Being from Seattle, French coffee has been killing my soul one sip at a time. It’s hard to fathom how a country with such great food culture consistently gets coffee so wrong. So when I took my first sip at Hiatus coffee and I tasted the sweet, bright, subtle flavors of fresh beans and well steamed milk, I knew my prayers had been answered. Chill cafe w delicious brunch, aero press coffee, bissap, great vegan and veg options. Off the beaten track so you are more likely to find a table when other spots are full. Highly recommended!

Craving some coffee during a weekend trip in Annecy. The shop seems to be ran by one efficient couple duo. The lady was icing some cakes when we walked in. Ordered the latte and banana bread. Both were amazing. Good coffee shop find to rest from the walk and cold.

Amazing coffee shop! Great place to grab a coffee, the owners are very nice and personable and the food was excellent I got the Kimchi grilled cheese, highly recommended. Very nice, modern decor and easily accessible from the city center.

Had the banana cake and the ham & cheese toast, with Cortado and tea~ love this breakfast. Cafe is very cosy as well ❤️

Delicious! Went to Annecy for just about 4 hours and came here twice. Good coffee & delicious toasts. Perfect spot for working, and the staff was very nice. Would definitely come back.

The coffee, while not particularly memorable, was ok, and the brownie was a true standout. However, the music was loud, making it challenging to concentrate on my work. Additionally, the lack of a welcoming atmosphere from the owner, despite the pleasant demeanor of the female owner, made me feel less inclined to linger and work on my laptop
