Clean student apartments, bedding towels provided, lovely clean kitchen. Great price, 4 adults stayed when going to Rod Stewart concert. Bus outside gate to city centre, but you could walk in 20 mins. Will use again

Spacious bedrooms each with an ensuite and comfy beds. Really good wifi signal. Uncomfortable seating in apartment lounge/dining area. Annoyingly cramped showers. Frustratingly tight carpark.

We lived there for 5 days. The place is very close to the bus stop. But there were some problems. It is a dorm and the boiler worked with a timer, so we had hot water only in the mornings for 5 minutes per person, and the pressure was very-very low. The heating sometimes didn't work too well. The common room wasn't too clean, the floor was dirty and sticky and the kitchen equipments too. The shower was very small, it was hard to fit in. The windows were draughty. And top of all that, it was pretty expensive.

Very safe complex. Spacious apartments. We rented a 4 bed with ensuite in each room.

Nice place to stay for students or for summer time rent near city centre of Cork like 20 min walk 10 min to Fitzgerald Park and arena river 5 min have good time in Victoria Lodge

Could av done been cleaner in main living area , but after saying that was fairly clean else where

The wifi in this place is ridiculous,you’d be better off trying to do college work in McDonalds with their wifi.Place is an Aldi Victoria Mills.

I was there between 2014 and 2015. The rooms,kitchen are acceptable but depending on the building and floor the WiFi signal is very bad. The location is not so good, far from city center and cheap markets, and regarding the staff, some are nice and some aren't. Car park is limited, and the space for bikes is small.

This has been the worst place in the world to live in. Our toaster shorted out the entire apartment, our microwave didn’t work, our boiler exploded in the middle of the night because it wasn’t properly inspected, our fridge broke, the laundry is tiny, and you have to get laundry tokens in order to do the laundry, but reception is rarely open and when they are the staff is unhelpful and rude. Don’t live here because you will regret it. This has been the worst 4 months of my life and I honestly want my money back. Absolutely horrendous.

Urine stains on toilet. Carpet was filthy. 10am checkout. Would be lovely if kept properly.

I stayed here for two nights. It is a student room/flat complex. The rooms are spacious and the common kitchen if big too. The cleanness of rooms and common area is not the best, and the bed is not comfortable at all. Small and shor blanket and duvet provided. It is just a good cheap affordable place

Affordable and does the job. Simple check in etc. A bit dated in decor and honestly you wouldn't want to be 100kg plus using the shower. Very small.
