Wow very nice people in there really PROFESIONAL WOW THANKS

This is the worst Store i have ever seen as of now. I have purchased Mobile Broad band 4 days ago. EUR.50 deducted from my account but as of now no account created and they did not activated the Device and SIM card. I am trying to reach the store about 150 times in last 4 days and no one answering. I am really wondering is it really a store. I don't have Internet from past 4 days even after payment made. I don't even want to give any rating. Please prefer other store than this eir Store.

Hi I visited this store a few weeks ago now twice in the one day with my little boy and the 2 staff members that dealt with me wer outstanding . Both so friendly and efficient I did ask for their names as I thought they should be praised so I'd like to mention Derin and Adrian for excellent customer service . They wer both a pleasure to deal with and I hope as a company ye would commend them .Its very hard to get good staff these days Iv worked myself in retail for over 20 years and they wer a breath of fresh air.

I went into to see what the options were to get a new bill pay upgrade on my account and Ian helped me to upgrade to a better offer that bundled mobile, broadband and TV. He and the rest off the staff were also very friendly and engaging while I was in the store

I visited the store and a lovely girl name Sophia helped me out so much with the phone that suited me best. Such a friendly atmosphere in store. Would definitely recommend to anyone who'd be anyway nervous of asking questions.

It is ok depends on what staff are on I actually find either eir Blackpool or eir in Wilton more helpful most of the time .

I visited this store and a lovely girl called Cat sat me down and helped me set up my new phone . I left the shop with the apps i needed downloaded on my Phone. And she also told me to come back if i ever needed something small like that done again. What friendly service. Will go back here and would recommend this store to anyone

It was an amazing experience with Darren at eir 94 St Patrick Street. He was so helpful in meeting up with all my enquiries within a short time. I was delighted leaving. Darren do keep up the good work 👏.

The manager Adrian could not have been more helpful with getting me set up with broadband. I had been told that it would take up to 2 weeks to get fibre into my new apartment by other wifi providers but Adrian managed to get me setup in 3 days, also helped me save money on the package. Really great customer service, will be going to Adrian for help in future!

Best eir shop in Cork! The lads there are wonderful, Amy Sean and Melissa! They have a really wide knowledge of Samsung phones and they helped me set up a new phone I just bought. 5/5
