Good, but there is an irritating issue! The hotel location is great to avoid the traffic jams entering Bogotá. The service is great and the staff is always helpful. Food is okay, it is better than the usual food they give in the hotels. However, there is a major flaw for people that value rest: the GYM's sound-bar… whoever has a phone can put music on it and usually they bash it pretty hard all nights! It is irritating, you can hear it from your room, let alone go into the actual gym and try to work out with someone else’s music out loud. If they can get rid of the sound-bar (who in his right mind don’t use headphones when going to the gym) I would give it 4.5 stars. Otherwise, is a 3 star hotel with noisy people and no regards for your well deserved (and payed) rest.

This is a wonderful Hotel. Once you enter you are being received for warm people who embrace you with their happiness. People there are so kind and attentive to your needs. The service is completely amazing. Comfortable beds, big rooms and spacious bathrooms are some of all the accommodations that you can enjoy here. The food they serve is delicious, completely recommended. Along with some restaurants —as Crepes & Waffles and Tostao, and a super market, this Hotel is such a tremendous choice to stay. You, your family and your couple will be delighted here in GHL Style Hotel Bogotá Occidente.

Nice place. Close to the main avenue but still quiet which is great!!!. Staff are very kind. You can keep even your bike in a safe place. There's hotel parking place. Restaurant close to the Hotel.

The best hotel in the area. New, clean and well managed. I got sick during my trip and they called in a doctor who gave me a diagnosis and treatment. When I checked out I wanted to pay for the doctor visit but the hotel paid for it. Thank you guys!

Very nice hotel and affordable. Room was clean and had snacks and a stocked mini fridge. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this place!

Breakfast is delicious. Location is not perfect, but there is market and some restaurants very closed from hotel.

I went with my parents to eat at the restaurant since they have a membership, the food is really good and the staff were very polite.

The atmosphere in GHL is of a 5-star hotel but with a very reasonable price, the decor in the main lobby is amazing, they have an ongoing fire in a rock formation that is very relaxing and soothing. The front desk customer service needs improvement, however, the bellboys are super helpful and always attentive to the guests' needs.

Great place to stay, nice rooms, warm and friendly staff, bi-lingual, go restaurant. Other restaurants next door. Away from City traffic.

Perfect hotel for a business trip, very helpful staff and a great breakfast buffet.

This place is good for going to a concert at Coliseo Live or work stuff. It is far from the city center. The shower has all the shower supplies but in single use plastics. I hope they can figure out a way to move from giving those out.

Great Location if you're going to Coliseo Live, service from the staff was excellent all around and the hotel was clean and organized. There's also a food plaza on site

The location was s great, specially if you have a concert in Coliseo live. The room was nice and comfortable, however there was a major issue with the bathroom door, it got stuck every time we tried to use it and the day of our check out the door just crashed all over me cutting my skin and leaving me with (luckily) mostly superficial wounds all over my arms, hands, legs and feet. The staff did come to our room to check everything out and a kind member of the staff helped clean out the wounds and remove the small pieces of glass in my skin. They did change our room and offered medical service, but the other room had the same issue where the bathroom door got stuck (talking to other friends that stayed at the hotel they mentioned their doors had the same issue and that they also were afraid of using them, so they left them fully open). As a cherry on top a member of the staff said to us that “we didn’t have to worry, they wouldn’t make any charges for the door” as if I intentionally wanted to hurt myself with it… I will give a two star for service, because the staff member that took care of my wounds was very attentive and kind, but I came back home very disappointed with the GHL
