told the lady that if she works for punishment, I propose to change jobs. I left the store after that and probably won't be visiting it again.

Realy poor customer service... staff are often clueless about how things work or where or what they are selling. They have incorrect prices up for items change prices randomly so check before you buy what the price is as what is displayed could be out of date or for a different item as the inexperienced staff put price tags under the wrong items as I said early don't have a clue. They have items up high which need staff to get things down but you can occasionally get a staff member asking can they help or you have to chase them down. Loads of staff but only 1 in 3 seem to actually be wanting to help. Tried to make a complaint about being overcharged waited for ages and was then told by a "manager" just go online we dont take complaints in store. Never shop here again.

We just popped in today to buy a car seat for our 18month old. The reply I got from our server Kiera after I asked was a have a car seat in stock was honestly appalling. My self my partner couldn’t believe the attitude & all we wanted was a car seat.

I am disappointed. Yesterday I bought two electric scooters for 8 years for my children. One blue for the son, the other pink for the daughter. It turned out that my daughter's scooter was broken, it didn't work and it couldn't be charged. Today I went to exchange it. And the store is causing problems. They took this scooter for repairs. And they'll call you when it's fixed. I understand such behavior if the scooter worked, but it was not used. My daughter is crying. The money has been spent and the scooter is gone. I do not recommend.
