I made last-minute plans to attend a helicopter conference in Madrid and needed a place to stay. Having travelled in 55 countries, often staying in hostels with good experiences, I went for the cheapest option (it was €30/night compared to hotels that are triple the price). Being a pilot student this year means I couldn’t afford a better place last-minute. I stayed here for four nights and I did not have one night of proper sleep. People get into the rooms in the middle of the night, talk aloud, phones buzzing through the night, people in the top bunks move and shake your bottom bunk, majority of guests (in the room) are guys and I could smell the sweaty feet from my bed, lots of snoring and even farting. I’m not sure if people have just become rude and obnoxious these days, or whether it was particular to this hostel. One guy had used my flipflops for his shower - so I had to clean them and put them in the locker too, ridiculous. It would help to have a female dorm option, even though the last night here there were only females in the room and the phone, bunk bed shaking, snoring and farting issues still existed. I’m going home sleep deprived after having spent the week here. The receptionist was very helpful when I just arrived and someone else had taken my bed. The facilities are clean (though guests leave it dirty, so I rinsed the bathroom floor before every shower to get hairs and other stuff out of the way) and it’s located somewhat conveniently. But the other guests have made this experience awful.

Excelente hostel para una corta estadía en Barajas. Pequeño pero cómodo, con nuevas instalaciones y un personal excepcional. Muy cerca del casco histórico de Barajas y a tan solo unos minutos del Aeropuerto. Recomendado 🙂

I stayed overnight because of a layover. I made a booking around midnight and the front desk was very helpful, and they let me check in within 30 minutes. You don't have to take a cab or a bus to get to this place it is only a 15 - to 20-minute walk from Madrid International Airport. I highly recommend this one 👌

Great value for money, friendly staff, very clean. One metro station away from airport plus around 10 mins walk. Highly recommend.

Un Hostal increble por la decoracion orientada a la aviación (tanto que me encanto ver el uniforme de los de recepcion y su mostrador todo orienrado como si estubieras en un avion pero de lujo ) el trato que me dieron fue increible,estan las 24 h disponibles para cualquier cosa,yo sali con retraso para coger uno de mis vuelos y enseguida Clara la recepcionista me aviso un taxi y me hizo un check out al momento siendo las 6 de la mañana,siempre estan hay para lo que necesites,te recomiendo darte un baño en su piscina y dusfrutar del sol en la terraza que tienen es muy acogedora Es un lujo estar de escala o una noche poder relajarse uno en el agua y quitarse todo ese estres... Las Habitaciones muy limpias y bien equipadas y seguras que es algo que siempre miro

Excellent for putting one’s head down while waiting for a flight. We walked 30 min from airport but cabbed back at 3 am just to be safe. Went to a local restaurant for excellent food, Service, and prices. Just two blocks away and family owned. Only draw back is from 3 Al someone got up to go every half hour, so no deep rems to be had. Shower, sink, and toilet in bunk room so also possibly noisy. Lots of under bed storage and curtains with charging station and light in bunk. Front desk staff apathetic. I’d still stay again for an overnight at Madrid airport.

Hostel Fly staff is awesome, uber cannot locate the hostel correctly, they suggest me to use Bolt. my cell phone cable missing and it's too late to buy a new one, they rent me one (no charge) to settle the emergency. this is the cleanest hostel I have ever stay, nice and big electric locker under the bed. they even have instant noodle in the vending machine, that is the most beautiful part. small but lean kitchen, where equip the dish washer to keep clean cutlery, very thoughtful! will put them into my favorite list and stay here again. highly recommended.

Room was alright, however I did enter with a puddle of water in the room in front of the bathroom. Messy roommates or no proper water-drainage, I'm not sure. When I told reception they took the mop right away. I do appreciate the curtains in front of every bed. Reception answered my questions friendly, not everyone seems to speak English though. An easy 20min walk to the airport and that's what I needed!

Had a long stop over in Madrid and needed to find some accommodation. Hostelfly was great because it was just a 20 min walk from the airport and they are open 24/7. The areas are clean and inviting and it was convenient for just an overnight stay. I would not recommend this facility for extended stay. The rooms although very clean, are very cramped and the bathroom/showers are so small that it is hard to use in private to change clothes or do anything. It felt very safe and the staff are great. One thing I would ask Hostelfly to consider is to do something about the air conditioning. When I entered the room it was stuffy and extremely hot while the temperature outside is cold. I had a hard time falling asleep.

Very clean & tidy. The only downside for me: it's not as close to the airport as it looks, requiring an uber etc. This was my mistake though, but worth mentioning. Otherwise it was a very nice stay with vending machines with food etc, and plenty of seating

Four stars because the walk from the airport to the hostel is really not 10 minutes as mentioned on hostelworld.com. I landed at 23:30 and it took me nearly 30 minutes to walk from T1 arrivals, figuring out a safe walking route because Google kept suggesting roads without pavement. Some clear walking instructions would be great. The service on arrival was great and the bed in 10 bed mixed dorm was excellent- clean with thoughtful touches like a shelf with socket for your phone and a light in your curtained off section. Great shower and bathroom too, and always available.

One of the best hostels for me: air conditioned, clean, little pool. Just perfect to relax in between travals

Very close to Madrid Airport. They are open 24 hrs for late arrivals. I slept in a female dorm with private shower and bath. 6 bunks but they were not all used.

Good value for money very clean 24 hour reception which was great as I arrived at 1am You get a bunk bed like on a ferry with a blackout curtain I wasn't disturbed by anyone and got a great night's sleep toilet and shower facilities adequate and clean

Value for money is excellent, bunk style bed as seen in pics. Cleanliness was very good but obviously is reliant on who stays there as is sleep quality, I was unfortunate to be with a snorer in the room but that’s pot luck when choosing a hostel. Excellent links to the airport with the metro 10 minutes walk away

Le pongo 4 estrellas por que no servía el aire acondicionado o estaba muy bajo y no pude dormir por el calor pero que este tan cerca del aeropuerto ayuda cuando llega tu vuelo en la madrugada

Excelente ambiente y privacidad y eso que son literas 100 porciento recomendado para no dar tanto bote cerca a la estación de tren y de buses y económico

las habitaciones cómodas, con los servicios básicos y en la entrada con mesas para comer, un fregadero, ya te dan los vasos, cubiertos .... . Por el precio que pagas esta bastante bien.

Ótimo lugar, porém precisa arrumar o ar condicionado, vamos levar em conta que quando fiquei hospedado, tinha somente três dias de funcionamento. Promete.
