    Tried to order a feed of MBs . Wanted delivery . They don't have a portable credit/debit machine . Cash only. What is this 1995? What kind of operation u running? Lol

    Was there for a pickup order. Watched a family get kicked out by a staff member in the kitchen for wearing perfume. They protested and said they weren’t wearing any perfume. The lady in the kitchen proceeded to yell at them and tell them to get out. I feel bad for the poor girl behind the counter for having to be in the middle of that. The lady next to me in the lineup was clearly wearing perfume and it was very strong. I would say this family was wrongly kicked out. I understand there’s a sign on the door but after all my years in customer service I was very very embarrassed to watch this happen. I don’t often go to Mary browns for lunch but when I have to witness things like this it makes me want to spend my money somewhere with friendly staff. Can’t believe I watched that happen.

    We love Mary Brown's chicken. But it's hit or miss, depends on who's working in the kitchen! If we walk in and see Penny working, we know we're getting the best taters!

    I usually love this location, and but not today. Taters were terrible, they were burnt, dried out and the chicken pop ins had a funny taste also.

    Bought chicken 🍗 around 6pm on may 27th and got horribly sick off it me and my husband after running into someone else who bought chicken from here on the same day with the same outcome they got extremely sick I just wanted to inform people, I did call the business and report it but unsure if the manager even believed me 🤷‍♀️

    If the debit is down, also put the sign at the entrance door not just at the counter. People had to wait 5 minutes in line and get to see that sign at the counter

    Appalled by terribly rude staff. The lady in the kitchen, which I assumed was the manager, rejected ours, and many other, orders when it got busy. We were in store waiting for our online order and they didn't tell us it was rejected. 30 minutes later, we were informed it was rejected. When asked why, she told us if we wanted to argue, then go somewhere else. We didn't want to argue, we wanted to get our order and understand why it was canceled. We left. I, and members of my family for whom the order was for, will certainly never visit Mary Browns again. I submitted a formal and detailed complaint on the website. Currently awaiting response.

    As a longtime user of the MB app, I'm disgusted by the fact an online order made two hours prior to desired pickup is 20 minutes late. Zero excuses. At least KFC has a drivethru.

    great food, bad service. i mobile ordered 2 different orders under the same account and went down to pick it up. i told the lady at the counter that i had a mobile order and i saw that it was in the warmer and she just replied with “we’re busy and understaffed right now so you’re gonna have to wait.” so i then waited 20 minutes for her to finally pass it to me. i then had to wait for my second order which was not ready. i waited an additional 10-15 for the second order so i told them that was what i was waiting for. the lady then rudely said “well that’s why it’s taking so long, you have them both under the same name. next time put them under different names”. the two orders were completely different, yet she blamed me for them not having it ready because they were both under one name. very unprofessional service. they obviously only looked at the name and not the order. when i got my 2 orders i then seen that they forgot the sauce i ordered and didn’t give me any napkins.

    I couldn't order everything I wanted because they "had none." Even though they did have these products there would have just been a wait. I still ended up waiting 40 mins for a small order. By the time I was ready to leave, everything that I wanted, they had again but it was too late at that point. Sadly, I will not be returning because of this.

    I had a takeout order, and was given an incorrect order. Didn’t notice until I got home. Anyway, I tried calling the restaurant a few times that night, once each day for the next couple days, but the phone was off the hook. Never got my food replaced 🤷‍♂️ Kinda bad service tbh

    Food has become mediocre from the past. Sad actually. It's just okay. They really gotta step up there game agian to compete with KFC. It's like they swapped places with KFC. I finds KFC way better these days.
