Love the prices and wish I could get a reliable delivery one of my deliveries didn't arrive through dispute and proof of CCTV finally admitted a staff member taken My shopping home then the two next time my delivery was dropped on doorstep as they do then checking bags loads items missing. They said my stuffs still on the van and won't get it to me till the next day calls so I went to store to collect missing items its saddens me I can't just get a delivery as its an occurring problem from this store.

Well stocked shelves, good service on tills, recommend the vegetarian lines, desserts very reasonably priced, pizzas are great what's not to like, Good Store. 👍👌🥘🍕🌭🥙🥣

A very good store. Decent prices, and fresh products. Vegetable, frozen food, ready meals. They got you covered. Looks very festive during christmas times; Also, the staff members are very polite.

Everything in stock I've noticed like every other supermarket prices have gone up remember Iceland for being a cheap shop but not so much anymore, but I can't fault the products

Great place to stock up for freezer items , plenty of offers and deals . Beggars hang around the entrance which could be intimidating for some customers

God awful. Just need Lidl to stock Cadbury in order to never be here again. Nevermind, there's a Tesco Express on Walsgrave Road. Go there instead

Good location and parking but the shop is a little small and so the range of items isn't as wide as would otherwise be. Still a good place to shop

Just received my shopping. Half of it was missing, the tomatoes are soggy. The breads out of date!!!! I’m fuming I’ll be reporting this to head office tomorrow & going to share this on Facebook. This is disgusting

I have purchased 3 packs of brioche rolls and they where expired products and also I purchased 2 packs of ice-cream but bill shows 3 & rate of 3 was billed

Clean store and polite staff. Freezers are well stocked also fridges and dried and tins are all well stocked

Beautiful place to live very peaceful, friendly people on site. Beach only 5 mins walk to beach and shops and restaurants. Chapel at Leonard's quaint little place lots of things to do, also not far from Skegness also treasure Island at igomells.

Good range of stock available in a modern store with parking to the front, side and rear. Appears to always have stock of products that are often not available or sold out in other Iceland stores. The other advantage at this store is that the freezers at this store are stand up and not the normal chest freezers making it easier to retrieve items that you want.

Has plenty of choices of different foods, at very low prices, and the foods are very good prices. As usual bought more than i expected. Great staff, very helpful and polite.

Your typical Iceland store, this one is slightly larger than normal with fresh produce and a decent amount of refrigerated goods too.

Always good to visit this store, staff are helpful & polite, good stocked freezers as are the fresh and strore cupboard areas too, parking can be a bit dodgy but hey we come for the shopping! Sometimes it can be a bit samey but there's always something I come here for exclusively, however, can get a bit busy at checkouts.

I enjoy shopping both in-store and online in Iceland. The products are amazing and I really love the store. However I am not happy with the way staff in Binley road store behave. The security man smiles well but seems to obstruct. I couldn't get out of the aisle today as he was blocking it.He said "yes, what are you waiting for" and I replied " for you to get out of the way please". He laughed and apologised. He also darted across to get near me to just touch the baskets near the till and then walk away. I would suggest that staff don't unecessarily obstruct shoppers as it's very busy as it is.
