All good, another good 'Spoon's. Friendly staff, good food, the cheapest (well kept) beer in Nuneaton (Nunners if you live locally 😉). Try the steak and kidney pudding, or the BBQ pizza, or the lasagne 😉 Enjoy!

Very poor quality, ordered ham soft egg and chips, eggs rock hard chips soggy only nice thing on the plate was the ham All day brunch came dryed up no juice with the beans sausages over cooked and hard eggs, black bits on bacon Spoke to the chef asked him if he thought that was acceptable to send food out like that Had a BAB attitude bring it back i back if you don't like it WHERE IS YOU PRIDE IN WHAT YOU SERVE

The Felix Holt is a Wetherspoons located in Nuneaton. Wetherspoons was founded in 1979 and it a mainstay of British towns and cities. The Felix Holt gets it’s name from the novel of the same name , penned by George Eliot aka Mary Ann Evans a resided in the area. The Felix Holt is Similar to every other Wetherspoons , open plan with a traditional British pub look and feel. It has a nice outdoor area at the front weather permitting. The beverage menu is extensive and serve everything from the old fashioned pint to Malbec. The food menu is likewise quite large and everything from breakfast to dinner is on offer. The best in my opinion is the cod and chips. Wetherspoons have embraced the vegetarian and ethical sourced produce. They offer a vegetarian breakfast and meat alternatives. The staff are okay and the food is also okay. It’s good value for money and is simple and well prepared. The Felix Holt is a nice place it has special offers on food and special night ie curry night etc. It has speciality beers and promotions. It’s a chain and I’d everything you would expect , clean with friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and courteous. The hot drinks are refillable, which is great is you're staying a while. I went in the morning, so my husband had a traditional breakfast. It arrived after about 5 minutes, everything was perfect-eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, hash browns and toast. The meal was warm, the sausage was tasty, the eggs were perfectly done.....Well worth the money! Would definitely recommend and return.

Always liked a breakfast here up until now , since it's refurb of the kitchen the quality has suffered , today the breakfast was served stone cold , so we complained, it was removed and I was expecting a fresh breakfast, but it was the same food returned just heated up in a microwave, the hash browns had been refried making them oil soaked , the eggs were still cold and plates were greasy , you've lost a loyal customer, That's about £100 a month I was spending there now somewhere else will get my business, if you'd made new breakfasts things would be different. Poor customer service does not deserve customers

Very typical Spoons pub in a not so nice area, plates and cutlery were clean, tables was sticky and dirty, still had plates left from the people before. Staff handing food and drink over the railing instead of walking round and placing it on the table properly.

I was too hungry to wait for a picture 😅 Delicious Boneless Chicken with salad and wide beer menu!!! Staff also very friendly as the place is. Strongly recommended...

Top notch pub. Relaxed atmosphere. Decent pint and food. It's a 'Spoons so it's exactly what it says on the tin! If you do not like it, don not go in! I do. It's like an old pair of slippers 😉

Staff are friendly couldn't ask for better service. Lush interior, and huge toilet cubicles 🤣. Gets busy at lunch, but breakfast is amazing. X

We had breakfast there at past 11, which made it a good old brunch! Good value for money especially when you can refill your coffee! Good vibe, friendly team!

Had a mixed grill today the large grill with a pint stella £11.20 all im great value great meal great beer ,all you other puns in Nuneaton this is the way to go ,would not get much change out of £20 somewhere else, Attlebrough arms comes to mind

The French fries and onion rings were overcooked, and there was only one small mushroom that seemed to have mistakenly made its way onto the plate. The steak was tough, and it was a struggle to cut it with a knife. It came with a sweet steak sauce, but it didn't complement the meat. I wish there were at least a few sauce options to choose from; it's disappointing..😓

Good Witherspoons quick food service. Food served quickly and hot. Fairly big premises, plenty of seats and generally roomy. One or 2 problems with card machine facility not working for a while. But resolved quickly. Staff did well.A decent pint too.

Great place to grab lunch, food was great and prices very reasonable (however some dishes seemed a bit too much) fantastic deals for food and drink and friendly bar staff, would of been 5 stars however tables that where free was not wiped properly and where bit sticky

Generally, this weatherspoons is quite good. I love the ambience and the staff are lovely too. In the winter there is an active fire place and they also have a mini library on the opposite side with some books. Only a handful of times have I been disappointed with the food but almost every time food is great!

I visit this place regularly and have done for years. It used to be a funeral parlour. It is definitely haunted. Service is hit and miss, female bar staff can express attitude, but you cannot complain! Food prices can increase, at the till! Food portions are variable, dependant on the mood of the Chef! Often served on cold plates! Though beer is good, it's rarely a full pint. . Tables can be sticky, with menus stuck to the dregs! All that said, it's still where I prefer to spend time! Read from that what you will!

I & my family use Nuneaton Wetherspoon for a meal, breakfast & a coffee. The appearance of the pub outside is decorative & inside the same. Nice vintage style, clean & plenty of room. Staff are great & very attentive! The food is beautiful & so fresh! Would recommend to anyone. Great choice & lovely coffee. Affordable prices!

Love Wetherspoons. Been to many round the country and have not had a bad word to say. The hotels are great too.

Lovely place. Hits the spot, and very reasonably priced on some things. The pub grub standard items line burgers, chips etc. are pretty decent. The curries are average (but being Indian, I'm possibly seeing a high bar on that 😜. It's not immediately accessible by car; one has to park nearby and walk there. There's plenty of seating, and it's s very social and busy place. At a busy period in the week, some of the tables were slow to get a good wipe down (I got something sticky on the edge of my right hand). Assist from this o think it's a good place to start a night or for a quick lunch (the food was served quickly and we didn't feel we would be having to make excuses for being late back from lunch 😋).

Had a lovely lunch there. Great choice and easy ordering using the app. Food arrived quickly. The place was clean and complied with current Covid restrictions

Massive big space inside as well as outdoor seatings. Full crowded with people who like to enjoy ale coz its real ale festival. Located in middle of town nearby train station.Have some ale & cask there. Cool atmosphere, nice vibes all around. Nice n quick service by cool staff. Ideal place for big parties or gatherings at weekends. Love the spring vibrant colours to make people happy & energetic

Busy but service brilliant and swift. Food quality exactly what you expect from a good spoons. Menu a bit limited but it is the 29th of December so don't suppose the Christmas menu still in effect even though advertised and maybe it's forgivable that they've ran out of basics like pizza. Good solid would happily eat there again.

Ordered food here and within 15 minutes it was on our table. I had the hot and spicy half roast chicken with chips and a side salad. Wow. It was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend. The tables were all cleaned quickly when someone left and the toilets were also clean. The same in every wetherspoons though, the womens toilets were upstairs a million miles away 🤣 would highly recommend this place for a quick bite to eat.. cheap and cheerful! Brilliant! Thank you!

Hi I went into the Felix holt last week rather hungry fusty very hot day there were lots of people family's eating and drinking being happy so i ordered myself a plate of fish and chips cold drink it was lovely very pleasant staff over worked i camed out very full and didn't what to come away Lovely day ☺️ peter Carrie artists

Warm place to grab breakfast and coffee. Good prices and plenty of refills for coffee. And clean toilets before setting off home

Can't really complain you get what you pay for good value for money

We went in for some food and drinks yesterday to the Felix Holt and were quite dissapointed by the staff's behaviour and temprament. They were agitated, were throwing glasses and plates on tables and into the kitchen and were quite derogatory with handling of patrons and food. I understand that it was a busy day and they were probably understaffed, but breaking glasses and plates while taking them back, is not going to do any good to anyone. They banged glasses while serving pints on the bar, they almost threw plates of food on the tables of diners and i couldn't get a glass to drink form the water dispenser after calmly asking thwice and waiting for over 5 minutes. I am sure their breakage of yesterday alone would be more than the past 6 months combined. The patrons were all offended and felt bad, no fun here. The food was served hot and was delicious through, so hat's off to the cooks... There needs to be some management reviews here soon....

Fantastic service. Town Centre pub with no beer garden. There are a few seats outside on the street.

Food is always spot on. Can't go wrong with spoons anywhere you go and that certainly applies here. Bar and serving staff are all very nice, always clean and tidy inside, they just had new toilets installed. (a long time coming mind you) There's a disabled toilet on the ground floor of course, just ask the bar staff for the key! Nothing too much to fixate on here, it's a spoons and does exactly what it says on the tin. Local beers and ales are available ofc. There's seating out front if you fancy a cig/vape and watch the world go by as you drink. Yes they have crisps.

I called in here for a coffee with a friend, free refills - how do they do it? Staff were very friendly and cleaning table as soon as they are empty. Very busy, food looked good.
