Fairly new with a main hotel and then apartment blocks around. Decent swimming pool with nice overlook onto the golf course next door. Good parking facilities. Nice and close to the main Disney park with a shuttle bus to and from. The apartment I had was in the main hotel and had cooking facilities all the pot ms and pans you need, dishwasher, microwave and a full size under counter fridge with freezer compartment. Good place to stay.

Only the location is good, but the room is not up to 4-star standards at all. What’s even more scary is that the service is super poor. The front desk is unprofessional and speaks very poor English. It’s basically difficult to communicate. It usually takes more than three times to describe the same thing so they can understand. what’s worse that the front desk requires good manners from guests regardless their own bad manners and unprofessional skill causing extra trouble to guests. Not at all recommended and will never come back

I'm a Parisian and I had booked a night at the Marne-la-Vallée hotel to relax with my children and enjoy the pool. Upon arrival, I was informed that check-out from the room and pool was at 11 a.m. I added an extra night and negotiated a late pool access until 3 p.m. for these two nights. We spent nearly 900 euros on restaurants and such. I was even prepared to come back every weekend in August and September, but due to a work change, I won't be able to take vacations. Finally, during check-out this morning, I asked for access to the pool and was told that I had to book an additional night and that they are not a public swimming pool. My weekend and my children's weekend are ruined.I will never come back. I am not asking for any compensation or refund. My comment is solely to alert you about the quality of your employees that you put in front of customers. For your information, I witnessed three incidents involving multiple clients during my stay. I checked out this morning, on a Sunday.

Very nice hotel, especially for kids. Heated pool is wonderful. The HIGH bed against the wall is not comfortable. The sofa bed is terrible. Good buffet breakfast indeed if not invaded by a hord of tour groups. The only thing I did not like is the eating in the evening...pizza or burgers in takeaway carton boxes is a no no. A 16 euros for a takeaway burger in a 4star facility seems 'not nice'. Guests recommended to call nearby restaurants for food delivery... On the whole, it's a nice hotel, with a shuttle for Euro Disney that is a few minutes away.

Great room, could fit all the family into one room. Superb location for getting to Disneyland. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Rented a house with friends, it was HUGE! 1 stories, 6 bedrooms with a private bathroom each, fully equipped kitchen. There is a (free) bus that takes you to and from the parks. Breakfast is amazing!! And they have a cat walking around that's super cute and friendly.

This hotel is amazing! We stayed here for 4 nights for my sons birthday and visited Disneyland Paris only 7-10 min drive in the free shuttle service available from the hotel. On arrival we were upgraded to a villa and they also decorated the room for my sons birthday which was amazing! Staff are lovely and very friendly. Food is decent also. Would definitely stay again!

Great reception! Checking in was a breeze. Lovely clean room, with lots of amenities (a very functional kitchenette. Downstairs there is a nice restaurant, cafe and kids corner with lots of games (should you be stuck in doors) Friendly and helpful staff throught out the hotel. The whole hotel is just veru clean and beautifully decorated. We chose staycity, because of it's close proximity to Disneyland Paris. There is shuttles at set times to take you back and forth Disneyland /Train station. Highly recommended, and will definitely stay at Staycity.

Such an excellent hotel and perfect base to explore Disneyland Paris. The team couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our family and friends. Thanks to all of the Staycity team.

Cannot rate this place highly enough. The 4 bed/bath apartment we stayed in was immaculately clean, well equipped and modern. Staff throughout the hotel were incredibly helpful and cheerful too. The location is excellent for Disney, although the free shuttle bus can get incredibly busy and packed to the doors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a trip to Disney.

The hotel itself is nice, fairly clean & modern. The pool is lovely when the weather is hot. That’s where the positives stop! All of the staff here, apart from two helpful male members of security (Ahmad I think one’s name was!), are INCREDIBLY rude and some are even hostile. Bins in the apartment rooms and around the pool/restaurant are never emptied & left full. There are no maids etc, even if you’re there for 2 weeks no-one cleans your room or brings fresh bedding & towels! You have to go down to reception yourself to request new towels & toilet roll and then wait DAYS for it to arrive. The breakfast is average, the restaurant is overpriced and nothing special. The shuttle bus is fine, but getting on the last bus back after the fireworks is impossible and a complete stampede! Be prepared to have to get a taxi back as you probably won’t get on the one bus they provide… The rules around the pool are pathetic- they have one door that you need to scan your room card to get through to the pool (fair enough), and then once out by the pool, you need to get through another door which has a ridiculously difficult mechanism to open and none of the adults could seem to open it, including many staff members! We attempted to keep the door propped open and repeatedly got told off for this- one member of staff shouted at us!! You’re also not allowed to move sun beds or umbrellas, so if you’re lying there getting hot from the sun- tough luck! You’ll again get told off if you attempt to shade yourself! On your day of check out do not expect to use the pool or facilities because they won’t let you! Never heard of this rule in any other hotel. All in all, a really poorly run hotel with rude staff & non existent customer service. A shame because the building itself has a lot of potential! I definitely would not stay again or recommend it to anyone else.

We spent 4 nights here to visit Disney with a toddler and were disappointed the shuttle stopped between 11 and 4. It would be nice to be able to return to room lunchtime for a nap etc. Rooms clean. Excellent breakfast and staff

We really enjoy our stay, the room had everything we needed and the air con was excellent. It had a little coffee machine and pretty much everything needed to stay self catering. Ironing board hidden in a clever little door under the bed. The Bar food was decent and the staff on reception were super helpful. The hotel offers a shuttle bus throughout the peak times of arriving at DLP and leaving. Taxis via bolt and uber cost about 10-12 euros from the hotel to the park. The heated pool was great and the hotel provides fresh towels pool side, there's also a couple of changing rooms inside from the doors.

Staycity was perfect for Disneyland with a frequent shuttle to and from the hotel at peak times. I would say though, avoid the 22.20 going back to the hotel because that's the one everyone wants, so it turns into a bit of a scrum. The hotel facilities are great, pool, fitness room, snack bar and even a mini shop in the lobby. There is plenty of choice for breakfast with hot and cold food available. The staff are very friendly and willing to help at any opportunity. All in all a great stay.

Excellent facilties. We used the local supermarket to buy our supplies rather than use the hotel "shop" as felt maybe slightly over priced but everything is overpriced in Disney. Handy shuttle bus for Disney, 10 min drive. Free on site parking. Small restaurant on site with burgers, pizza etc.

Upon arrival, the room floor still had coffee stains from the previous family, so we doubted how much it had been cleaned properly. They also took 3 days to replace the small garbage bags provided in the room. Some of the sheets were stained too, and the reception gave us replacements as soon as I told them. The mattress was too soft / overused for my liking too. We also tried to dine in the restaurant once, and the attendants seemed more interested in pointing out we had to wait (although the restaurant was half empty). We sat down at 21.20 and at 23.30 we were still waiting for stuff to come as they mixed the orders too. Those families who had kids menu ended up without the packaged ice cream too as "the chef had already left"!! The regular shuttle buses to the parks were OK though. Overall, we expected much better.

We stayed here as part of a big group (6 adults and 3 children). Checking in was really easy. The rooms are absolutely huge. Lovely view out to the golf course. There are two rooms downstairs and four more upstairs. All rooms have lots of space. There is a kitchen and a dining area with one sofa (which I think can turn into a bed as all the rooms also had as well). There is a supermarket about a 10/15 min walk and a bakery as well. We did self catering the whole time we were there so I'm not sure on how the breakfast or dinner was. The villa was very clean and all the rooms had clean towels. The buses to get to Disneyland are definitely a push to get on we tended to go for the bus just after 9 (bus timetables do vary) which was just outside reception. It's about a 10 min bus ride to Disneyland. We did stay for the fireworks we left 5 mins earlier to make sure we got a space on the bus which we did however the bus was a couple of minutes late (not great when you've got tired children and adults) again it was a push to get on but maybe wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. There is also another bus which you can get also which you do pay for and drops you off just outside the complex and about a 5 min walk. There is a heated swimming pool but again we didn't use this either.

Beautiful quiet hotel, friendly and ready to help. Easy check in and check out. We booked a studio of 4 people. Which was quiet big with kitchenette. Not too many utensils though. There was a Fridge, oven, hoover, coffee machine and microwave provided in the family studio. Room was ok but don't think dusting was done properly as there was was too much dust on all the furnitures.

Brilliant hotel, went with husband, 3 year old and 4 month old. Very comfortable rooms, with lots of amenities. Cot was left in room, no sheets so bring your own. Was a stained bedsheet in the room, when I raised this with reception it was very quickly sorted. Lovely heated swimming pool and games area for the kids. Breakfast was expensive but really good quality and eat as much as you want, under 4s go free. Shuttle transfers to Disneyland were on time, reliable and very easy to get on and off with a buggy. We had a lovely stay!
