    Ryan was my sales representative. He was absolutely fantastic today. We love this location! Because of him we'll be loyal customers! Not only is my spouse with Virgin but today he got my business too! Whatever positive feedback you're looking for, here it is!!

    Can you give negative stars. Worst service ever please please avoid virgin mobile at all costs. Was a customer for 8 yrs then got charged 400 that 3 different managers has told me shouldn't have been charged to me but none can remove charges. Been 8 months now same crap.

    Ashley at the Cornwall Square kiosk in Cornwall ON is very knowlageable and helpfull. I was served from a male employee (didn't get his name) first and was told the basic, one choice i had to upgrade my phone. No trying to find info on me personally. Or deals. I asked to speak to Ashley because she helped me with my last upgrade and got me a great deal. She calls Virgin and talks on my behalf and they end up dropping extra fees and i stay at my loyalty price. Thank you Ashley. I hope u never leave. She should train others to do the same. If you go there ask for Ashley. You won't regret it.

    I phoned the kiosk today to inquire about my phone plan, Jeff helped me out by giving me prompt and correct answers. Although I ultimately had to call customer service Jeff made me aware before hand of different phone plan options and that due to their loyalty program I was able to get my phone bill lowered with better data options. So thank you, and keep up the good work Jeff! :)

    Virgin Plus services and Technical team are insufficient. I’ve been having a problem since I got Virgin Plus in January 2023 and have yet been able to add additional channels and no one knows how to fix the issue. Unbelievable and extremely poor service!!

    Colin was very helpful in getting me a new phone, even when they didn't have the one I wanted, he took the time to go down to the bell store to get me what I needed, very friendly customer service 10/10 would recommend

    By far the worst customer service of all the majors out there. 2 hours waiting to cancel a service that was supposedly cancelled last month. All of the customer reps screwed up my requests, cancelling the wrong number, not forwarding my information to proper departments, etc. What a bunch of rudderless minions.

    Jeff at Virgin was incredible. I had a problem with my phone and was fixed within 10minutes. Will continue to see Virgin Plus at Cornwall Square for all technical support and new phone purchases.

    I went to the virgin kios today to get a new Sim card. The girl was excellent fixed me all up in no time at all. Works perfect

    Do not order home internet. I ordered with the promise of 50Mbit/s bandwidth, making sure that it is available in my area, waited for a week for the technician to arrive, the technician didn't come and when I called they told me that only 25Mbit/s is available in my area and my installation is on hold because of that. No one called me to tell this so I just wasted a vacation day off work. Now they are telling me the next available date for the technician to arrive will be a week later. Update: A week past, the technician didn't come again. The reason was they weren't able to reach me. No one rang my doorbell. Now they are telling me I have to wait another week. If you respect yourself, do not order anything from them. Edit: 8 months later I'm trying to cancel my services with them. They told me the cancellation request is processed and I'll receive instructions for how to return my modem to them 4 days ago. No instructions were sent. Called them back today and now they're telling me that cancellation request hasn't even been created. THE worst customer service ever that I've ever dealt with in Canada.

    Again have to leave a bad review from this place have phone from here today it locked asked for digit password never happens i use thumbprint or a design to unlock phone. Women didn't try or do anything. Went to freedom and they actually googled it we tried a hard reset that didn't work but at least they tried. And not phone not even from them. Kool covers asked what i might of used for password. Ended up figure it out but unsure why virgin has a kiosk. I guess just to sell phones not to support customers if they have problem
