the
moment
we
walked
in
we
were
disappointed.
I
booked
this
hotel
because
they
had
a
hot
tub.
There
was
another
hotel
I
was
interested
in
but
it
stated
on
their
website
that
their
pool
and
hot
tub
were
under
renovations.
When
we
arrived
we
were
told
the
hot
tub
didn't
work.
Fine.
Not
their
fault,
but
should
have
been
posted
on
their
website
in
my
opinion...
When
I
asked
if
we
could
get
a
room
on
the
first
floor
if
at
all
possible,
I
was
rudely
told
I
should
have
requested
it
earlier,
no
big
deal
i
understand
they
are
busy.
When
we
got
to
the
room,
it
looked
nothing
like
the
pictures.
The
desk
had
a
broken
leg,
chairs
were
ripped
(dust
cover
underneath
both
chairs
hanging),
rest
of
the
furniture
all
scratched
up,
fan
in
bathroom
didn't
work.
I
didn't
really
want
to
deal
with
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
so
I
called
Ramada
customer
care
who
said
they
couldn't
help
me
and
to
call
front
desk
so
I
did.
I
shared
my
disappointment
and
was
told
I
can
leave
within
10
minutes
and
get
a
full
refund
if
I
wasn't
happy
and
that
I
got
a
normal
room
and
Wyndham
member
rate
so
I
had
nothing
to
complain
about.
I
asked
to
speak
to
management
and
was
told
that
if
I'm
unhappy
there
is
no
one
there
to
talk
to
until
Monday.
Unfortunately
all
other
hotels
were
booked
that
I
called
so
we
didn't
have
much
of
a
choice
but
to
stay.
The
positives:
good
breakfast,
clean
bed,
nice
shower
with
great
water
pressure.
I
will
be
contacting
the
hotel
manager
tomorrow
morning.
