The McPlant is DIVINE!!!! Double up for a quid y'all

Quite frankly appalling service. Ordered 2 big mac meals on the app, waiting almost 20 minutes after arrival to get the food. No apologies for the wait or anything just given the food and employee walked off, then to find out the food was cold anyway and the milkshake with the meal were about an inch below the 500ml line of the cup To finish it all off the restaurant was an absolute mess

Came in at around 2am, ended up waiting 24 minutes for a couple burgers and some fries, no one at the front to ask what’s happening, the manager did offer something as compensation however we’d spent so long waiting we left instead. it was a nice offer but so much time was wasted when they’re were only 3 cars in the car park (including ours, virtually no one in store or in the drive through ordering.

Food is good! I like to think of myself as a McDonald’s expert, having sampled many stores across the country, this place certainly does a good job with well prepared food and consistency. Staff are friendly and attentive, despite some of the difficulties that they frequent from a few customers, which I unfortunately have seen too often. Thanks to them, keep up the good work 👍

Went through the drive through. Everything was lovely and fresh. I had a double cheeseburger. Normally they are edible but this 1 was beautifully cooked, not hard round the edges like in other Mackkies. Very well done. Just had to wait. But was worth it.

The staff was nice and polite. It was extremely busy. Car park absolutely full. Drive way full as well. Very small car park. I need it to park at the pub next door. The food was good

Very slow service. More concerned about the drive thru, ignoring customer orders placed on the screens. Not ideal. Waited 15 mins before having to ask where our order was. They then took our receipt from the till & prepared it.

So we decided to have a maccies delivered. We wasn't expecting anything great as we have ordered from here before. 'We will give it another go'. Normally things are missing, I think that's part of the process as it seems to be the only thing guaranteed from here. We ordered 2 large fries 2 burgers and 20 nuggets. All stone cold, not just because of the delivery process. Judging by the flexibility of the rubber nuggets and the chewy burger and bun they had been cooked a fair while before we even considered eating today. On the plus side only half the chips came cold, the other half didn't exist. We put both chips into one and still wouldn't call it a large. Luckily we have an air fryer and got it all back to some kind of an edible meal for one. Now to go and cook some food to enjoy. Thanks again for your dissatisfaction. As Catherine Tate would say 'what a load of old shhh...'

I managed to finish my milk round just in time for the lunch menu before they changed to the breakfast menu!!! 😆😆😆. The food was nice, fresh, and yummy and even managed to get a milkshake, which is a rare occasion in the early hours. Friendly staff, friendly environment, and amazing food quality.... No brainer, get yourself down here!!

So we went in, place was nice, albeit a bit messy (tables dirty, trash in places etc.). They only had three order machines and one till so we had to queue, can't imagine what carnage there would be if it were busy as there's not much queuing room either. Anyhoo we couldn't pay there so we had to go to the counter where there was no one for at least five minutes. Then we finally payed and the worker didn't give us the receipt, so we nad trouble trying to collect the food when it did come. Phew! Also the mcflurry was almost half empty.

One of the cleanest and friendliest Maccy D’s I’ve been to. Albeit was early, and I was practically the only one there, can’t comment on how they are during busy periods. Nonetheless, food and service was top notch!

I suppose at between 4am and 4 30 am there is generally a possibility of poor hygiene and poor service but I did not expect it to be so very poor. Fries were cold. Burger not fresh. WiFi low speed and kept dropping out. Also the lack of a friendly person to order a meal from is (in my opinion) a step backwards in customer satisfaction.

Just been to this McDonald's. Drove into the Drive thru and literally no one else ahead of us. Which is unheard of but thought great. We shouldn't have to wait in a grill bay today. Unlike our last visit where by we was sat in the cold for 20 mins. Anyway we Got to the 3rd window. The Girl Past the drinks and said please go and park, now I did question how long will this take as last week you parked us for 20 mins. No it's fine was the reply. It'll just be a couple of mins. However after 12 mins. Still nothing. So I've walked into the restaurant and asked when are getting the food. Oh I'm just bringing it was the reply. You'd think after waiting 12 minutes that the food was cooked to order and lovely and warm, but NO freezing cold food. The issue. ( Which doesn't take a genius to work out ). Is the Uber & Just eat deliveries. They are treating those orders with priority. I do understand the need to get those done but this restaurant is already overly busy. It's never quiet. They literally cannot keep up. My advice is don't go unless you've got time to sit in the restaurant. That'll be my last visit there. I've wasted to much money on cold food. It's supposed to be a treat with the grandkids. KFC. Here we come! Got to be better than this rubbish.

I went in at night time, so it might explain why the crew there was a bit drowsy and taking quite a bit in getting the orders ready! Otherwise, a standard Mcdonald, with good, fat food! ))

It's mac d food let's be honest, never looks like the pictures, always looks sad when the box is opened BUT it tastes as it we've come to know and like. Service is always decent and the atmosphere is OK for a mac d. Pleasant enough drive through but the recent ordering service has saw delivery drivers parking on the main skinny road going in and out which is a pain in the arse to navigate at times especially when busy

Above the usual standard of McDonalds. Great service and the food was decent!! Enjoyed the nice sofa in the restaurant, don't normally see this inside the chains stores.

Stopped at drive thru for convenience as was in a rush and hungry. Service was quick but my food was ( 2 hamburgers and large fries ) was disappointing. Burgers were luke warm at best and fries were old and again barely warm. I should have returned them but as I say was in a rush. Why do McD treat customers this poorly with food that's obviously been stood on the rack for ages. Perhaps they have contempt for their customers?

Always getting order wrong when using the Drive Through. Burger missing one time, wrong size drink another time. Ice-cream half measure. Get your act together.

Edit: sorry, the order was placed at 22:10 and my original review was posted at 00:00! This is bloody ridiculous! Placed an order and have been waiting more than an hour. Finally got through to the restaurant and have been told that drivers aren’t turning up at the restaurant and that I should probably cancel my order and go somewhere else Why couldn’t I have been notified of this sooner!!! I’ve been waiting an hour and a half for this bloody order and it’s never going to turn up!!! I expect a full refund from Just Eat and the McDonald’s Restaurant as not only have I had to go without food tonight but my cousin has as well!!! Why couldn’t I have been notified by the restaurant sooner that this is an ongoing issue? Why did I have to call the restaurant to find this out? Why didn’t the restaurant call and say that they have not had drivers turning up all week? One courtesy call could have saved me so much time and stress One courtesy call would have enabled me to cancel the order in time to actually be able to get some food! But no, I now have to go through Just Eat customer services to get it because the driver has said that they are at the restaurant, when they’re not, and now I don’t have the option to cancel it normally! Thanks for nothing guys!

Would love to give here a higher raging, but the last few times I visited. Everything just seemed chaotic, food took longer than It probably should have. They really need a separate area for the delivery drivers to pick up orders and dedicated staff to deal with delivery orders.

I ordered food via Just eat from this restaurant. I could see that the driver was waiting for a long time for the food, when it finally got delivered to me, it was late and cold, and there were no straws for any of the drinks I had ordered. OK, it's Friday evening, they're busy, but that's a poor show basically, for the almost 30 quid I have paid. They have a drive-thru, customers inside, and a steady queue of delivery drivers, they clearly can't cope. Avoid.

Food is decent. Drive thru often causes traffic issues stopping people who want to eat in arriving by car a problem as they can't access the site as the queue blocks them. So they have to join the queue and wait for ages until they can get access to drive past the queue and get a parking space. Really bad layout.

Always something missing when getting it delivered. 2 happy meals missing last time. Had to drive down and pay extra for them. Won't bother ordering next time

This McDonald's is quite a busy most of the time. Best part is open 24×7 and have outside seating option as well. Recommend.. Cheers!!

Amazing customer service from manager at Nuneaton sure at 2-2:30 am today. She kept calm and collective after a rude driver in front of us beeping his horn the whole way around as he was clearly intoxicated. For all the hassle at that time of day the manager gave us some free chips ! But she was lovely bless her I felt so bad for them all dealing with him but they did the best they could ! 5/5 defo recommend it was our first time using this maccies so will be using it again!

Poor service.... ordered at the drive thru recieved drinks and then asked to park and wait for food. They lost my order resulting in having to wait for 15 minutes. When the food arrived it was cols!! Not impressed

The customer service of this McD was excellent and the staff name called Tie she was really awesome I really really like the service and thank you Guys appreciate it.

This review is based on the manager working the evening shift yesterday, Tuesday 1 June 2022, appx between 18:30 and 19:30. Amongst other food, I also purchased three happy meals, each with an additional fruit bag of Apple slices and grapes. My three kids happily ate the apples but not the grapes complaining that they were all "squishy". I spoke to the female manager who responded by saying all fruit bags are the same and that there's nothing to do about it!!

Staff were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, at the restaurant, they have been having problems with the display and orders system, so app orders are not coming through without staff having to manually go into the system and hunting out the order. Sometimes they've even had to cancel the order that I had previously paid for, and then retake a new order (which ended up putting be back down the queue... Which isn't great if you nipped or from work to grab a quick lunch pick-up). I'm sure they'll sort it all out soon, but I'm surprised, they've allowed it to go on for more than a week.... It's a pretty critical part of their business these days. Anyway; I look forward to faster outcomes next time. ⚡🍔💨

Beware ! I was fined £100 for overstaying permitted time in empty car park so it was a very costly dining experience. No way to encourage customers to enjoy their stay. Will definitely not return.

Fast food restaurant isn’t fast but I find them all the same. Many times Iv had food missing or incorrect, quality isn’t always the highest. Yet I keep returning because when it’s good, it’s satisfying! I hate you

Parking was a bit all over the place with people just stopping wherever they felt like! Food was a bit cold by the time they brought it out to me. Normally there are specific collection bays, but here every bay is numbered so in theory should be easier. Not so sure. Overall pretty standard McDonald's.

If I could rate lower than 1 star then you better believe I would. I’ll start with the actual food, Italian stack I opted for to mix it up. Safe to say I’ll let the labourer stick to the mixing cause it was rank. Bread was damp but burger was like Ghandis flopper and to top it off I said plenty of lettuce and received a minuscule leaf. Fries and drink to usual standard. Person who served me also mocked my voice. Wont be stopping by again. 0.5/10.

Food came fast and hot, however a load of local yobbs were causing mischief during the visit which did cause me to speak and be the savior of the poor cashier and told them to take their business elsewhere of which in fairness to them the obliged. But other than that, staff are friendly will be coming back.

Food quickly and as ordered. Pancakes and bacon roll went down well, the breakfast wrap was pretty dyre! Alot of plastic cheese and a bit of ham. I would not recommend that off the menu.

Absolutely shocking service from just eat my food went on a tour of Coventry before coming to Whitestone I phoned the manager and he said I could come and collect a complete fresh order bit of an inconvenience but no hassle great manager

Ordered via the app to save time but may as well have just walked in as the queues took a while. Had to turn back and go back in as they hadn't packed butter or jam for my toddler's muffin.. just a plain muffin 🙄 very helpful in sorting it but food had started to go cold

Sat 30minutes in this drive through so far and still not got our order. Only wanted drinks. No way to get away from the beeping car behind us. Presumably he's as frustrated as us. Coffee was cold. No doubt because itd sat for so long from order? Got it replaced. Coke flat. Didn't discover that til we'd left. Wish we'd driven on by. Delayed and angry now 😤

Usual McDonald’s standard of food however service is consistently bad whenever we go in, no matter the time of day or how busy it is when we go in we always find ourselves waiting ages for our food. Waited nearly 20 mins today just for burger and fries…
