    DO NOT COME HERE!!! Employees are very rude and very mean. Restaurant is VERY DIRTY! Cash register and floors are dirty. Their hair is EVERYWHERE! They make you wait for nothing as you will end up leaving anyways with nothing, the wrong order/missing items since they will tell you their machine is down or they don’t have enough employees….when there is no one but me there. Avoid!

    Potato Cakes are back! I've missed them. They were hot, crunchy on the outside, and so nice on the inside. I'm told it is for a limited time. I hope they go back on the menu. Beef sandwich was really good, just the right amount of Arby's sauce for me. Fast, friendly and clean.

    Ppl sleep heavy on Arby's like they're narcoleptic. It has decent food. Their brisket is delicious. I'll be hard-pressed to decide if it's actually brisket but still tasty nonetheless. I'm not a fan of curly fries being my fast food fry of choice but the sandwiches; especially their Gyro ('y'ro) is pretty sweet...and savory. You know what I mean! Lol Still, good place and very polite service persons.

    Just got French fries and a market fresh lemonade. Fries were ok, the lemonade was really good, kinda wish I'd gotten a large!! Workers were friendly.

    We were in Orland and stopped here for a quick sandwich. We haven't been to an Arby's in a few years. We were pleasantly surprised. Our order was fast, correct and the food was fresh and hot. Th cashier, who also took our order, cleaned tables in between orders. I was happy to see that the place is kept clean. She took the time to ask if we were happy with our meal. We were! Very pleasant lady and a nice experience. We will come back to this restaurant.

    Decided to try the new Waygu Hamburger. Was very good. The place is very clean. The staff very friendly. My only negative was the air conditioning made the place super cold.

    I got a classic crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was very tough and hard, the mac and cheese tasted of feet, they put way too much sauce in the sandwhich. I just really cant stress how how bad the chicken was, it wasnt tenderized at all, and if they chose not to it still is just a bad sandwhich. Dont get any chicken from arbys.

    Sorry but I was disappointed. The fish sandwich was “fishy “ tasting with lots of breading. Warm at best. The curly fries were rebooked or something as they were to over crisp and dried out. The beef sandwich was ok and at least had some meat on it. However the service and staff were very warm snd friendly. Wish the food tasted better for the price they charge!

    My boyfriend went through the drive through for a door dash order. The white girl working there this evening was very rude. She had no reason to be rude. She told him to move up because the line was moving. But his order wasn’t even ready. If you work with the public you should be more polite

    They gave me the wrong sandwich and a warm can of coke as a value meal drink. Warm soda not a fountain drink. Just Close Instead of wasting peoples time and money. Never again. You get the meats here . The wrong ones

    This place has horrible customer service. I asked for a wrap with no bacon and it came with bacon. I don't eat bacon so I returned and asked him to remake it for me, but he said he couldn't because I would be stealing the food. Seriously, I would not have ordered this item if I knew the employees were such a hassle to deal with. Then he asked for the receipt but he never gave one. He states that he can't prove that I ordered it then even though he just handed me the order less than five minutes ago. It's their job to give the receipt. I don't need to hear lies about how there's no manager on duty and I have to return in the morning for a refund. Management should spend more time training employees effectively because this service is ridiculous. I would be embarrassed if I acted like this in my professional career.

    Today we visited this Arby's in Orland Park, 157th Harlem for lunch. First and foremost, the Manager took our order. She needs training in customer service skills. She's not friendly nor welcoming. The food wasn't good..nothing was hot. I would never visit this location again. If I can recall, Sgt. Manager use to work at the Arby's in Schereville, Indiana and she has the same rude personality. It's definitely a turn off. She takes orders like like she's in the Military. When I saw that it was her, I should have taken my business elsewhere. We spent too much money to get terrible food and service. I will NOT be visiting this location AGAIN until customer service improves. 😡

    I ordered three 2 for $7 dollars, only got two of them. Try calling no answer just ring away. Ordered online, never had a problem with other orders. Now I'm out a meal.

    Love Arby's!!!But what ever happen to the Arby Q's!!!!I tried them years ago in Colorado Springs and haven't seen Arby's have them since.There was thin slice beef dipped in BBQ sauce.Please bring them back they would be your big sales.Exspecially if they dip it in Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce...😍🙏

    Arby's is always a pleaser. The new menu has a good selection of food. The young man that took my order was very friendly and had a great attitude! The restaurant is clean and I will go back.

    The cashier took my order and just walked away to go fix a previous order. She went to the fryer bagged the order, took it outside and came right back in and started fixing another order. I explained that she needed to wash her hands because she had been outside; she looked at me and bagged the next order. I asked for a manager and the lady said we're all managers. Be careful if you decide to go through the drive-thru, you may want to watch them fix your food for sanitary purposes.

    I worked for arbys in Orland Park for about 3 months from the beginning it was red flags the owner hired me telling me that I would get paid a certain amount never got that than told me ill be full time 2 week working cut hours every time they gave me feedback I corrected and moved on ....i was shift manager never was trained and the 1 week I worked as a manager every one told me I did great once the gm came back he told me i did a whole 360 im great worker than turn around and said but i gotta lower ur position and pay....if im doing great and i did a whole 360 why am i getting everything cut? He say cause u be on ur phone to much....I politely told him im working nights with 3 kids at home im answering every time they call...but the whole staff including the owner was a bunch of weirdos and i held my composure very well and kept it professional i don't recommend nobody to work here the whole company just move wrong And unprofessional

    I felt that the food could have been made better one of our sandwiches was the Reuben real corn beef and I ask for no sauerkraut and got less then a sandwich also got the chicken bacon swiss and when I opened the sandwich it had nothing but cheese and chicken patty very disappointing

    Amazing customer service! The manager on shift lex made sure I didn’t feel rushed and answered a few menu questions I had. My 8 year old is allergic to various things and the manager explained and showed me how Arbys is one of the few places that we can trust & not have to worry as much. I will definitely come back. We are in loveee with the lemonade.

    Employee Latosha was rude as hell. Keep rushing me with my order. Keep saying "what else" and "that's it". Like lady if you don't like your job then idk what to tell you. Don't rush me b.c. you dont want to be bothered with customers. Wasn't even busy I was literally the only car in drive though. I understand you may be overwhelmed, but not when there's only 1 car on dive though. So ignorant.

    Stopped by at 6:05pm on a Friday evening during a dinner rush. Geniuses decided that would be a perfect time to close and re-open the cash drawer. Cars lined up in drivethru, people inside queued up in line before and after me. Cashier not making eye contact. Groaning and fumbling with drawer. Takes drawer to back office. Brings same drawer back up continues fumbling with register and not acknowledging anyone. Seeing no chance for progress, I left and went to McDonalds. It took time but probably 4 times the staff interested in serving and getting people on their way.

    Pay attention to your orders because staff there aren't familiar with the menu and how it's written. Asked for a Roast beef gyro and got a gyro meat gyro yet the menu says Roastbeef , chicken or gyro meat. Beware.

    This place did not have Apply/Google Pay, which is inconvenient but it's OK, the main problem is the atrocious service we encountered. From the moment we got to the window we were being treated pretty badly by the woman working the window. Never coming back to this place.

    We ordered 2 #1 meals and medium drinks. The food survived to our house warm and delicious 15 minutes away. The sandwich is a double beef and cheese. It comes with curly fries. 😍 I was so happy we found the restaurant on our way home. Yummy.

    Told to girl like 5 or 6 times two number 1 double with cheese. 1 of them had cheese and the other didn't. The one that didn't have cheese had a sesame bun as well. How hard is it to get an order correct?!

    Placed an order online with a specific time for pickup. When we get there the order wasn't ready which wasn't a big issue because they were short staffed. When we got the order, my gyros was made wrong and the cook immediately corrected the mistake. No issue with that, it happens. Some woman comes out of the office with a poor attitude and stated that there was no mention on the ticket about removing the lettuce and tomato. The online receipt clearly stated No Lettuce and No tomato. She rolled her eyes like it was such an inconvenience to remove the items and when asked if there was additional meat added like requested, she said yes with an attitude. We get home and there was no additional meat. It wasn't like there was a lot of people waiting so we couldn't understand where her stress was coming from. Compared to the other fast food restaurants in the area, Arby's doesn't have that much traffic. Anyway, I won't go to this location again. Here's some advice to the woman with an attitude, if you don't feel like working, call off. With so many other options in the area she should be happy that someone chose to come to her place of employment. Since she's not, we will go to another location in the future.

    Perfectly managed store with friendly staff and hardly ever too long of a wait.food is always on point and whether during the lunch time crunch or 10 minutes before closing I'm always getting a " no rush,glad you're here "vibe.

    Tonight, Saturday, Aug 21, We got in line at Arby’s at 11:45 pm with about 4 cars in front of us to order. Unfortunately, the line went slow so when we got to ordering, after they took the order of the car in front of us, they refused to take our order. Sorry, closed. It was now 12:01 and they said there was nothing they could do. Really? Then, we were stuck in the drive thru, no way out because there were cars behind us, so we had to wait while they fed everyone in front of us. No one came out to put a cone in the lane for who’s the end of the line, an act which would make it clear who would be served and who was too late. No turning off the sign light, to indicate they were closed, but of course, we were there well before closing, so the light would have been on the whole time we waited, but the employees who refused to serve us at 12:01 am, also served slowly so that a short line took so long to get their food. What a terrible way to treat patrons! I hope Arby’s management looks to who was working so they know which of their poor employees are so lazy as to not serve customers who were obviously waiting for service well prior to closing time! Sadly, these are the better Arby’s employees because at least they showed up that day!

    Went through the drive thru placed my order was asked to pull up...so as I'm in my car almost 10 minutes waiting for my food to be delivered, i finally got my order But half my order was missing fries were cold. Got home started to eat when I noticed that i was given a plan beef sandwich when I ordered a beef and cheddar meal. So i tired calling and to my surprise there was no answer! So had to drive back asked why they couldn't pick up the phone and was told they were short staffed.... Not my problem they were short staffed all I wanted was a good meal that i was craving!!!!! Never again will i give that establishment My hard earned money😠 McDonald's it will be at least they can take an order! So i received a reply from was told to click on link below so that the company can make things right and guess what? Website can't not be reached 😠😠😠😠 Go figure!

    I just want to say I love going to this Arby’s location. It’s always very clean and the employees in the morning are super friendly and helpful. I always order a double beef and cheddar, crinkle fries, and nuggets. My food is always exceptional. If you want hot and fresh food and friendly customer service this is the Arbys to go to.
