Catastrophic - booking a hotel room for €2,000 per night for several nights. We booked the restaurant at PIC a month in advance and informed our guests. 3-4 weeks later, the concierge informed us that it was no longer profitable for them to have us and therefore cancelled our reservation. Initially on the waiting list, then accepted, then cancelled due to privatization and supposedly we were the only reservation, a lie and manipulation. No sense of hospitality, a money-making machine, and zero human sensitivity. It's a shame as we've visited all the PIC restaurants in the world several times, as well as the Four Seasons, but it's over. We're cancelling our stay for another hotel with a more "palace" sense of hospitality, and I encourage you to do the same. True luxury is honesty, elegance, and refinement. No profit maximization, I encourage you not supporting these behavior and book somewhere else.

The kind of address that you want to keep only for yourself in a treasure box... we experienced a truly enchanted interlude! 1. Incredible address, the location already the Four Seasons in the middle of the mountains, and the terrace with a superb view in a quiet area... a little above the city center of Megeve but it's worth it 2. The adorable, attentive staff who always have a kind word, a little attention… 3. And then of course the restaurant La Dame de Pic, we had the lunch menu for €160 on a Friday, and I recommend it 200%, it was not a lunch but an experience! What I also really liked was that there were quite a few local products highlighted, and it was possible to order à la carte. Anne Sophie Pic's cuisine is generous and light at the same time, lots of finesse and taste, we will come back for sure!

No false note for this starred hotel which respects all the codes: beautiful location, decoration of the rooms without fault in taste, view of the kitchen brigade, discreet service. (Slight downside, to find the toilets, you have to return to reception, find the elevator, go down a floor then find them, but this is understandable since it is the hotel restaurant). A high-flying card for a very reasonable price. And finally, the audacity and genius of a sommelier who suggested we pair the “kristal caviar sea bass” dish with sake… we were amazed.

A very excellent French restaurant. The service is good and the quality of the dishes is very delicious and different. All the dishes I tried were excellent. I recommend trying it and it requires prior reservation.

I don’t have the words for this experience except “WOW” . My wife and I have dined from restaurants in LOS ANGELES , London, New York Tokyo but dining here was really the most memorable experience. Service is top notch , the staff really welcoming and very attentive . Paul ( I hope I have his name right ) you were too kind to us . The farewell was exceptional, they gifted us with lovely memories to take home with us . We flew all the way from LOS ANGELES to Geneva for Xmas , this restaurant was one of highlights that made our trip . The decor is so tasteful and refined , the interior is gorgeous. Thank you again Wishing you all a very successful 2020

Not my cup of tea. I’ll only recommend this to people who love the wild combinations of a Michelin star tasting menu. The service was very good, the food in the tasting menu however was not!

One of the best restaurants globally. Amazing food, amazing service, amazing wine selection and amazing atmosphere. An additional reason to visit the charming Megeve.

Magnifique, Absolute wonderful experience. What we will remember from this place - Service is chill, smooth and top notch - The menu itself is great and wonderful, I actually enjoyed the fact that you have to choose for the dish, pretty unusual when you go for a full set menu - The location is unreal. The view is just another level - Try the non-alcoholic cocktails, they are superb. My wife is pregnant and she was so pleased to drink such sophisticated drinks I would only challenge them on two things - This is by far the most expensive one star Michelin restaurant I have even been and they are on the price tag of a 2 stars - The wine pairing at 190 euros per head is really expensive and I believe at that price tag a few wines were a little under expectations while some especially the Vougeot blanc unbelievable Overall wonderful experience, deserves 2 stars. Merci and bravo !
