Let me start with the bad. Mortal sin in the restaurant world…served undercooked chicken. Now while that would normally put the review into the one or two star world I still have to give them credit. They fixed the issue very quickly, and were very contrite. In addition, the remainder of the experience was 5 star. My short rib was outstanding, hake was perfect and the cod special delicious. Their pate with the pickled veg was also a great way to start our meal. Overall great and I will be back.

The only bad thing I can say about The Supper Club it’s that it is hard to get into. But once you get in, it is well worth the effort and wait. The owner Tom has a great passion for food and service and it shows. Highlights were the craft martinis including the cannoli. For the meal the star is the short ribs and the vegan burger, yes the vegan burger. One of the best we’ve had anywhere. For Desert the sticky date pudding was amazing as well as the crème brûlée and the chocolate peanut butter vegan dessert. One of our favorite dining experiences so far in our trip.

Had a fantastic dinner here a couple of days back with a friend. Recommend trying a drink from their house cocktail list. The short rib was also delicious. Service was friendly and on point. If you're in Kinsale this place is worth a visit.

We only had dessert and cocktails, but we loved every minute of our time here. Wandered in just for a quick cocktail originally. Got seated at the bar, and after seeing the extensive cocktail menu decided to settle in and try one of everything on the list. Great welcoming interaction with the bar staff. Luckily we got to stay for some food as well. The tiramisu martini was the highlight. Already planning my next trip back here

We had dinner here for my boyfriend's birthday and we just know we will be back soon! We had the tuna spring rolls from the specials and we loved it, the monkfish with beurre blanc and oyster mushrooms was to die. Also fantastic non-alcoholic cocktails accompanied with a faultless service. This place is an absolute gem!

Every single dish I ordered, I loved!!even those that my partner ordered. Enjoyed especially the flourless chocolate cake. Staff were very accomodating and entertaining. Great ambiance, and nice chill music. Cocktail menu was also quite interesting, just couldn't drink any coz I was driving, but definitely highly recommended!!

Really wonderful experience here! The server was so knowledgeable and passionate about the food, we could have listened to him talk for ages. My mom will not stop talking about how amazing the pork chop was! Highly recommend!

Cozy, welcoming restaurant with a very attentive staff. We came in on a fairly busy evening without reservations but they were able to fit us in. Thank you so much! The Pan Roast Hake was the best fish dish I had while visiting Ireland. Highly recommend!

Food and service were exceptional. Went during off season and staff was minimal but seemed to handle a pretty busy night wonderfully. I think the owner even popped in to help out which is always appreciated. Cocktails were also great. Would definitely recommend.

Great food and fantastic service. Very welcoming to our full family and the children were accommodated which made it even better. We were in and out before the place really got going but were still enjoying the interactions and great service. Would highly recommend. Short rib just fell off the bone- delicious.

My wife and I were excited to try The Supper Club. We made reservations at least a month ago for our dinner last night. The food was very good but we had something happen we've never experienced before. We had a pretty early reservation (6:30pm) and when we arrived they seated us upstairs. We were literally the only people in the entire room. We ordered drinks and we barely had time for the first sip when they asked if we were ready to order. I said, "Well, we just got our drinks and we'd like to enjoy them a minute before we order." The waiter then said, "Well, we have a strict 2 hour limit here." We then tried to order an appetizer while we decided on dinner and the same guy said they would not take our appetizer order without the dinner order because "that's how the kitchen likes to work." We felt totally rushed which really ruined the experience. When we left, there was one other small group and a table and the entire place was still basically empty. It really made no sense and we did not like the way were treated at all. There are lots of nice places in Kinsale and I'm sure we'll be going to them rather than returning during our extended stay here.

Refined Irish restaurant with its own local beer, fish. Fresh, tasty and friendly.

Great spot with amazing staff! We were able to get a last minute reservation via email while in town for our honeymoon. They surprised us with dessert after dinner! Food was delicious!! Braised short ribs and steak.

Would highly recommend this restaurant. The food was amazing. So good we dined there the 2nd night too. Lovely causal dining experience, with great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Everything we ate was exceptional from the chicken wings to the mussels, the braised beef is a house special and was superb. The cocktails were excellent. The Supper Club is my new favourite restaurant.

Fantastic food and atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I had a selection of light bites and then a starter size main including 2 rounds of oysters. Cocktails were also delicious. I didn’t fry the liquid dessert although I heard they were amazing

Great food. Everyone was happy with starters and main courses, in fact the wings were exceptional. The cocktails kinda hit or miss, Aperol for example far too watery, while the Tiramisu cocktail was nice. As Kinsale is losing good restaurants frequeo, this is one of the better places.

Lovely birthday dinner there during the week! Good sized portions, very pleasant staff and a lovely environment. Hope to be back again soon!

Could not fault anything. The food was delicious. The cocktails were perfect. The atmosphere was great. The staff were super friendly. More on the lively side so if you want something a bit more chilled sit outside.

Great service, serving food later than most, extremely accommodating. Decor is fab. Food was phenomenal, John Dory was supreme and the other diners are still talking about the aubergine! Will definitely return to get the liquid desserts!
