A great value for the money. Located within 10 min walk from Gare de l'est. I stayed in a studio for 3 nights. The room is pretty simple but it basically has everything you need. Although I did not cook, it has a microwave and an induction, which is a big plus if you want to have a quiet dinner alone. There is some work going on, which could create some noise during the day. But everyone working there was friendly, and they greeted each time I enter or leave.

Really nice and considered service. The room was really clean and for Parisian standards quite big room. The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel was quite in central location. The metro is just 5 minutes from the hotel.

Marvelous experience staying here! We stayed for 3 nights in this cozy, super clean studio with a comfortable bed and nicely stocked kitchen on a quiet street near Gare d'Est. Awesome location and super friendly staff made this a superior value compared to other places we have stayed in while visiting Paris. We would happily stay here next time we are in the city.

All in all, the room and the facilities are ok and functional. But just as some other comments said- there’s this random drilling/pumping noise that we had no clue where it came from. It could last for a few seconds some time, but it continued happening during the whole 5 days of our stay. Also, if you’re coming here for work, I wouldn’t recommend it because the internet speed is horrible. It just doesn’t connect most of the time. On the side, there’s a big construction site just on the opposite side of the building, I know there isn’t anything the hotel could do. But just to be aware that there would be noise (not gentle ones) from the internal and external in/around this hotel.

Rooms are on the small side, and like other reviewers have noted, the sound of the water pumps sounds like someone is drilling within the walls throughout random parts of the day. I notified the staff of this issue and they changed me from the 5th floor [which is the most egregious] to the 2nd floor [where the sound was super minimal]. The bathrooms are also a little outdated and small. My only other complaint would be that the AC unit in my room might have had a blockage in draining the condensation, so some of the condenser fluid would leak down and drop onto the floor. This resulted in my room having this fishy aroma that was pretty unpleasant. The service and staff were all incredibly friendly and did everything they could to help me with my stay and comfort. Location in the 10th is truly incredible, and very easy access to the Canal and all the wine bars there. Overall, I think if they can continue improving the areas I've highlighted [egregiously loud pipes and the AC unit coolant], I would happily return for the location and staff.

We only stayed here one night. The location is ideal for the main stations Thus getting around is fairly easy once you work out the metro fares. The room are equipped for a longer stay, irons, small hob, pot pans and cutlery, I could continue very well equipped. The rooms we stayed in was spotless. Staff very pleasant, Emmanuel. Room was ready early as we intended to drop of case then explore. We did not have breakfast We would highly recommend

The location is probably in the worst part of Paris. It is on an alley that smells like urine and has beggars sleeping there. There was construction all day opposite it and they started at 6am. The inside looks old and dark. If you don’t feel depressed before walking in, you definitely will feel that way once you make your way to your room. It’s dark, narrow and smelly. The door to the room only closes if you bang it shut. The colour used in the rooms is dark grey and white. Old fashioned couches and curtains make the room a place you wish you had never entered. For the price of the room one should expect a half decent place however it is definitely nothing more than a one star dump. When I was given a survey about my stay on my last night there, I informed them how disappointed I was in the place considering the price I had paid. I requested to be contacted by email as per the choice I was given, however the receptions came banging on my door to discuss why I was unhappy and then the owner rang my phone 5 times which I did not answer because I requested to be contacted by email. They responded by saying I could have an upgrade at 8pm at night and I was leaving at 6am in the morning. They realised the place wasn’t as described, they had overcharged but refused to make any compensation for the false advertising and price. Don’t waste your time, money and happiness by considering this place. I have stayed at a staycity Aparthotel in another country and was not expecting such a low standard

Great staff and a good hotel. They upgraded us for free from a double to a king size so that we could check in earlier, which just demonstrates their level of care! The room was large enough for us to have our bags laid out and still have space. We did notice the pumping sound but it did not bother us on the third floor. The only complaint was the bathroom was terribly designed! The light switch is located near the front door of the room, the toliet is so small and close to the wall that I struggled to use it, and it was nearly impossible to shower without wetting the whole floor due to the glass screen not extending far enough.

Stayed there for 3 nights, for starters , we got an upgrade . The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The overall ambiance of the hotel is quiet , conducive for resting . The room we got has a mini kitchen and kitchen sets, induction , microwave and coffee maker. The room well heated . The shower is clean and has good water pressure. They kindly let us borrow a vacuum to vacuum seal or clothes. Location wise- very near the metro, cafes (MILO is an absolute recomm btw) grocery store. The outside of the hotel is quiet and safe. Over all 10/10.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Booked an apartment for my family (two adults, two children) well in advance via their website for an attractive price. Turned out they wanted me to pay for the double price and created a new booking for a second apartment I didn’t need. They refused to let me take the apartment for the price I booked. Watch out here.

A week ago and for some days at your hoteI I experienced a nice, clean, noiseless and well equipped room. With that equipment it is even suitable for a longer stay. The hotel is situated in a convenient distance from the railway and Metro station Gare de l`Est and the nice and calming Canal Saint Martin. They are only two blocks away. In this area you also can find a lot of restaurants, cafés and shops. From Gare de l`Est you can go by three different Metro lines to see more of Paris and if you get to the railway and Metro station Gare du Nord, around 1 km away, you can reach even more of it and the surroundings, such as the Palace of Versailles and Stade de France. Paris really has a lot to offer!

We had a lovely stay! Xavier at reception is very friendly and any problem we had, he was able to fix. The air conditioning wasn't working but the staff gave us a fan which helped keep us nice and cool. They lent us adapters when we forgot our own, and we were able to store our bags for the day when we checked out. The little kitchenette was very useful too. It's close to the main train stations and not far from a few metro stations, meaning access to any part of the city was easy and pretty quick. I would stay here again very happily!

The room had a four smell that would come and go throughout our stay. Even though it was a basic hotel room without any kettle, fridge or even rubbish bin, we did not have hotel service such as cleaning and collection / replacement of towels. The bathroom sink only worked on boiling hot water, the towel warmer did not work. The room was too small to house 4 people for 6 nights, especially without any cleaning whatsoever. I expected much better after reading the reviews. I was staying in block 17 of the so called 'villas' on the first floor.

We have just finished our amazing trip to Paris and cannot leave without giving staycity their dues. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming. This stayed the same throughout the week, often checking in on us to make sure we were having a good time. The staff couldn’t help us enough and really made for a stress free time away, whether they were printing tickets, recommending restaurants or giving directions! Overall, I can’t recommend staycity enough! Thanks once again!

Definitely a hotel we would come back to. We had some misunderstandings at the check in but Salma handled it very well and made sure we were well taken care of rest of our stay.

Nice cosy hotel short walking distance from international train station . I stayed here for two nights and will be happy to come back in a future. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Location allows usage of train, metro, bus, E-Bike rental, taxi etc. Restaurants and Shops are arround next corner. Very quite street and neighbourhood. The breakfast 'corner' at entrance doesn't allow a comfortable 'good morning' - buy your Croissant there and have breakfast upstairs in the room. Rooms with small kitchen including espresso machine and refrigiator are very welcome.

Superb location near the Canal, tube, train station, bus. Very warm welcome, clean adjoining rooms with brilliantly laid out kitchenette with all we needed. We loved having breakfast in the bay window with the sun shining on us :)

Small, but modern rooms. Extremely tiny bathroom. But good location close to train stations and metro, in a quiet and peaceful side street. Helpful, English speaking staff. Everything perfectly fine, but don't expect luxury. Close to good cafés for breakfast and bistros/restaurants (Strasbourg-St.-Denis with lots of options nearby).
