Due to "the-virus-that-shall-not-be-named" The Ramada cannot offer its Breakfast Buffet. But don't fret! They have a hot and cold option for a bagged breakfast. We chose the hot - a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, muffin, fruit and juice. The sandwich was hot and delicious. Excellent service, clean room!

Amazing place for a getaway and perfect location to discover Cornwall (5min drive to downtown)! We stayed 3 nights at the Ramada. The staff is truly professional, helpful and friendly at the same time. We had a fantastic time. The gym and the swimming pool are open (10 people max). They also offer two type of breakfast: hot or cold (included with the booking). I truly recommend this place if you're planning on staying in Cornwall.

I am military and stopped in Cornwall. My colleagues and I spent one night at Ramada hotel. I was impressed with how kind, polite and professional the staff were. Just this caught my attention that Ramada was not just an ordinary place. Customer service is top notch here and I will recommend and come back for sure!

We stayed at the Ramada in Cornwall. We had an amazing stay. Friendly front desk staff, also bar manager, who went out of his way to accommodate my hubby for his nighttime beer lol. Room was amazing. Bed comfy view of a courtyard beautifully landscaped. Quiet. Close to a great restaurant and mall. Can’t wait to go back. ❤️

No pool,no hot tub restaurant closed. Not as advertised on their website. They are catering to refugees. Kids bring their bicycle in and out of hotel rooms while trying to carry them from floor to floor up and down the stairs. As these people clearly are making this accommodation there temporarily homes and the children are running up the halls and adults are lounging in the welcome area. This hotel should not be renting rooms to the outside public.

Stop! We spent one night. Booked online but had the wrong date in. The front desk was able to rearrange and all was well. Had a beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Clean. Staff are spectacular. Good at what they do. Kind and courteous. Grounds were well maintained. This place is the place to stay in Cornwall. Looking forward to staying here again.

Heater/ac can be loud- need to adjust to lower fan. Shower knobs tricky to operate but good shower. The curved rod in shower could do without as it takes up space. Otherwise comfortable and clean

Dated hotel . Stayed here for two nights on business trip. Checkin very fast. Rooms decently clean but dated. Hallways and decor not in the best state but workeable. Like the pool and buffet breakfast.

Worst Hotel I have ever experienced. Manager Andrew doesn't know how to talk to customers. because of bad weather, my flight got canceled so I couldn't make it to the hotel. I requested to move my reservation to the next day but he unapologetically denied it and was super rude. I am never staying at this property again and the owner of this property should train people like Andrew to be nicer to customers. People, please don't stay at this property as they will charge you for things you don't even owe like property damage (which someone else had done but will ask you to pay. Make sure you inspect your room if the kast option is to stay here...

Hotel not accepting any guests as the new owners are changing to accommodate refugees only DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL as new owners have changed it to REFUGEES only and will not accept any new reservations My reservation for one night every week was cancelled arbitrarily for this month and ”the foreseeable future” I have been staying at this Ramada for one night a week for 50 weeks a year for the past 15 years and always booked in advance for each month for one night. Effective tiday the new owners will not accept any new reservations with no regard whatsoever for my DIAMOND membership and continued loyalty for the past 15 years. Rest assured that I will NEVER stay at another RAMADA BY WYNDHAM hotel ever!

This hotel cancelled our group blocks of 30 rooms with only 2 weeks notice prior to check in. The entire area was sold out forcing us to try book an hour away with no remorse. New owners are awful and I wouldn’t recommend. This group block had been set up since July 2022 for Feb 2023. They also cancelled my group blocks for 30 rooms in April and all reservations in between. Do not trust this hotel. They will take contracts without caring about all future bookings and customers.

Booked a reservation Jan 14/23 for a one night stay in May 2023. Received a phone call April 2/23 that they could no longer accommodate me as apparently someone else extended their stay, so they canceled my reservation. Super unprofessional. Their customer service is embarrassing. I won't risk booking there again. Zero stars, don't waste your time or you may end up without a place to stay.

Friendly service. The included breakfast is wonderful. WiFi service was poor. The floor in the room was extremely dirty, making our socks and feet black. The pool patio was not swept for the entirety of our trip, the pool deck was not once cleaned or squeegeed. We expected more. (The picture is what the towel looked like after drying some water on the floor.)

We stayed here for a night. The checkin experience was great. The room was clean and spacious but it was definitely old. We had a double queen and both the beds were very uncomfortable plus the air conditioner was loud. I couldn’t sleep for most of the night. The carpet in the hallway is old and smelly. Breakfast buffet was good. The lady refilling couldn’t keep up with a busy room but if ur not rushing it doesn’t really matter. They should start upgrading.

I paid full price for a a "business room". What I got was a room that smelled, HVAC that worked intermittently, beat up furniture from the 80s, gross carpet that felt dirty and hair in the bathroom. I paid extra because after a long drive I wanted to be assured that I had a good night's sleep. I should have stayed at a comfort in, less money, always clean. This is my second terrible experience at a Wyndham hotel, no third chances.

Thank you for providing Tesla Supercharger and letting us borrow your restroom. Aside from that, they've recently renovated the building, replacing all the carpet etc. It has a fresh clean and more luxurious look now.

Pool closed. Terrible choices for breakfast. I have stayed at similar hotels and the breakfast was amazing. For the price there should have been better options. The days of providing 💯 percent and getting what you paid for are long gone. The price at the time needs to reflect what is available at the time.

It was quite the busy hotel compared to the many others we stayed in of the same calibre but out in Maritime Canada. Rooms were clean and the beds were Queen instead of Doubles which made all the difference for my husband and I. So very comfortable. They do have laundry facilities even though we didn't use it. Great options for the included breakfast. It was all mostly set along a back wall and with the constant droves of guests, there was some back log. Food was replenished quickly though.

The rooms are right at the parking lot as this used to be a motel, all the road workers start their trucks at 5am to warm up and let the high beams shine through your blinds. The heater/air conditioner is the lowest I've ever heard, must be about 65db, insane, and I was only using heat so only the fan came on. The contactor closing to turn the fan on was even loud enough to wake you up, about 15 times each night. Breakfast is included because it is next to nothing and lousy, don't bother.

A great hotel with an indoor swimming pool. Newly renovated and spotless-clean rooms; fantastic and friendly Staff, and breakie included every morning. Close to all Cornwall amenities and many restaurants galore. Free parking awaits you! *****

So disappointing 😞 Word to the wise, confirm if the hotel is hosting any teams before booking ESPECIALLY IF you have a child with special needs. The hotel could have been kind enough to forwarn they'd have a hotel rented out to a bunch of unsupervised young girls before allowing us to book. We specifically asked about the pool as our 8yr old autistic son was looking forward to a night away and pool time. Instead we had to deal with loud and rowdy girls running up and down the hall. We tried to go to the pool that was out of the question so many kids in the water. The deck was disgusting and the adults were drinking at the back tables!! When I called the front desk, no one answered. So I went to speak to the person who basically dismissed me saying it will be quiet at curfew 10pm. This was at 7:40pm. They'd been running back and forth and stopping in front of our door since 4pm. Explained the real reason we came was for our 8yr old to enjoy the pool and we can't even do that or relax in the room. His solution, 30 mins pool time at 10pm. He's 8yrs old. Sure that'll fix everything at nearly $300 for the night!!! Hopefully we'll be compensated for our horrible night during check out tomorrow morning. Stay tuned for the outcome.

The Ramada is a decent hotel, friendly staff and a decent breakfast buffet. My best advice however is to ensure you don’t get a room next to an exit door. People come and go at all hours and it can be impossible to sleep with the loud boom of the entrance / exiting doors. In addition, guests smoke outside the door constantly, which means if your room window is open you get that smoke as well. We did speak to the front desk about it, but the smokers were there endlessly so there is no stopping it. Room was decent and clean enough, other guests were loud inside and outside as they left in the night. Our stay was fine but I would likely stay elsewhere next time.

My son and I tried the buffet, it was good. The service was nice. And the price was amazing. It was only 17.99 each. I will be going back for sure.

things I like: nice gym, big pool, nice brakefast room, parking is nice and there are good spots for you to hang outside. The location is also great, you can walk to Walmart and some restaurants. Staff were nice. things I dislike: carpet was old, too many ants in my room. I got there after 7PM and my room was not ready.

Ramada in Cornwall is amazing, and I am very critical of things. They keep the place clean, they have a very friendly staff, the amenities are excellent. Their breakfast program is also really good. The room I stayed in was huge. They provide you with shampoo, soap bar, conditioner and towels for someone wondering what to pack if you are planning on staying there. For the breakfast, they had fruit cups, yogurts, Milk, different juices, poached eggs, ham, white, whole wheat bread and English muffins, they also had pancakes, cereal and milk, Coffee, etc. that is all I had noticed, I am sure there was more. They also have an indoor swimming pool, which I did not use, but if I had time would have loved to use it. Over all the place is really well maintained.

Stayed two nights and no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable and as expected and housekeeping sent us the two extra pillows we requested quickly. The breakfast was fine with pancakes one day and scrambled eggs the other. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a baseball tournament wit a bunch of teams staying there, and the kids were having a blast at the pool one evening. Overall the halls were quiet so the young ones seemed pretty well behaved. We had a second floor room, so that means hauling suitcases up and down the stairs. The towel rack in our bathroom was loose so we told the front desk when we left and they said they’ll fix it. There is a Tesla charging on the edge of the parking lot. That means an assortment of cars show up to fill their batteries throughout the day. Other than an overflowing trash can by the outlets it was interesting to see.

The Hotel has great beds a decent gym and indoor pool and breakfast is included. Breakfast has hot scrambled eggs and sausages. However our room was not made and cleaned even though we specifically requested it when we left for our party. They promised us a 25$ refund but then reneged on it.

I spent two nights here while on a quick trip into Toronto. The hotel room was clean. It looks like it was recently renovated. Service was great. There are several restaurants within walking distance, so that was good.

We had a conference there this weekend. The lounge looks really messy. Couch were dirty and stained, place weee just completely looks so messy. Service was terrible, they miss couple of people people to give their desserts, only one servers serving tea and coffee. We ended up did not have our coffee at all. Buffet was ok! But cutleries were not clean. The actual building looks really old you can noticed the worn and tear!

It was a great place to stay after a stop over to rest for the night. My first time there. It will diffently be my choice of hotel fr now on. Very nice and clean rooms. And a great complimentary breakfast. Only wish they had bagels. But don't matter. See you guys on my next trip

I stayed at the Ramada Inn last night for my brother's wedding and while the staff were very friendly and I had a great time at the wedding when I went back to the room to sleep it felt like I was sleeping outside in a tent. It was so damp and muggy the sheets felt wet and the floor felt clammy. It was a very uncomfortable sleep

After a stressful day of work, I arrived to Ramada, expecting a basic "work travel" night. Upon entering my room, Ramada had upgraded me from a standard king room to an entire suite with a kitchenette, living room, and full master bedroom. I was so surprised and excited! Decided I might as well go check out the pool, and was once again pleasently surprised! A big, clean, beautiful pool and hot tub all to myself! My sleep later that night was immaculate and I wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you Ramada Cornwall for a wonderful night.

From the moment we walked in we were disappointed. I booked this hotel because they had a hot tub. There was another hotel I was interested in but it stated on their website that their pool and hot tub were under renovations. When we arrived we were told the hot tub didn't work. Fine. Not their fault, but should have been posted on their website in my opinion... When I asked if we could get a room on the first floor if at all possible, I was rudely told I should have requested it earlier, no big deal i understand they are busy. When we got to the room, it looked nothing like the pictures. The desk had a broken leg, chairs were ripped (dust cover underneath both chairs hanging), rest of the furniture all scratched up, fan in bathroom didn't work. I didn't really want to deal with the lady at the front desk so I called Ramada customer care who said they couldn't help me and to call front desk so I did. I shared my disappointment and was told I can leave within 10 minutes and get a full refund if I wasn't happy and that I got a normal room and Wyndham member rate so I had nothing to complain about. I asked to speak to management and was told that if I'm unhappy there is no one there to talk to until Monday. Unfortunately all other hotels were booked that I called so we didn't have much of a choice but to stay. The positives: good breakfast, clean bed, nice shower with great water pressure. I will be contacting the hotel manager tomorrow morning.

Had the unfortunate pleasure of staying at this Location recently while attending a family funeral as everything else in Cornwall seemed booked. So at a cost of $590.00 for two nights we booked a room. Once we arrived and waited to check in as they only had one staff member working the front desk on a Friday. They room was said to be “updated” meaning vinyl flooring. There were lights burnt out, water stained ceiling and dirty furnishing. Not what you would expect for the Ramada chain or price your paying. The worst part came in the morning. Our son has a severe allergy to egg therefore we go down for breakfast in the morning and bring something back to the room, to which we were informed we were not allowed to do. Not even under the extenuating circumstances of not allowing our son to come in contact with egg as it was all over around the continental breakfast area. They wouldn’t even allow us to make toast but instead gave us a cup of Froot Loops and a coffee as an exception to the rule “this one time” This is completely unacceptable as the safety of our son is paramount and this rule unlike any other hotel we have stayed at is ridiculous. I would seriously reconsider when looking at this facility as the customer service and overall experience is definitely not worth what you pay and there are better places to stay just up the road.

Very nice. The rooms smelled fresh and clean. The breakfast was pretty good with fried eggs and potatoes, however I'm not a fan of hot dogs for breakfast.

This hotel is nice inside and has been renovated. The front lobby is nice and my room was clean and up to date. The shower head was specialized to increase the water pressure which was very noticeable. I will gladly stay again if I am in the area.

I stayed at the Ramada in Cornwall, Ontario twice in the last few months as my daughter goes to school nearby. The staff (every single person) was amazing and provided the best customer service I have received in years. The hotel rooms are nice and spacious and everything you need is provided at a great price. Will be back for sure.
