It's

bad

health

it
tastes
bad.

complaint
to

store.

complaint
in
this
store
even
though
I
have

going
there
weekly
for
5
years.
I
had
to
insist
on
getting

refund.
It
was
explained
to
me
that
blanched
chocolate
is
not
bad,
I
was
asked
if
I
knew
this
brand
and
this
chocolate
in
particular,
if
I
had
already
tasted
58%,
if
I
knew
the
difference
between
70
%
that
I
usually
buy
and
the
58%,
they
explain
to
me
that
they
are
not
responsible
for
the
bleaching
of
the
chocolate,
that
it
happens
to
him
to
eat
bleached
chocolate
(great
good
for
him).
I
explain
to
him
that
I
don't
blame
them
but
that
I
don't
want
to
eat
chocolate
that
tastes
like
cardboard.
I
don't
understand
the
difficulty
of
reimbursing
a
defective
product
whether
it
was
your
fault
or
not.
Get
your
money
back
from
the
manufacturer
and
stop
treating
your
customers
like
idiots
and
thieves.
For
1.50€,
frankly.
You
have
lost
a
customer.
