I don’t recommend this place. The receptionist took decision to withhold my results which I needed urgently based on the fact I didn’t have the prescription on me for another scan which were two separate matters. I needed antibiotics urgently before travelling and had to chase for the results and yet she didn’t send me the scan and didn’t explain the process before making decision for me. It was a joke for her - I could see. Little people with big power, it is called. Disgraceful and unkind. On top of it it is not even 100% covered. You still have to pay 20 eur for each scan.

Centre de radiologie et échographie situé dans l’hyper-centre. Possibilité de prendre rendez-vous en ligne via doctolib. Équipe très sympathique et radiologue très à l’écoute. Acte totalement pris via la Sécurité Sociale et Mutuelle. Compte rendu complet reçu le lendemain par mail, remise des radios effectuée le jour même. Je recommande vivement !

I paid 72 euros in excess for an abdominopelvic ultrasound. The secretary asked me if I wanted my results printed, I told her that at that price I wanted them, yes. From then on, she literally barked at me. She told me that what I was implying was serious, that I just had to go to Doctolib to check their prices and that I had signed a contract where I accepted them, that if I was not happy I just had to go to another office. In short, she lost her temper. She took her anger out on me following these words which betrayed my surprise, even though I had spent my weekend in the emergency room, and had found this slot in a panic as I had just arrived in Grenoble. All this for 72 euros. Brief. I don't recommend it if you are sensitive. Go for it if you have the means and you have a significant budget for fee overruns. Otherwise, you are not welcome. I would like to point out, contrary to what they claim, that this statement is not defamatory. I got there. The secretary should not have reacted so violently to my surprised reaction, even less to have this type of behavior. I don't think it's professional not to question yourself in this situation. Apart from this observation, they are free to set their prices, but communicate very poorly on this subject.

I have visited this radiology office twice in the last 6 months. The medical secretaries are welcoming and smiling, and the doctor is friendly and reassuring. Really great team, thank you!

I can not speak French yet, so I decided instead of trying to make a miserable attempt at a phone call rendez-vous, I would drop in and make an appointment with my translator. Well, I did and lucky for me a lovely secretary could speak English and not only did he listen to why I had come, but asked if I could wait a few minutes and I said sure. He comes back 5 minutes later and said do you have time to take the xray now? I said Absolument!!!! Afterwards, I then made another appointement for a different xray! I I could not believe my luck or how kind the entire staff and Docteurs were!

Je recommande : rapidité de prise de rdv notamment pour les échos, secrétariat très sympathique et accueillant et médecin au top. Aucune douleur lors de mes 2 infiltrations aux pouces.

Secrétariat accueillant mais souvenir atroce, très traumatisant. J'y venais pour une biopsie mammaire. J'ai eu affaire à un remplaçant sans en être informée et j'ai subi cette biopsie sans anesthésie, avec le pistolet à travers la peau, sans explication claire ni recueil de mon consentement. J'en reste extrêmement heurtée. Accessoirement, on m'a fait acheter 80€ de matériel et de produits sans en utiliser les trois quarts et le laboratoire a tout gardé. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit où je ne retournerai plus.

I witnessed racist and discriminatory comments and actions towards patients. Coming from the reception staff. I am shocked by the difference in treatment that I received which was correct (even if politeness and education need to be reviewed from 0). And the one with other “type” patients. For example, employees allowed themselves to shout at certain patients who often did not have fair skin because they had not heard them. Something they didn't do with me since they came directly to me to look for me. Also they spoke to them in a harsh, violent and authoritarian tone like children and again... and the conversations after their departure followed the continuous line of the disrespectful attitude that in this place towards non-white people. Contemptuous and arrogant behavior from inhuman and unfriendly staff. TO FLEE !!!

Une adresse à conserver : la consultation était parfaite ! De l'accueil par le secrétaire, à l'examen du médecin, en finissant par le retour de clichés par une autre secrétaire, tout est professionnel et accueillant. Merci !

Échographie de la hanche ce matin. Accueil parfait, beaucoup de douceur et de gentillesse de la part de tout le monde, que ce soit côté secrétariat ou côté examen. Je vais toujours là-bas pour mes examens. On repart avec nos petites images et le compte-rendu est envoyé par mail dans la journée ! (Bonus : pas de dépassement d'honoraires si on a la CMU/CSS)

Attention secrétaire très gentilles il y a rien à dire mais prévoyez 50€ de frais de dépassement d honoraires car même si soit disant c est dis lorsque vous prenez rdv sur doctolib a aucun moment ils communiquent sur le montant que je trouve extrêmement abusé, donc pour ma par plus jamais j irais chez eux…

Absolument parfait de A à Z. Personnel au petit soin, patients, gentils. Tout est parfaitement expliqué, mais aussi rapide et efficace. Beaucoup de douceur. Ça fait vraiment plaisir !!! Merci à toute l'équipe !

Firm too greedy, for a radio we had to pay 48 in excess fees, like that, for no reason! unacceptable because there are other offices where we often go that don't charge anything. No excuse other than always wanting to win more. We won't come back, that's for sure. Do not go.
