I had a tire emergency while on my way to Nelson and stopped at the Canadian Tire to see if I could get the issue resolved last Friday. My Murano has a tire size that is difficult to find in stock. After trying at two other auto service providers my hopes weren't high. Low and behold the manager at the auto department had tires in stock with a great price point. She slotted me in to have the tires replaced that day and got us safely back on the road to Nelson. Thank-you for your kindness. It was greatly appreciated! I am impressed with the performance of the new tires and would purchase them again.

Hollie is THE BEST. She helped me for 20 minutes at least to really get me what I needed for a 1977 truck. She even went into her lunch break. Exceptional service with a big smile. And very knowledgeable

Doug and I were treated efficiently promptly and very personal service. Both Marilyn and Dan were exceptional. You should be very proud of them both the way they operate the service center. I cannot thank them enough on the way they’re conducting themselves and ordering the part getting the part and helping us to feel comfortable with the service they were given us. I had so much fun being part of the car wash crew a few weeks ago. The energy that the Canadian Tire team brought to the whole day was amazing. My thanks to Shirley, Sherry, Kaitlyn, Dale, Marilyn, Ryan, Holly, & of course Dolly. We all worked hard and made lots of people happy and had lots of fun. Canadian Tire seems to have a great crew.

Favorite store to shop in. Usually go in looking for one thing and leave with half a dozen other items that were on sale. Prices are good, the store is well stocked. Center isles are getting pretty loaded and maybe over crowded with pallets and deals. Can be a bit crowded if you're pushing a cart or trying to navigate in a wheelchair.

I have visited many A Canadian Tire store across western Canada and the Cranbrook store is easily one of the brightest and cleanest stores I've been in. Always easy to find what I'm looking for and if I can't find the item in looking for, a helpful staff member is never too far away to ask for assistance. Cashiers always have a smile on their face. Good sized store with plenty of inventory and selection. Auto department was especially helpful when I was fixing my previous car and this store is where I bought all my tools. I have also been impressed with the stores social media channels, lots of new content lately. Makes me feel more connected to the local store. Will always come back.

I spoke with the nicest young lady at the front desk today. I think her name was Kristen. She was absolutely lovely, and gave me the exact location of everything I needed. We need more genuinely nice people like her in the community. 100% recommend going back! :)

In all my time of visiting Canadian tires across the provinces, this location in particular stood out to me the most. Brandon, one of the workers there, went above and beyond to ensure my customer experience was near perfection. He knew where everything was and offered many helpful tips for my DIY projects at home. To anyone who has the chance to encounter this location or this particular individual, I assure you that your experience will be far greater than any other. Thanks again Brandon!

The staff are always an exceptional experience, I can generally find what I looking for and some things I wasn't. The welcoming and respectful atmosphere has been incredible for bringing my dogs in for an adventure. This also allows for an excellent training environment for helping others with their dogs as well.

Those guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST ! I shoot them a whole bunch with a travel imperative and they jumped on it. Went over and beyond, honestly told I I didn't need such and such as I thought I would. And spend hours fixing my electrical after the trailer I rented screw my truck so badly. Another shop would have closed on me leaving me stuck for some days but no them !! They stood after closing time so I could get back on my way. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM !!! SO EVER GRATEFUL FOR CRANBROOK CANADIAN TIRE AUTOMOTIVE SHOP

Marilyn was extremely helpful with getting us in for a tire change right away! She made our experience very easy and pleasant, and we very much appreciated her genuine concern for us and our car. Thanks to the whole team for making sure we will continue to get around safely!

It was black Friday ,the customer service line was long, several waiting were getting huffy... the customer service lady, Shirley, was doing her best to be timely. And although many voiced annoyed comments about the long line she cheerfully helped each one in their turn as though they were the first customer all day! Thank you Shirley, for your example of not getting ruffled! Though many others were.

Our jeep broke down in town and these guys were the only ones to fit us in on such short notice. One of the previous owners or mechanics must have installed the wrong calipers on our vehicle and these guys not only found us the correct part but also stayed late to make sure we were able to pick our friend up from a surgery and get back to Golden the same day. Dale and Marilyn were friendly, and considerate and made it so our friend can recover at home in his own bed tonight. Thank you, Devan

I really appreciate the staff in the Automotive repair department. Especially the manager. She has been very helpful and honest to me, tells it like it is, then makes sure her staff is aware of what we discuss. No nonsense, just straight up honest. Work is always done on time.

Being a woman, in the lower mainland, Canadian Tire was always a place I was talked down to by employees so I stopped going there... When I moved to Kimberley it became a place I love to go. The staff are always willing to help, even if it is not their department. Employees offer to check the back for stock if I cannot find what I am looking for on the shelves, I am offered help to my vehicle when I make large purchases, this wonderful customer service has changed my opinion of the corporation. Thank you for becoming one of my favorite places to shop, it is a great one stop shop!

I own a mobile roadside service truck and spend most of my time under vehicles. So im often dirty in appearance. EVERY TIME i go to this location i have their security following me around like a thief. Today a girl callinf herself a manager tried to make me leave my pack at their till. Considering they are the ones selling junk chinese product that fails, basically ripping people off, i find it humorusly ironic that they harass people based on appearances. They just lost $500-$2000 of sales of automotive supplies per month to my company and i wont be shopping there for my outdoor gear either.
