The worst . I don t usually complain and I live very close to this store ,it is my ' local ' I have tried to use it as my local , but NEVER again . I strongly advise anybody to NOT to use this shop

Its really big and have so many variety of natural products and flowers and plants you name it 🔥🔥👌

Terrible experience! The so-called manager or the owner yelled at the customer, extremely aggressive and bad attitude. Please do not use safety as an excuse as it didn't justify your action. 1) I didn't park my car in Botanic; 2) the delivery truck of Botanic completely blocked the road which created traffic disaster; 3) if it was for the safety of the children, please coordinate the delivery time and stop the big truck moving in and out during the time the children come out from the school; 4) it was absolutely unnecessary to bang on my car, yelling and screaming at the parents who just wanted to pick up their kids from school. This rude and gruff behavior terrified my children!

Very pleasant store, with a nice variety of organic food and a pleasant gardening section. A bit on the expensive side, but products are good quality so it is to be expected. Parking in front is not very large, but I've always found a spot.

Cute garden centre with plenty of plants. There is a farm section that sells locally produced products including fruit and veg. There is also a section for animals however it does not sell pets!

Good place for plants and supplies at reasonable prices.
