Had a wonderful tour! definitely recommended to learn everything about Lake Annecy.

Booked a water taxi from the campsite €17 each. Pickup at 0900hrs and return from Annecy as told on board by the captain at 1315hrs. Normal return was on booking form as 1300hrs. We arrived for collection at 1255hrs and waited until1330hrs. Eventually took a bus to return to campsite as taxi did not arrive. The campsite did try to resolve the issue as apparently the taxi was to return at 1215 but unfortunately the water taxi company were not HELPFULL AND LIED IN SAYING WE WERE INFORMED THE THE RETURN WAS 1215. TOTAL NONSENSE WE WERE TOLD 1315HRS ON BOARD Cost us 34€ ONE WAY. This could of been resolved but company totally unhelpfull yet very eagerly took our money.

Rented an electric boat from here in September, toddled out onto the lake across to the other side, gorgeous view of the Alps, stopped for a bit closer to the dock and had a quick dip in the reasonably chilly waters. Very refreshing! Easy enough to find with large parking available nearby. The handover of the boat was quick and easy, with a little orientation and safety instructions. Very friendly guys, and great service.

Lovely experience on a small group boat tour around the lake. Our guide was knowledgeable, kind and patient with all the small children. I was also impressed with their responsiveness over email before we booked. One small difficulty was finding the correct dock to embark, since it’s not well marked and the boat doesn’t show up until just before departure. The instructions could be a bit clearer with the name of the dock.
