Depuis le covid, la salle a perdu beaucoup d'adhérents, et comme elle ne rapporte plus assez d'argent, ils l'abandonnent complètement ! Ils ont décidé d'engager des coachs diplômés, qui sont payés au SMIC, alors que certains ont un Ma+ster bac +5 ! Quelle honte ! Les coachs arrivent, et démissionnent quelques mois plus tard.... Et d'ailleurs, pourquoi engage-t-on des professionnels du sport, si c'est pour les former à un job de commercial/vendeur ? Tout ce qu'on leur apprend, c'est à vendre des abonnements et des packs de coaching hors de prix, alors qu'avant, chez keepcool, les séances de personal training étaient gratuites... Sans compter la pression qui pèse sur leurs épaules pour vendre le plus d'abonnements possibles, en leur faisant croire qu'ils pourront gravir les échelons et devenir manager. Concernant la salle : il n'y a plus de maintenance sur les machines, donc si il y a un problème : on met la machine hors service ! Exactement pareil pour les cours vidéos, les salles de cours s'éteignent les unes après les autres, et le pire dans l'histoire, c'est qu'on demande aux coachs de réparer sois même les vidéos-projecteurs ! Sans parler du ménage, les douches sont dans un état pitoyable, l'odeur est répugnante. Les contrats avec les agents de ménage se terminent, donc on demande aux coachs de faire le ménage. Est-ce normal d'engager des coachs diplômés, pour leur fournir un job de commercial/vendeur/réparateur/ménage/administratif et les payer au smic ? Il y a de quoi les démotiver pour leur futur carrière, bravo keep cool ! Si on parle des pratiques douteuses, pourquoi est-ce que l'on vend un abonnement à 15€ à un client, et à 35€ à un autre ? Je pensais qu'on était dans une grande enseigne de sport, pas au marché ! Et pourquoi est-ce qu'on augmente les abonnements de +15€, sans prévenir, alors que n'est indiqué nulle part dans le contrat ? C'est clairement de l'escroquerie. Courage aux coachs... ce n'est pas la salle qui est à fuir, mais l'enseigne, vraiment très mal gérée. C'est vraiment dommage car le concept KeepCool à longtemps était apprécié, mais ce qu'il devient est déplorable à voir.

J’ai résilié mon abonnement que j’avais dans mon ancienne région en arrivant ici parce que j’étais déçue de voir que la moitié des salles de cours n’était pas fonctionnelles, deux ans après je m’intéresse de nouveaux à cette salle et j’apprends que la salle de Trek par exemple n’est toujours pas opérationnelle (enfin si, les machines trek sont à l’intérieur mais il n’y a pas le vidéoprojecteur hors c’est quand même ce qui donne l’attrait à ces salles de cours…) Du coup je suis encore déçue de voir que ça n’a pas changé deux ans après… dommage pour moi c’était vraiment un concept que j’adorais dans mon ancienne région.
