I found the staff were friendly and helpful. I like using Home Depot for one main reason. Sometime I need to just pick up a couple pieces of lumber and I like that I don't have to go drive into a lumber yard when I just need a couple 2x4's and other items like light bulbs, screws, etc. Will return when the need comes.

This store offers exceptional customer service. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A special shout-out to Chris in decor, Wendy in paint, and Donald in windows & doors. We always feel taken care of when leaving this store.

Home Depot is the only big box store in Cranbrook that has sales associates that actually will help you find something for your project.

Had what i needed. Comparable to other building supply outlets but way more products to choose from. Sales staff were helpful. Only one thing needed help loading and unloading big sheets of plywood as am a senior, but could find or get some one to help.

Had an issue with the paint I bought and was mentally prepared to have to battle over it but Braydon and Dave immediately took care of it, discounted it, and made sure I had the right product. Really pleased with the customer service here!

Time for yet another review I purchased a redeem tankless water heater paid for the heater at the time of placing the order Order was placed on June 10 2022 @ 1:57pm it was to arrive on June 28 2022 then the order eta was changed to two more weeks and then another two weeks then to august 13 2022 then to august 28 2022 then another two weeks and another two weeks then to September 29 2022 then to first week of October 2022 then I was told it was shipped October 3 2022 two weeks for it to arrive in cranbrook store on October 14 2022 I called the store again I was told it would be on a truck delivered to my house on Monday October 17 2022 no truck showed up I called the store again I was told it arrived then told it was not there. I called again today numerous times no one is returning my calls. I was also told to talk to product support Product support said it was ready to pick up I called back to the store again only to be told they didn’t have it No body knows where it is no tracking number Where is my $2100 water heater ?…?…? How do I get a refund?????? Such incompetence

The pro x program is a scam Was at highest level with over the amount n home Depot reduced it to not pay out rewards amount The removed alot funds to not pay it's a scam n I'm so not impressed

Sometimes HD staff are not very friendly. The Cranbrook staff make up for it. When you have to buy something because you were dumb enough to break the original, it sure helps when the staff give you some TLC.

Went in back in the summer, with an idea to make a custom stand for my AC, because it didn't fit my style of window, and left with all of the necessary materials, perfectly cut to the dimensions of my window and sill! Absolutely amazing customer service and support! Excellent staff! Overall absolutely excellent experience! I wish I could remember the guy's name because he absolutely deserves the recognition for his help!

Purchased hardwood flooring. Have been assisted in this process by Chris Bloch-hansen in the flooring department at the Cranbrook BC store. The flooring we picked had to be special ordered and some of it was unfortunately damaged during shipping at no fault of Home Depot. HOME DEPOT take note, Chris has provided exceptional customer service at a level I have not experienced in recent memory. Chris regularly communicated and supported us throughout the buying and ordering process and ensured the product was replaced at no cost. This guy is dedicated and is a man of his word. He should be commended for the outstanding manner in which he represents his employer while while serving customers and in my opinion is certainly highly deserving of some recognition. If you need flooring, Chris is the guy to see!! Thanks very, very much Chris it has been a pleasure working with you.

Went there to return an item. They ended up doing a gift card in exchange as the pro Xtra system wasn't functioning right for finding our receipt. The staff we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. We are always treated fairly here and everyone is super easy going.

Went into home depot Cranrook today (sunday Oct29 ) to get drywall . we were just starting to load it when Devin came by an asked to help then said if we were ready he would load it in the truck also , super friendly and great smile. best service i have ever had our home depot . very impressed with this young man . Tiffanie the cashier was also very quick and had a wondreful smile for us .

What shopping experiences we’ve had at Home Depot/Cranbrook, and this just keeps on going. I have to commend HD management for their hiring/best practices MO. We’ve lost track of all the people trying to help us both in the store and even in the parking lot! Thanksgiving Sunday, expecting barebones staffing, we were fortunate shoppers to experience all the wonderful people at Home Depot Cranbrook. We had driven from Fairmont, Tyler at Customer Service was amazing to deal with. Personable, knowledgeable and HAPPY to be working, he really did everything he could to help us. Thank you Tyler! On a previous trip… a staff member (in the parking lot as we were coming in), well what a people person she was and what a welcome to Home Depot she gave us. Truly awesome. Then Susan and Chris were super knowledgeable and helpful on a previous shopping experience with regard to buying the various blinds we needed. We received an outstanding deal on some clearance blinds that we weren’t even shopping for due to the expected exorbitant cost. 😳 talk about being in the right place at the right time 👏🏻👏🏻. Thx to both of you, and all, who were so ready and able to help us. Much appreciated! I highly recommend HD/Cranbrook 😃

At first I was very impressed with there appliances and the knowledge of the staff, then I discovered they need to be ordered....2 weeks plus....ok I can accept that But the real disappointment was when I asked about delivery and such....the charges began, the one that made me walk away was the dishwasher...$175 and no details on who.... I live 90 minutes from the store if it's a Cranbrook plumber I could be saddled with travel time.... Also they need to compete or not....Invermere 22 km from my home have 3 appliance stores, one of which delivers & removes free...also the dishwasher.... So disappointed in Home Depot
