    I recently had the pleasure of visiting Project Performance in Morzine for a month, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The gym space, run by Ian, is a top-notch facility that offers a variety of classes. Not only is the equipment top-of-the-line, but the classes are expertly led by Ian. What sets this gym apart, however, is the level of customer service provided by Ian. He is an incredibly friendly and helpful individual who goes out of his way to ensure that every member is comfortable and satisfied. He takes the time to get to know each member and tailors his approach to their individual needs. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for an effective workout in a welcoming and supportive environment. Ian makes it a great experience.

    I signed up for 10 group sessions while in Morzine for a month and am so glad I did! The classes were very varied, fun and challenging. I feel like my fitness has definitely improved and I feel motivated to keep this up once home. Ian is very approachable and supportive and the gym seems to have created a great community. I’m really sorry to be leaving! Thanks so much

    I’ve been coming to Ian’s classes for nearly 2 years - which in itself says a lot, as it’s the longest I’ve ever stuck with any fitness class or regime. There’s a selection of classes, friendly atmosphere and great guidance from Ian. Everyone is welcome, any fitness level, recovering injuries, any age and ability - there’s always an adaption no one is left behind! Ian is really passionate about what he does and strives to help you constantly improve. I think the biggest testaments to the classes is his loyal client base, we all keep showing up and putting the effort in!

    I've been attending Ian's classes for the winter season, and I've loved the sessions. The environment created by Ian is inclusive and makes everyone feel welcome while also allowing you to push yourself. I've never really done classes before and wasn't sure at first whether it would be for me over just going to the gym. However, I'm a complete convert and think there is so much to gain from both motivation to push yourself harder and pointers on technique! Thanks, Ian, for a great seasons training, I'll definitely be back for some holiday sessions!

    I've been going to the the gym at Project Performance for 6 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed every class. Ian goes out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable as well as make sure you get the most out of each session. He's very knowledgable and particular attentive to any injuries you might have and will always make sure you know that you can miss out a particular exercise or do something alternative. I became particular aware of this as Ian helped my recover from knee surgery by always adapting things to ensure I didn't try too much too soon. The gym and the equipment are all great quality and I find it very motivating in the class/group environment when compared to visiting a gym alone. Worth every penny!

    Project Performance has genuinely been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Ian’s classes are so great, with a brilliant positive atmosphere where everyone is supportive and pushes you to do the best you can, whatever level that is at. Ian is so helpful and you really feel that he is keeping an eye on each person in the class to correct form and adjust exercises as necessary to account for any injuries you may have. I really don’t think he realises how incredible what he does is, but it’s made such a difference in my life with my strength, fitness and mindset and I’m so thankful! Highly highly recommend!

    Have been attending Ian's classes for the past month and could not recommend them highly enough! Ian's sessions are really well structured and designed so trainee's can push themselves when needed, and take it easier on those days when they perhaps aren't feeling 100%. Great for all round fitness as well as more ski/snowboard specific exercises reducing the risk of injury when up on the hill. Ian is a top bloke and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the class. He ensures trainee's use proper technique when carrying out the exercises and gives constant advice and feedback throughout the sessions. He's also good at gauging when you can push yourself that little bit harder and when you should ease off, mostly after a few long days on the hill riding. Will definitely be booking back in for when I'm next out in Morzine!

    Ian's classes are a perfect way to start the day - they elevate my mood and leave me buzzing all day long. I love the authentic accountability, progress tracking, attention to the correct form, quality equipment, pacy programs and of course the varied music and friendly faces.

    I signed up for 20 group sessions with Ian at project performance. These sessions were just what I needed. Training with other people was the ideal way to stay motivated and fit this summer. Each training session was fun and training with others of a similar or higher level made it challenging and rewording. I’d highly recommend training along side Ian, Ian will encourage you every step of the way and will never hesitate to congratulate your efforts and improvements. Thank you and can’t wait to be back :))

    Excellent training sessions which I’ve enjoyed for over 2 years now. Ian is a great PT, the group sessions always fun with a really great friendly atmosphere.
