The staff was a little bit slow and the food we got wasn't the best. However the location is great if you're planning to stay for Disneyland, the lobby and the common area are spacious and nicely decorated creating a beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are also quite modern, the wardrobe is missing but I personally never use and it leaves more space for the luggage.

Perfect location if going to disney. Hotel has more than enough to keep you busy. Very kids and family friendly. I had a little situation while I tried to order lunch on my first day but that isn't enough to overshadow the good part of my stay. The staff very friendly hand helpful, the bar downstairs i loved so much. The aesthetics of the lobby is mind blowing. There is also a gym and a play room for kids. Rooms were very clean Nd comfortable, breakfast was good even with very little options. There is just so much to explore in one place. Not to forget the train station is less than 3mins walk. Certainly coming back. I highly recommend

Well located. Nice atmosphere and great breakfast. The biggest surprise is that the bathroom does not have any lock. With kids, its concern. For ironing you have to go to another room. They do not provide any kettle for hot water. No telephone if you need to call the front desk. All the staff especially Ms. Vanessa was great, except for the male crew leader, a snappy aggressive chap with the air of I know everything.

Probably the best Moxy I've stayed in to date. Firstly a really great location, particularly if Disneyland Paris is on your agenda - it's only about a 2km walk from the hotel. Aside from that theres a great shopping mall nearby (less than a 10 min walk). The rooms are clean and well maintained, and if you like extra amenities an upgrade to an executive suite gets you a coffee machine. Food and drinks in the main bar and restaurant were great, but there's a modern french bistro on site for a bit of variety as well.

The hotel is great, the rooms are clean and staff is super well trained in a lot of languages. They are very helpful and supportive. The only thing why I didn’t give 5/5 is due to the parking space. It is free so that is amazing however the signage to find the parking is quite hard to see also it is in a one way street so make sure you don’t drive in straight because you will get a fine. If the camera’s spot it. The parking garage has 2 levels with a lot of space for electric cars however finding a spot for a regular fosil fuel car was quite hard since there wasn’t a lot of them.

Great cozy rooms! Great location if wanting to have great access to Disneyland Paris. The area is very quiet compared to Paris city centre but has great restaurants nearby. Great access to trains but is a 40 minute drive from Paris city centre. The buffet breakfast was fantastic! So much to choose from. Staff were so lovely and kind. We will be staying here for future travels to Paris.

Clean, stylish hotel. Great location for Disneyland - just one train stop away, and the walk to the train station takes less than 10 mins. The rooms to note are minimal - small/compact, especially the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and I would stay again.

Cool concept for a hotel for young people! Breakfast was lovely, room was super comfy and clean. I would surely recommend. One of the things that surprised me and showed me the respect they have with their young guests was the safety latch on the doors. Single, young ladies, fear not! This is a place you can feel safe and comfortable.

Very nice, modern hotel on a good location. Close to Disneyland and the train station. It takes about 50 minutes to get to Paris by train. Breakfast was very good. The staff tried their best to fill everything up when it was empty. The only bad thing is the pricing and quality of food and beverages at the bar. The €14.00,. Pizza is a deep frozen pizza. It tasted ok but wasn't fresh. The cheese wasn't completely melted and the pizza was just warm. There seemed to be a new server, he wasn't able to prepare the easiest food. The wings and Burgers, customers on the table beside us ordered, were both cold and frozen inside. But the worst is, that a simple 0,33l can of Coca-Cola costs €5,00,.!!! Also if you just grab it and take the can to your room, without service. That's insane. We recommend the hotel, but suggest to eat and drink in one of the nice cafes around.

I had a pleasant stay at the Moxy Val d'Europe and would rate it in sum with 4 stars. The hotel's location is fantastic, offering easy access to popular attractions. The modern design and trendy ambiance create a welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, but I have to deduct one star due to the tight space in the bathroom. It felt a bit cramped, which could be improved for guest comfort. However, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities, including the bar and restaurant, were impressive. Overall, the Moxy Val d'Europe offers good value for the price and is a solid choice for travelers looking for a stylish stay near Disneyland Paris.

Nice new hotel in a good location for Disney. They seriously need to sort their management out and get someone overseeing the breakfast. I literally had to tell the team to go get plates, cutlery, bacon, Juice, milk and croissants… all empty, total disgrace and no manager on duty during breakfast on a Saturday. Actually Friday morning was also just as bad with all the bacon, dishes etc empty.

We cannot say enough about this trendy hotel! After traveling to London, Paris and then here, it was just what we needed. The hotel has a nice vibe that you hang out in the lobby and enjoy your stay rather than stay in your room. The pizza and drinks were great! Staff were pleasant & working their butts off to make sure we were all taken care of! It’s a short 5 min walk to Val de l’Europe shopping mall which is also next to the RER train station. Next to the train station is a delicious bakery! Then it’s just a hop on the train and one stop away you are at Disney.

Perfect for family that visit at Disneyland: The hotel is 2 min from the train station, and by train, it takes 1 stop to Disney (112 seconds... we checked) Breakfast is good and free for kids (when you pay for the adults) There is no refrigerator in the room - ... big minus. But the staff is very welcoming and will supply you with anything you ask for.

A good base for Disney, and a 40 minute train ride to Central Paris also. The train station is less than five minutes walk away and you can catch a train to Disneyland from there which takes five minutes. Rooms are lovely, and the bar and restaurant area is very chic and relaxing too. Staff were friendly and provided great service - but my only complaint was that tables were not routinely cleaned at breakfast time meaning it was a bit of a struggle to find a table sometimes. Other than that, a great stay and would definitely return.

Very close to Disneyland Paris, Friendly staff, decent breakfast spread, 24/7 bar. Room was very clean and came with a comfortable bed; but it’s incredibly small, no shelves, no fridge.

This hotel likes to portrait as a modern hotel, the outside is “ urban camouflage “. It says no kettle or hot drinks in room, all slimed down. Inside the décor is very hip. However it is very clean and fresh. Staff are friendly and polite. It’s one train stop from Disney. It’s in a safe feel area, close to the train station. Welcome drink on arrival nice touch. ( alcohol or non alcohol) Couple thing did I not like, the lift, at busy at times is a pain, find the stairs if you can and use these. Although nice key entry on lift for security The biggest negative or biggest positive is the 24 hr bar. If boring like me I want to sleep at night chatting and laughing all night long up to and beyond 0300 hrs. Not rowdy and trouble some , just constant noise. If you want 24 hr bar this is place for you. So do not get room overlooking court yard even on top floor. Noise echoes in courtyard. This was brought to attention of staff who looked like rabbit in headlights. However this is a nice hotel, we are just not all night drinkers. As said before nice safe feel around area. Large shopping centre nearby too. We did not opt for breakfast but looked nice enough

Avoid this hotel at all cost! If you could rate 0, this would apply here! 1. Staff are extremely rude, managers don’t know how to speak to paying guests correctly. 2. Room was not clean upon arrival, thick hairs and dust everywhere. Having a baby crawling around in this was disgusting. 3. Very expensive for such a tiny room. Not enough facilities in the room. No kettle so unable to make baby milk. No fridge. No safe. Had about 2 hangers for clothes. Bathroom very small, unable to move around in it. Better hotels in the area. 4. We booked for a baby cot, one was set up and then taken away without explanation. Someone just came into the room without permission and took it away. They then couldn’t provide a cot for the baby to sleep in. No positives about this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and it was within a 5 min train ride to Disneyland! There is a restaurant next door as well that was suggested and it was delicious!

Loved this hotel. The room was small but very clean. Grateful for the USB outlets throughout the room. Bed was comfortable enough for us. Only about 10 minutes away from Disney via RER. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We ate dinner at the bar and ordered drinks there on both nights. Again friendly staff. Dinner food, was just ok. Drinks were VERY good. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. We have since looked for other Moxy hotels to stay in when we return to the states. Our AC worked well enough and was very impressed on how chic and clean the room was. Would recommend this to everyone.

We stayed 2 nights to visit Disneyland Paris. Nice, clean, new hotel, still has the new hotel smell. The employees are so nice and accommodating! We did have to change rooms due to the a/c not working in the 1st room. We can't sleep with a window open and cars whizzing by all night, and that was the night before going to Disney, so we needed a lot of coffee that day! They were sweet to move us to a room with a/c the next night and we had no issues. The breakfast was great! Everything you could ask for. Less than 5 min walk to the train station, we came in from CDG. 1 stop away from Disneyland Paris and then we took the train all the way to Paris. Also, 5 min walk to the mall. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very modern and new facility, friendly staff and great location close to Disneyland. It’s a 25 minutes walking distance to the park, which sounds a bit long but it goes by really quick and you can avoid the hassle by public transportation. I made use of the gym and they had sufficient machines to work with.

Nice, modern and stylish hotel in great location if you plan to go to Disneyland. (Train station is just a 5 minutes walk away and then only one stop to Disney). The room was clean and well maintained but rather small, especially the bathroom. A/C was quite loud and also not cooling so well. Unfortunately the room had no safe and no minibar / fridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at the breakfast (which is great by the way, especially the croissants 😋). During our stay, on-site underground parking was free, perfect for travelers arriving by car. We’ll definitely come back when in Paris!
