Nice mall, clean and with a good variety of stores. Good for a quick shopping stop or to get some relief from the hot weather outside. Very kids-friendly with many games for the little ones. Paying for the public toilets seemed a bit mean and kind of set the tone. I would recommend very nice people from the shops to the malls I would recommend to friends and family A perfect place to visit excellent employees friendly service respectful .

Toilets are paid which is unacceptable for human dignity. Please don't hide under the classic excuse that the customer would be "paying for the cleanliness" since the toilets are a mess. Other than that, great mall.

The place is clean. It's nice the offer it has for free: power outlets to charge your portable devices. A play area for young children.

You have to pay for using the toilet in a shopping center. They were not even that clean.

The usual high street shops are all under one roof. The Monoprix is the best one in Annecy although quite small. I don't understand as a paying customer I have to pay for toilets. I think if you've bought something or eaten in a restaurant you could show a receipt and not have to pay for the toilets. It's very inconvenient.

Quite a popular mall featuring several big chains like H&M, Zara, etc and some seating areas. However, there is only one restroom and it is paid.

Good shopping mall, walking distance from the Lake. Underground parking available where the first 30 minutes is free and then roughly they charge you about 1 euro every hour. Reasonable. There's a Zara and H&M, Body Shop, a big supermarket Monoprix. Subway is outside. Burger King near the lake. Free WiFi which was good in certain areas. The H&M free WiFi was very good. Toilets were not free - 1/2 euro per person. How can you charge in a mall??

Big underground parking with direct access to the shopping mall. Cost is not high even after a whole afternoon. The diversity of shops is quite nice. Wifi connection is free. Beware ladies toilets are busy!
