The Loop didn't refund me even though I showed receipt etc. If it happens to you, make sure the security gives a receipt on the stuff they take from you (I wasn't offered... Once you get through security you get to the Loop which is the retail offering at Cork Airport. Good selection of stock, with an emphasis on cosmetics and alcohol. Duty free prices on alcohol so, some nice bargains there. Very helpful staff.

The duty free section is the same as any other but the staff were so friendly and approachable, moreso than any other airport I've been to. Especially in the alcohol section, the attendant was so knowledgeable and helped me find something I loved! (Tip: Dingle gin ftw) They also had a nice selection of cute and affordable souvenirs. I'm honestly looking forward to the next time I get to come here.

Every time I travel from Cork airport, I stop at the Loop to buy some souvenirs and gifts. You can't miss the store as you have to walk through it once you clear the security. The choice is vast: perfume, alcohol, clothing, sweets, local souvenirs, salmon, meat... etc. I couldn't see tobacco. I don't think they sell that. As with all tax free shops, you have to be careful as the price you pay depends on your destination. Each product has a label with 2 prices: with or without tax. If you are flying to any EU country, you pay the tax. Flying outside the EU, you are entitled to the tax free price. The staff is very approachable and always willing to assist. It's 5 stars from me.

The shop itself is nice and well stocked but the member of staff I encountered tonight was awful. I was stood at the till waiting to be served as there was no one behind the counter, I heard someone shout at me and it was a member of staff. He didn't apologise for leaving me waiting, he asked for my boarding card, took my phone scanned it and left my phone next to the till, he did the same with my change and didn't say thanks and was not polite in anyway shape or form. Really surprised as usually the staff are great.

The shop itself is nice and well stocked but the member of staff I encountered was awful. She didn't say hello , asked for my boarding card, took my phone scanned it and left my phone next to the till. Asking me if I have connected fly ( trying to explain what I can't buy....) Very bad behavior and looks like she had a bad humor .... Disappointed about staff.

What a rip off. Picked up a bottle of Kilbeggan Irish whiskey from this outlet. Expected it to be priced at 22euros like the signing led me to believe. In fact I was charged 40euro. Never realised till I checked my invoice on return to home. Telephone them and was advised to return to store......jokers. Apparently the 22 euro price was duty free not for people travelling to EU countries. Shame it not made clear. What I don't understand is how UK airport stores are selling the same brand for £16, admittedly for a 70cl not the 1 litre. All in all the Loop at Cork Airport are taking advantages of us customers. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Never will buy from the Loop again. Be warned.

Ordered my first click and collect from them on the 01 of August it was a Jo Malone perfume and opened it to see it clearly had already been sprayed and fingerprints all over it. I’ll stick to Brown Thomas in future!

I have made a complain for a disrepectful and humiliating way that a staff member of Cork Airport had with me on 29th November 2023. They said they will be in touch with me as soon as possible and today december 9th December 2023 I haven't got any response. It really seems this company does not care about any feedbacks and doesn't have any control over what's going on in their stores. My complain follows as: Today 29th November at The Loop Cork Airport, at 18:13, there where two tills available and the store had just few customers around. I approached to one of the tills to pay my for my groceries, the till has got the queue barriers, but was basically empty so I didn't walked through all the long queue barriers, but walked directly to the till instead. The staff member in the till with a rude attitude didn't even responded to my greeting and asked me to go back and walk through all the queue barriers. This was so disappointing and disrespectful, since I was the only customer there. I had to walk all the way back and walk through to get to the same point where I was. After, I didn't understand what he was saying before paying and he raised his voice. The people that I was with were shocked of seeing how the guy was acting. Hopefully he gets a proper feedback, since in terms of customer service this shouldn't have happened and mostly in an airport where you have to have soft skills to deal with hundreds of customers. Kind regards,

MAYBE. But I wouldn't count on it. Better to shop elsewhere.
