We booked earlier in the year and were in Doussard in late August. Unfortunately, it rained with thunder and lightning and the sailing on the lake was nearly cancelled pending weather updates. We were promised a full refund if cancellation went ahead but it didn't and although it rained the water was warm. We had a great time and we enjoyed the atmosphere in Le Cadre bar afterwards.

Both staff, Gaelle and Chloe, at counter are friendly, helpful and patient with my tons of questions. Tho i didn't make it to fly for document and weather, i still had a great boating experience on the lake. Highly recommended. They have a variety of activities to pick up.

What an experience for me n my family! The flights were exhilarating n thrilling to say the least. My wife n son took the hand gliders which were more scary but they enjoyed it thoroughly. A big thank you to Sarah, Robbin n the rest of the team. U guys were GREAT! All in all, I m glad we overcame our fear n took the plunge, literally...

Amazing experience. Our pilots, Tom and Rudy, were great. We booked at the shop in Annecy and we took the bus from the Annecy train station to Dossard very easily. The pilots picked us up at the bus stop and drove us to the parasailing takeoff point. Then off we went. It was our first time and so much much fun. Highly recommend!

Had my first hang gliding with them and it was a unforgotten experience. The booking process at the office was smooth and well explained to me in English, and the staff even planned the bus timing for me. The instructor was very experienced and the hang gliding has a very great view! I highly recommend anyone who want to try hang gliding at Annecy to do it with them!

So, I was always skeptical to flying as I am terrified of heights but due to the reassurance of the pilot and how patient he was, I wanted to extend my flight to the "prestige" which is the longer flight. Thank you so much Tom (the pilot) and see you next time because I am definitely coming back.

I'd been meaning to write a review and have been reminiscing on my French adventure last year. I was so nervous to go paragliding and the team were so lovely. YaYa was my guide and he made me feel at ease despite my nerves! He was amazing. I travelled for 3 months and paragliding in Annecy was hands down the best experience I had. The company was super easy organise with and replied promptly. I would recommend Activ Annecy to anyone and everyone! I also cannot think of a more beautiful place to paraglide!

The activities were very well organised, we had alot of fun flying the delta wing, kayaking, canyoning, and living in the yaout! Our organiser was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience and staff were super helpful and friendly regarding our queries regarding the booking. 3 of us went paragliding and 1 went hangliding. All the pilots were great and we felt we were in good, experienced hands. My daughter was v nervous but had a great time and loved it.

I had a really good experience with Activ’ Annecy! I did paragliding. But I made a mistake when I started to fly 😭 I should’ve run but somehow I couldn’t! (Maybe I was so nervous 😬) but my best pilot Armend, (Sorry, if I don’t remember your name correctly) he’s so professional pilot so he saved my life! (I’m still so sorry about that 🥹) We flew safely and I really enjoyed that! He kept me happy and checked me if I’m okay. The weather was perfect to paragliding too. And everybody who work at there so so kind :) I really appreciate everything that you guys gave me. My mom and I had the best memories. Merci beaucoup!!! 😊❤️ Merci, Armend! Had so much fun gliding with such friendly and amazing pilots

We went on the snow mobiles and had the most fun. We were a big group (24) of us and with very little ability to speak French however, cannot fault the service and the experience we recevied. If you have never tried it, snow mobiles in the dark up and down the ski runs is an adventure not to be missed!

Stumbled upon the shop while strolling in Annecy. Sarah was super friendly and patient when explaining different activities to us. We opted for horse riding and hand gliding (instead of paragliding, as suggested by Sarah) Everything was smooth, we fully enjoyed the activities and would recommend anyone to visit the store! Thanks Sarah for the great experience!
