On a day trip with work, and as warrick castle don't do any concessions anymore for drivers I had a walk around the town while my group were busy in the castle. Getting onto the review. This is probably the best spoons I've visited to date . The food was all done wonderfully no dried out eggs and bacon. I've given 5 stars as credit where credits due . The other big plus is the staff were pleasingly positive and welcoming. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in town 110% recommended

Had a good meal here, food came pretty quickly and the staff were really friendly. There's the normal great variety of food and drinks with plenty of seating, including lot's of seating outside. Only thing I would say is it's looking a little tired inside now and could do with a refurbishment or a deep clean.

Found a fly that had been cooked and plated. I’ve attached photos as proof. Beyond disgusting and has put me off eating here. The wings were stuck to the batter. It wont allow me to post another review for some reason, however I came again and ordered a ham and cheese panini. I flipped it over and found it was completely burnt and instead of making a new one they’d tried to hide it! Very very bizarre to do this.

We enjoy our visits to this pub but today shocked on entrance to the amount of empty glasses, bottles and crockery on lots of tables. After finding a seat with the LEAST amount of glasses I cleared away noticed that none of the other glasses etc were cleared for over an hour a member of staff wiped down a sanitisation unit and also a door handle walking passed all said glasses etc staff seemed miserable and ignorant when speaking and ordering drinks.staff need training on collecting in crockery, glasses etc as health and safety values were not being met. Unfortunately I did not take photos Very disappointing

Situated in a lovely little square in Warwick, we visited with 2 children for a bite to eat before Dragon slayer at the castle. The staff were brilliant, tables were constantly being cleared. We had plenty of choice for food and even my picky eater found something. It was cheap and tasty. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Visited on a very wet Monday evening not too many customers in so not busy but a nice atmosphere. But the amount of tables that needed clearing and wiping down was unbelievable, staff just wandering around at a slow pace and not bothered. Food arrived fairly quickly but the server didn't think to clear the nearby tables at the same time, all tables had used plates, glasses and cutlery for the duration of our visit, yet there were enough staff to tackle this. Poor delegation of tasks to staff.

My first visit to Warwick and The Thomas Lloyd. Excellent location and ambience, love busking, great choice of beers, I had laffe, nice. Only downside , the pizza oven was broken, and pasta was finished. But overall excellent experience and I will definitely visit again.

Service was slow for both food and drinks. Not much of an atmosphere and staff were obviously stressed, feels like management could be better organised to make the staff lives easier. Nice outside space and plenty of niches inside to sit away from the hustle and bustle if needed.

We ordered 2 chicken breast burgers. Bothe breasts came out burnt and dry which one included that would break your teeth to bite into. Waiter took it back no questions and shared he would get the manager. Manager came over and symphonied with are issues and shared that he would refund the money. Went to the bar and only refunded £5 per meal and refused to comp the drinks point blanky. Food was terrible and management shocking. Please avoid!!!

We turned up at around 13.50. There was a shortage of staff, and tables that had been vacated were left with all the used plates and glasses. We sat at such a table for 10 minutes and didn't see any staff member clearing up. We cleared the table ourselves. We weren't having much success using the app, so I joined the queue to order at the bar. This member of staff did ask for some assistance, which I'm pleased to say arrived quite quickly. Our order arrived quite quickly and was of decent quality, was enjoyable, and was served on warm plates, which is important to me when serving hot food. Spacious pleasant place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Liked it! Begrudgingly had a steak while I was waiting for a hospital appointment and wasn't disappointed at all. Was really nicely cooked. Partner had Alfredo with chicken and said it was good also. Cheap as chips. Service was also good

Always a great stop off for a bite to eat and a quick drink before we start our Christmas shopping. Even though they were busy food came very quickly.

Food was okay. Place needed a good clean. Toilets were rough

We went to the Warwick Victorian Market and Christmas lights switch on. So you can imagine the place was heaving and so was The Thomas Lloyd Wetherspoons. Our food with a drink was so reasonable. I was worried about how it would be. But it was served quickly, and I have to admit was cooked to perfection. The only complaint I had was the tables not being cleared after people had finished their meals. But as I said the place was heaving.

Stayed in Warwick for the weekend, came here a few times. Place has vastly improved, food and service were great. Only four stars because the toilets need some attention.

It was ok. Service quick but ordered pub classics ham, got the small one and someone else on next table had mine. Easy mistake and yes I should've checked but receipt would alleviate errors where there are big and large of same thing on menu. I'd still go again and staff were really working hard to a full house.

Love this place. Can't write too much as the price of beer and choices affect my writing capacity. Great food, Great staff, great location. And a very comfortable overall experience. Although does get busy at particular times as to be expected. Keep up the good work.

Steak was so undercooked im surprised it didn't walk itself out of the kitchen. Couldn't eat it. didn't want to risk sending it back, in fact I couldn't find anyone to help. Had to search for a fork and a napkin. steak and chips was literally a bit of steak and about 12 chips on a plate. couldn't eat the steak so I basically paid £8.05 for 12 chips and a lemonade. Not so cheap now is it!

Good prices, but when I visited, most tables hadn't been cleared and only one member of staff behind the bar doing their absolute best. However this meant a huge queue for service. We would have stayed longer, but didn't have the time to spare to queue. A bit disappointing.

Another nice Wetherspoons. Staff were very helpful and friendly, even though it was one of the hottest days of the year and there was a classic car show outside. Food was very nice like most other Wetherspoons. My only criticism was the state of the chairs. These could really do with a deep clean, as others have mentioned.

Had a good atmosphere. Food was not great quality, tables grubby we cleared our table to sit down.My friend was annoyed no ketchup ! Waited a long time for pudding it wasnt worth it stodgy. Looked like it had been defrosted and warmed up.Staff tried, were helpful.

loved the new chicken gravy awesome for dipping chips in. The pub itself was mega busy outside but lovely and quiet inside. as a solo female traveller I love the app so I don't have to leave my seat. aircon unit was dripping water onto carpet and there was a strange damp smell in the air. Food was great.

Compliments to the chef! The meat in the mixed grill was cooked to perfection. Quick service too. Thank you

Good customer service, seating outside and table service apart from coffee it's help yrself there, table seating was in social distance guidelines, side for smokers, non smokers and part for assisted dog owners which I thought was a great idea well done. Had breakfast will say beans, bacon, mushrooms on the cold side, maybe check before serving but apart from that outdoor breakfast with the sunshine on the beans that warmed them up 🌞😎👍 can't beat the fresh air on a lazy morning..

Great food and a wide range of drinks. The staff is quite friendly and the service is very quick. It has ample seating both inside and outside as well. Drinks are available at very reasonable rates so it won't hurt anyone's pocket. Highly recommend for a nice time with friends and family.

Another fantastic witherspoon pub. Had a late lunch here Saturday and breakfast on Sunday morning. Food and drinks were spot on. The only criticism I have was the toilets are showing a need for some TLC but the staff were great and very welcoming. Good time.

Called here three times while staying in Warwick. First time was on a Wednesday evening, didn't seem very busy, sat outside. Plenty of empty tables, but most of them had empty glasses and dinner plates on them. Bar staff were coming out with trays of drinks and food but didn't clear tables as they were going back in. Called again on Thursday evening for food and Friday morning for breakfast, this time everything was good, tables cleared regularly of glasses and plates. Perhaps they were short staffed on my first visit.

🫤 I rate 2 stars only for the place. The place where the restaurant is located is amazing. The atmosphere inside is spectacular! But that was the only plus during our visit.
