First time and last time. The honey latte was cold as ice. My wife went to add more honey and the honey they had was like water, or should I say they added to much water trying to thin the honey out to be cheap and save money. My double espresso was also cold and weaker than a cup of race track coffee. Of which I’ve never had but I’ve seen it and it looks like colored water. I don’t mind paying for something real good. But almost $20 for a latte and a double expresso and a bad tasting dessert is a crime. I hope they make and improve. But for us never again. Overpriced and awful

Great place to go to great selection the ambiance and the architectures absolutely wonderful it is an incredible improvement to see what they did to a building that had been neglected for so many decades

Wow. We so needed this place. The coffee is some of the best I've ever tasted. I had the Aleppo mocha. It was rich and spicy and delicious. It took about 10 min to get a coffee so if you're in a hurry it's not your place. If you want yo just relax and enjoy the vibe, it's a must.

The drinks and wagyu sliders were delish. However, the fact that we had to go to a separate cashier to order coffee and food vs a separate cashier to order cocktails makes no sense! Especially on a busy Saturday afternoon when the food/coffee line is long. One star deducted for questionable business practices.

The Haven is flat out bangin’, incredible spot for great coffee, cocktails or some super tasty grill bites. Throw in the live music “living room sessions” and you won’t want to leave!!

While the prices border on the unreasonable, they by far have the best coffee in downtown Covington. The pastries are also very good, if not small at times. I only wish they had more espresso drink options.

If you are looking for incredible espresso-based drinks, delicious food, and an impeccable atmosphere, this place is worth the drive from wherever you are on the Northshore. I would put this coffee bar, and their amazing brand, up against some of the best coffee shops I have been to in the world. It is a true blessing to have this place in our area. From roasting their own beans, well trained baristas, to an awesome layout and vibe, Haven sets themselves apart from the rest of coffee shops that serve hot caffeine and day old pastries. Haven belongs in an upscale Boston or New York neighborhood, serving European quality espresso perfection and chef inspired food creations.

Haven is the haute new place in downtown Covington, but this business goes far beyond just vibes. The coffee is some of the best I’ve ever had, and I love that all the baristas are expertly trained on the science behind coffee & coffee-based drinks. I wanted to order a Macchiato, but the barista calmly explained that such wasn’t on their menu because foam is in fact scalded, denatured milk that takes away from the coffee experience. Because of that, I tried the cortado instead and was very pleased with my order. Perhaps the boy who’s mom was upset about to lack of macchiato should try blowing bubbles into her cup of warm milk… same result, no? I also love how open and welcoming Haven is. They have employees of all backgrounds and lifestyles, which is refreshing relative to the overall at times stuffy feel of the north shore. Oh, and don’t sleep on the food. I just tried their brunch and it SLAPS
