The canals and old Town of Annecy are a must see when you are in the region. If you are just looking to stroll, shop, eat, drink or whatever you will find something to keep you happy. Generally I like to do all of it when I visit with friends. Of course it is a touristy area, but of you don't focus too much on the busy areas you can find some real gems and great places to sit and have a cup of coffee or a pastry.

Quiet and with a stunning view. You can walk aroun in.the park or walk around the Annecy lake. If you feels like a bout ride, there are rebtals available that you can sail yourself without a license

A well-known public park in Annecy, this park offers breathtaking view of the lake and mountains, with the popular Bridge of Love bordering it. It can get quite crowded during peak periods and the public toilet does not handle the crowd well. Still, it's quite relaxing to be here in the summer just sitting underneath the shade of trees.

It is an attraction in the city of Annecy, a park I could say, in which you don't really have much to do. Nothing out of the ordinary is on the shore of the lake where you can rent boats, the scenery is towards a beautiful mountain. Nearby there is a vast land on which various artistic or sports events are organized. Oh, you can take a picture of the lovers' bridge!

+ Great views + Always open benches/seats + Cooler than in the town - Lots of people in swimwear (no shirts and bikinis) Amazing park with splendid views of both the lake and mountains! There was a ton of available benches for seating, lots of grass for laying, and even foot-paddle boats for rent if you wanted to get out on the lake!

Lovely at 0700 a.m. quiet, joggers and lovely sunrise. Clean and pretty. Also free parking locations nearby.

Must visit. Nice park and amazing view. It was raining when I visited this beautiful garden

arrived here in a noon in 2007s noon, with t-shirt in the warm sunny day. major snow hit in the evening and even cloths were frozen like a wooden plate. see the seasons in one day. visit again in the deep winter in 2018, it was sunny, but less funny than last dramatic day.

This gorgeous park has so many sights to see. Enjoy looking out onto the water with stunning views of the mountains. To walking on a bridge over the canal. To enjoying a picnic on the grass. There is so much to see and do in this iconic park near the old village.

A beautiful place to walk or enjoy an afternoon. Surrounded by the majestic beauty of the lake and mountains, this garden had lots of green space, recreational fields, and art to discover. It is a quick walk from the downtown area, which is full of delightful shops and restaurants.

Wonderful. There was live salsa music and dancing when we were there. Also outdoor fitness / acrobatics. Great atmosphere.
