I started crossfit more than 3 years ago wondering what I was doing there and I don't regret having walked through the front door. The box has since evolved a lot: serious coaching with Jeremy at the helm, with coaches who push us to get out of our comfort zone while remaining attentive to everyone's abilities, great respect for each other, no judgment... we We encourage each other, we motivate each other, we advise each other. The strongest encourage the weakest and vice versa. With a little rigor we quickly see progress. Great atmosphere, we work hard and laugh at the same time. Numerous activities and challenges that allow you to surpass yourself and assess your level during the year. Go there with your eyes closed, it's a great box, a sport that is good for the mind and body and which restores self-confidence. 🤙🏻💪🏻

I am more than delighted with my training at Oski! :) - I particularly salute the professionalism and kindness of the professionals. - The box is spacious, the equipment is quality and the manager shows welcome initiatives (competition, calendar events). - I appreciate being able to train in a free gym at times during the day, adaptable to my profession +++ - Finally, we will note the cleanliness efforts duly respected, and this, on a daily basis!

Superb box, coaches listen, a superb atmosphere, I started in 2019 with a free session and since then I have been returning 3 to 4 times a week :)

I went for the free overdraft trial to test the cross fit. This room was recommended to me by my Osteopath and I was convinced, thank you to the coach and the other athletes in the course for their encouragement. It’s truly a team course, there’s incredible support!
