This
hotel
markets
their
free
jazz
evening
performance
to
lure
customers
to
stay
in
their
hotel.
In
a
business
of
hospitality
this
hotel
scores
the
highest
in
making
a
guest
feel
UNWANTED
&
CHEAP.
They
do
it
subtly
in
many
ways
starting
with
an
invitation
to
an
evening
of
jazz,
which
they
will
100%
unceremoniously
reject
your
entry
every
time
due
to
lack
of
space.
The
hotel
which
has
a
clientele
age
of
over
70years
who
will
occupy
every
available
chair
an
hour
prior
to
the
event.
On
complaining
on
being
turned
away
twice
though
‘early’
there
is
absolutely
no
action.
“That’s
the
way
it
goes
in
this
hotel
“,
a
nonchalant
receptionist
told
me…
a
successful
endeavour
in
making
the
guest
feel
unwanted!
All
other
events
are
ticketed.
While
being
welcomed
with
biscuits
to
your
room
you
are
charged
for
water!
There
seems
to
be
an
absolute
disconnect
on
how
to
make
a
guest
feel
welcome.
The
hotel
boasts
of
a
fantastic
location
but
has
no
way
into
the
lake.
You
may
however
walk
around
and
join
the
public
to
enter
the
lake.
The
garden
that
is
in
front
of
the
hotel
&
seemingly
part
of
the
hotel
is
NOT
.
You
will
have
to
jostle
for
space
on
the
garden
with
all
and
sundry
public.
So
if
you
like
being
cooped
up
in
your
room
-
then,
hey
this
is
the
hotel
for
you.
If
you
dish
out
like
I
did
for
a
terrace
balcony
-
then
your
view
will
be
blocked
by
the
adjacent
balcony
-
so
there
is
no
clear
view
to
the
lake.
This
is
the
ONLY
hotel
that
has
taken
an
upfront
swipe
on
the
card
for
the
full
hotel
stay
the
moment
we
entered
-
yeah…we
look
like
thieves
that
might
do
the
run!
Veryyy
special
feeling
indeed!
At
a
500+euro
cost
per
room
not
including
breakfast-
the
turn
down
services
are
bad.
The
sheets
you
sleep
on
are
not
tight.
.All
in
all
this
hotel
left
a
sour
taste
in
the
mouth.
Not
at
all
a
hotel
worth
the
money.
